Parkland Bagels is phenomenal. My personal favorite for the morning is just a simple egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel and it is incredible. For lunch, I’m a huge fan of their Buffalo wrap. Excellent place and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Jewish NY Deli.

We highly recommend this establishment! Fresh food and great customer service. The new owner, Adam has done a wonderful job. We will be back to enjoy fresh bagels next weekend!

Good food little pricey. The young employees need to learn a little respect for customers. They never smile, never say thank you. Most importantly they don’t listen to what the order is, constantly make mistakes. I know there are new owners and I wish them the best of luck. Hopefully they teach the kids how to handle customers correctly and please clean the chairs after wiping the tables

This is a great place. We have been here many times and have always enjoyed it. It is a small family business owned by a local family who works there. They are always appreciative of our business.The bagels are the best around. Three sandwiches are excellent and they have the best tuna and whitefish salad in the area. They also have free coffee before 10 am sorry an order.Go and try it. Youll like it!

We order from Parkland bagels at least 3 times a week for delivery and have nothing but high praises for the establishment. Adam who is the new owner, even comes out himself at times to make the deliveries. Its refreshing to see a small business truly engaged. The food quality is excellent, the breakfast platters are spot on, and the portions are beyond expectations. I have visited in person on the weekends for breakfast and the place is organized and well kept. The endless coffee bar has something for everyone, and the staff if friendly for the most part. Parkland bagels is Busy, and, it resembles much of the NY Deli experience. all in all 5 stars to Adam and his team. They hit it on the mark! Great Food great service, and theres always smiles and good energy

I have been to Parkland Bagels several times for breakfast. Its always been good. My son and I went there for lunch. I ordered the hot corned beef sandwich; my son ordered the turkey club. I wouldnt give the hot corned beef sandwich to my dogs! It was 85% fat and the meat was tough as shoe leather. After I got through pulling off all the fat, maybe there was enough meat to fill half a sandwich! My sons turkey was dry and tasteless. Needless to say, we will not be going back there any time soon! I had to give one star otherwise it would not let me post this comment. I give it no stars!

Just left parkland bagel this morning. as a customer who has gone to parkland bagel every weekend since we moved to the area i was extremely disappointed with how i was treated by a blond woman who said she is the owners daughter. i wanted to change my order no more than 30 seconds after i placed it (from sausage egg and cheese to bacon egg and cheese). she was extremely rude and abrupt. this wasn’t the first time she acted similarly but it was the worst. the other girl behind the counter threw the ticket when she was asked to make a change to the order. no one gave an apology for the reaction. i felt like my business was not wanted and sadly we will no longer be returning.

Yes, they are closing at 3pm. We came in and ordered food after another couple ordered their eggs etc. We had some fun ordering, but was told ample of times, we close at 3 so YOU KNOW...told them Well eat fast and go outside if needed to which we did at 259pm. Super surprised by this behavior ...we been going here for a while ...and usually order 1 to 2 times a week to my office. But after being told (you must of never worked in the restaurant world, since you came in right before we close shows you havent WHILE TRYING TO SHOVE OUR FOOD IN) being a former owner of several bars... this needs to be addressed to all employees even family members!! THANKS FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND GREAT FOOD.

Drove 20 mins to eat here, got there 30 mins before closing and they were already shutting down shop. They wouldn’t cut any deli meats because they wanted to leave early. I ordered pastrami and they offered me potato salad 🤨. Never had the food but I definitely won’t go back. If you are gonna shut everything down at 2:30 change your hours on Google so people won’t waste their time.PS. Reading some of the other reviews it seems like the workers are alway in a rush to leave. Bagels and a whole lot more in Coral Springs is excellent and you can place an order 1 minute before closing and they’ll accept.... Just saying.

Bad experience with one of the owners. Doesnt matter how good the food is. We put cash in the tip jar TWO times for the employees and she stared us down while looking at our credit card receipt that has no tip listed. Tips are for employees!!!! Not the owner. Wow. Not going to give them business any longer. Sour taste left in our mouths. Many other reviewers mention blond wife!!! Absurd. RUDE AND GREEDYMrs Kaplan has the ehole family writing 5 star review now. Food is good, location is great, no problem with parking, but they get 2 stars from me because everytime I have been here (more than 10 times) I’ve had a staff member be rude. They are just not friendly. Maybe because it’s the morning, I don’t know, but never is an unfriendly staff okay.

Very disappointed. Dry absolutely NOT rare roast beef sandwich on a day (at least) old kaiser bun and the saddest French toast I have seen to date. The 3 cheese omelet was decent if you like the flavor of American cheese. I never rate or google review. I just didnt want anyone else to be soooooooo let down. This place was a complete rip off.

Recommended by a friend, this is a great find! I had the Multi Grain bagel toasted with egg white and turkey sausage with Muenster. Hot and fresh delivered to the table. The staff is all amazing and works well together. Aimee is a spotlight with a great smile and prompt service. The cook obviously knows what hes doing too. Overall great experience and a knew go to for me!!

Very DisappointedAfter reading positive articles in the paper we decided to try it. We used a delivery service who got the food here quickly. I ordered (2) breakfasts, one for that day & another breakfast to have the next. My husband ordered (2) deli sandwiches. My pancakes looked & tasted like EGGOS from the freezer. The sausage had no taste at all. The next day I tried the French toast and bacon & it was also tasteless. The corn beef that my husband had was so thick he had a hard time chewing it & just finally tossed out both sandwiches.I really hope this was a One Off & not the norm.

$8 for a bagel hummus sandwich that states it comes with sprouts. Received sandwich with no sprouts. Called Parkland bagel right away after i received item and they state it does not come with sprouts. It states it right on their website menu that sandwich comes with sprouts. A complete waste of $8 as the sprouts are the best part of the sandwich. Will not be spending my money at this place ever again.

My wife picked up one hot pastrami sandwich and two Dr. Browns sodas today and the bill was $20.24 before tip. Thats horribly overpriced. $16.80 for a pastrami sandwich and not worth the price. This place has continually gone downhill since the newest owner took over. It used to be really good. So sad.

Have been looking for a NY style Deli for years. Traveled from West Palm Beach based on a recommendation. The experience was fabulous. Friendly, warm and accommodating staff with the best deli Ive had since moving to Florida. Worth the trip... Cant wait to go back.

This place was our favorite breakfast place but since it changed owners it is very inconsistent. You place an order and hope to get what you ordered, even when its practically empty.We have given them plenty of opportunities and the last 3 times we order something and we get a whole entire different thing. Not ever coming back!

First time here. Got an egg sandwich and bagel with lox spread. The lox spread was rotten . It was 7.25 and I threw it out. I highly recommend not going here.very expensive rotten food. If I could give zero stars I would.💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

I can understand raising their prices because of the pandemic, then they did away with the bakers dozen. The last couple of times I went in, I was shorted one bagel. So now its 11 bagels for $11.99?I like their bagels, but from now on Ill go to Brighton Beach Bagels in Delray. $10.99 for a dozen and almost as good as Parkland.

Their bagels are passable but they skimp on the salmon when you order nova. Their rueben and other sandwiches are delicious but their homemade pickles are just awful. Potato pancakes are good, but only because they’re fried potatoes. They’re unseasoned and uninspiring in flavor (definitely undeserving of being called true latkes). Their side salads are pretty bad in general, especially the quinoa and mushroom one. A-tier wraps and breakfast platters. THEIR RAINBOW MARZIPAN IS TO DIE FOR. S-TIER. Keeps us coming back every week.My typical order: nova on a toasted sesame bagel with chive cream cheese (tomato, onion, capers, lemon juice, and sometimes lettuce)

I ate here a couple weeks ago and had one of the best bagels that I have ever eaten. I will definitely be a regular from now on and Parkland bagels employees are all very friendly. If you are in the area and don’t try this place you are making a mistake. The French Toast is also very delicious.

We got a curbside pickup and it was so nice. Our order was a little complicated but Ariella was so patient and helpful. We got a white fish and hand sliced Nova platter. The fish was delicious fresh and not fishy and very generous. The vegetables were fresh and beautifully presented. This order was for a friend and we wanted to make it special and it was. The bagels were soft on the inside and hard but not too hard on the outside. We only ordered plain because we werent sure what people liked. We will try other flavors next time. Cant wait in

Im not from New York or anything but this bagel was amazing and fluffy and flavorful. The salmon tasted fresh and the service was great.

The food is always fresh and delicious which is a huge draw for a foodie like me. All of their food is made fresh and to order and guess what, they get your order right!!! The new owners always make you feel welcome and appreciated for supporting their business. That’s pretty rare these days and it keeps me coming back whether they like it or not. They are constantly cleaning and I feel very safe dining here with the current Covid situation.

Yuck. I spent over $20 on breakfast here. The place was nice and although the staff was in a huge rush, they were also nice. The food though.. yuck. I got the vegetable wrap. It was literally leaking out of the wrap as I was eating. Couldn’t taste the cheese and overall, it wasn’t very good. The banana chocolate muffin was BEYOND bland. Even my 4 year old who is a huge chocolate lover, spit out his bite. I took the muffin apart hoping it was just the muffin top that was bland (even though most of the time that is the most flavorful part) and I couldn’t eat another piece without spitting it right back out. Sadly, I’m not impressed. BTW - the Kids Chocolate Chip pancake, is just a pancake with a sprinkle of chocolate chips on top. Not what we were expecting. Better food at IHOP and Denny’s.

The prices are extremely high. I wasnt happy and my eggs were over cooked. I paid $24.00 for 6 eggs and 2 slices of 🍞 with a drink, and a veggie omelet nothing else with it. Unbelievable. And I was rushed through the paying line. Terrible terrible.

I go to Parkland Bagel almost every day. The food is great and the coffee is “out of this world!! “. . The staff is wonderful. The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. Thanks form all three of us. We are local Parkland residents.

Ive been here twice in the last two weeks, both times something was forgotten in my order and the second time the food prep was not up to par.I was missing cream cheese in the Nova Platter the first time, and had to go get it from another establishment (because without something the whole dish taste is ruined). Missing homefries with my omelette for my brother the second time. After seeing my home fries, my brother was happy he didnt get them as the red potatoes looked unscrubbed/unwashed AND STILL HAD EYES ON THEM. I would never prepare potatoes like this in my own kitchen nevertheless a restaurant. Its basic to scrub them and cut the eyes out. I couldnt eat more than a quarter.The bagels were the only thing we enjoyed, and they are good, fresh and soft. Wont be going back for anything else.

I was going to pick up breakfast here and I noticed people are going in and coming out without mask. I don’t care if your not wearing it outside but I’m trying to go inside and I get welcomed by 4 people coming out without mask. No thank you for me. My safety is more important. My egg sandwich was cooked to death, and the bacon was just rubbery fat, even though I specifically asked her for crispy bacon. I think I had a trainee, but I dont know what kind of training she is getting. Growing up in NY, I never had a bad egg sandwich, and they all had to learn somewhere. Not sure how they get away with charging over $7 for a weak sandwich like that. I can get an amazing egg sandwich in NY for $4. My advice...go to NY, order an egg sandwich from any bagel shop, eat the sandwich, return to Florida, make your sandwich that way. Done.BTW, the bagels are not the best either, but thats Florida for you.

Haven’t been here for over a year since it was “Bagels With”. We stopped coming cause the smell was caustic and the food was greasy. No more! The new owner changed the name, deep cleaned, gave it a bit of a spruce and the cooking is great. You can taste the quality of the ingredients like cheese with less oil and sausage with less fat. So tasty. Thanks guys! We will return!

This is my favorite local bagel and deli place, hands down, and I’ll tell you why. I’ve been going to Parkland Bagels on and off ever since I moved to Casa Palma in Coconut Creek. It’s convenient and good. Last week, I was having a rough morning because I didn’t get my usual breakfast, which always comes with a banana. Today, Adam and Holli couldn’t have been nicer to me, after I gave them a hard time. I apologized for it, and got more than I asked for this time around. A HOW YOU DOIN’, with the home fries on the side, and a healthy banana thrown in :) I’m going to regularly go to this wonderful breakfast spot because the owners are Mensch’s, just like me. SIMPLY THE BEST, PARKLAND BAGELS!!! Don’t miss out. I know I won’t.

So close to perfect. WAY better than Einsteins or Brooklyn Water Bagel. But if you order, make sure to get it to go. If you dine in they use styrofoam plates which is very wasteful. Get a dishwasher and well go up to five stars here.

The place is just ok. The food is average. The staff is apparently not hired for its people skills. Ive been going there 2 or 3 times a month for several years, mostly because its convenient. If you are looking for a place to eat, you should go there. You wont say there was anything wrong, but you also wont say there was anything great. I think perceptions of the place would be better if the staff did more than just take your order, take your money and hand you your food.

These are probably the best bagels Ive had in South Florida. One of the very few places down here that properly uses salt in their everything bagels - what a concept! Theres usually a line and the tables are close to full, but Ive always managed to get a seat and everything moves very quickly. Ive only had breakfast here, but theres a huge variety - from fish platters to omelets to egg sandwiches, its all great.

As you walk in 1 person is working the front ..waiting about 15 minutes no one said hi or going to be minute... should have know before i went in . i called and was put on hold from the start and was on hold for 10 min .. but trying to help local businesses... get some more help please

Very cheap on the smears ordered a bagel to go with lox spread, opened it up in my car to realize there was practically no lox spread on the bagel. Went back in and Amy told me most people dont like alot of spread on the bagel....how bout none...but they have no trouble charging $5 for basically a plan bagel

This place is packed on weekends and theres good reason for that...its DELICIOUS!Staff is quick, friendly and helpful. Their bagels taste closest to a NY style bagel down here that you can get.During the week its much more quiet but I dont know an office that wouldnt love a dozen bagels brought in, so I stop by regularly!

Ive been ordering from this place for about a year now. I usually order several times a month. Their food is fine and they deliver locally, which is nice and the main reason I order from them. However, their staff at the restaurant is INCREDIBLY rude, and prone to making mistakes which they are not quick to correct. Today was the last straw and I wont be ordering from them again.I tried to called for an order, and they put me on hold. Ten seconds later, I got hung up on. So I called back. Same thing. Then on the third try, they just picked up the phone and hung up on me without even saying anything. Tried again ten minutes later and they did the same thing. Are they mad that Im trying to order from them? How do you run a professional business this way?

On Saturday, June 16th, I went to Parkland Bagels to order 3 dozen bagels and veggie cream cheese for a family brunch scheduled for the next day. Im from NY so quality bagels are a must. At 8 a.m. I was there to pick up my order. When I arrived home I quickly realized that the cream cheese was not in any of the bags. I went back (a half hour drive) to get the cream cheese. Not real happy at this point as I didnt have much time to get everything ready. So after I setting tables I started setting out the various salads etc. I sadly realized that I was short the one dozen plain bagels purchased specially for my grandchildren. I called and was told (too bad for me) no plain bagels left. The bagels I did have were not sliced...this was specified in my order. REALLY??

We love this place! All of their food is great, the employees are kind and friendly and they always remember us. We are only in town seasonally but we look forward to coming back every year.

Coming from Long Island we are spoiled with great bagels... after trying a dozen stores I finally found this place and it tastes like home. Its much busier than other stores so you may wait a little but its worth it, best bagels around.
