Roberta was so friendly and professional. Reached out to her via email and she got back to me in a timely manner. Ended up calling her and she was so sweet over the phone, I booked our cake and she promptly sent an invoice that we paid right away (she immediately sent a payment confirmation) Upon arrival the morning of cake pick-up day, she was right on time and the cake was beautiful! Exactly what we asked for! Tasted delicious as well 💕 She was very accommodating even when we called to make a minor change. All other bakeries I called were a LOT more expensive than her. This is top notch work and hope to use her again soon!

The cake and dessert table was ok. This was my first stop in shopping around for my sons 1st birthday cake. Being inexperienced, I went with the first cake shop I stopped at. I didnt really enjoy the buttercream on the cake, found it tasting more like plain butter than flavored butter cream. The dessert table items werent as professionally done as I expected, given the price for the cake and desserts. Also I probably should have asked for the size of the cake I was getting before I placed my order. Upon delivery, it was 12 inches wide and 13 inches tall with a crown. I had to add a cake stand to make the appearance of a bigger and taller cake. I paid $500 for a small cake and 6 desserts (about 5 pieces each, except for 12 cupcakes). Not sure I would hire again but the pictures looked great. (I do have to say the Chef was professional, shop was clean and cake tasting was given.) Shop around first and dont be afraid to say no if you dont like something.

We got turnovers, donuts, cream puffs, and sour dough bread - everything was so fresh and very delicious. The service was great too.

I ordered a cake over the phone I expressed I wanted pale peach and pale pink flowers...what I got was neon colors. The frosting was so greasy the cake was not edible and it was very expensive for something, 6” three layer cake for $69.00, that had to be thrown away, no one would eat it!!! It was embarrassing! And I am so glad that I decided to have cupcakes and other desserts and not order a whole cake from this company!I expressed when I picked it up, that the flowers were very bright and that I was unhappy about it...all I was told by the lady who gave it to me was, “is that I could have sent a picture of specific colors”, however, I was never told that It was even an option when I ordered it to send a picture, I was told when I ordered the cake they understood pale peach and pale pink with a little bit of red...my cake was for my daughters wedding and looked like a circus cake, it was awful!!!!!! They did not offer to fix the cake. Instead I had to go home the night before my daughters wedding scrap the whole top of the cake off and make fondant flowers to put on it so it would at least be presentable!Very disappointed and will never purchase or recommend anyone to this bakeryBased on cost, presentation and taste!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!Personally they should give me a refund since it The whole thing had to be thrown away...however it would have been perfect for melting down and using it to deep fry other foods!

I cant speak about the quality of the food of this place BUT the merchant ethic and care for the customer experience is zero!I had a gender reveal party for my brother, so I order some cupcakes from this place. After I left the store (maybe 5 minutes) my brother said that the doctor couldnt tell them the sex of the baby and that other issues had been encountered. I called Robbie Custom Cake immediately after I hanged up the phone (About 8-10 minutes after leaving the store). The employee said I couldnt cancel the order that only the owner could (he said I could reschedule - but given the health circumstances of the baby I didnt feel comfortable doing so).Next day I called back to make sure the order had been cancelled and that they reimbursed my money but they said I couldnt cancel, and that the order I signed stated there was no cancellations...Of course they were happy to give me store credit! I understand 100% a non-cancellation policy if the store has spend time and material making an order but I called to cancel less than 10 minutes of making the order...they had done nothing!So this merchant is forcing me to spend money on their store when I clearly dont longer feel I want to!I would have gone back after the baby situation was cleared but now I feel this people just want your money and they didnt care about why I was there to begin with.This merchant was definitively acting in bad faith!I would not recommend! I wonder what this merchant would do if you are unhappy with an order....

Chef Robbie was very professional right from the start to the end. I had challenging requests due to gluten intolerance etc and she went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding cake was perfect not just for me but also keeping in mind our guests. Everything was done with care and everyone loved the cake! Thank you!

We met with Chef and she provided a tasting. Afterwards she provided us with a full sketch of the cake. Our custom wedding cake was everything we wanted and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The cake was beautiful AND DELICIOUS! Thank you Chef.

I wish I would have listened to one of the previous reviews. I paid $220 for 24 cupcakes, 40 cookies and 12 key lime tarts for my baby shower. I have always just went to Publix for birthday cakes and other party desserts but my husband and I tried for some time for this baby and we really wanted to celebrate so I thought it would be a little more special to use a custom bakery. Well, disappointed is not even close to how I would describe what we received. The cookies were almost burnt. They even smelled weird. They had a dirty burnt smell to them or like they were baked in an oven that wasnt clean. The cupcakes were EXACTLY as a previous review described. Extremely dry! It seemed like they were old. The icing had zero flavor! The tarts were ok but so tiny I was shocked I paid almost $40 for them. No exaggeration, I have never tasted anything more disappointing in my life. The worst part was my guests including the children all complained about how terrible everything was. It became a joke that everyone was trying them just to see if they were as terrible as others were saying. I had so much left over, I tried to send it home with people but even the kids refused. I had to throw it all in the garbage. I just cant believe I was charged $220 for something that went in the trash! Seriously, take my advise. Do no make the same mistake I did. Do not use this bakery!

I get the chocolate chip cookies with a side a frosting for dipping omg the taste is amazing I go there a few days out the week also they have great cakes and cupcakes I love the raspberry

The best tasting anniversary cake Ive had in 35 year! And so beautifully designed! I highly recommend Robbie E Custom Cakes.

My wife, son and daughter went out of their way to get a special cake for my birthday. They we so disappointed and embarrassed with the end result. I thought the cake was ok and it was different from what you typically get from Publix. Although honestly I have had better from Publix. When I found out they spent $130 for an 8 inch cake I was astonished. At best it was worth 50 dollars. Never again will anyone in my family step foot in this ripoff establishment. No idea how they stay in business.

Delicious! The fully loaded egg sandwich could sustain this bakery as a restaurant on its own. Perfect espresso, and wonderful pies and cakes!

Stopped in here with my daughter the other day, while I was hungry. Big mistake! I bought too much but everything I had was soooo good! Quiche with leeks, cheddar-curry cookies, german chocolate cake, Yum! And macaroons too! I will absolutely be going back.

Had my daughters 8th birthday cupcakes done here and they were a hit with the kids and adults.. amazing presentation, delicious flavors absolutely loved the cupcakes. .!

Very dissapointed. We made an appointment in the bakery. We went to the store was closed in the appoinment day. We called and left a message explaing that we were there waiting.. We left my phone number in the message and still waiting for a call back. Thank you we already found another bakery and we already have a cake.. By the way.. Robbie E. I just moved to the coconut creek area; I found a groupon for this bakery. I was so excited to try the cupcakes since l always love bringing fun baked goods to dinner parties as well as when I entertain. In this instance i ordered the 12 medium cupcakes for my moms bday Saturday w/the Groupon.  I normally order from We Take The Cake in ft lauderdale where i used to live. Im sorry to say i was super disappointed.  The cupcakes were so dry & the icing had very little flavor. Had they not been so terrible i would say i would use your bakery often since we are entertaining or going to dinner parties at least 3xs a month.  Honestly I was so embarrassed since I talked about how cute the bakery was to everyone. What is ironic is on friday I went to batter co. In the promenade; bought 12 of their cupcakes & they were amazing so moist & full of flavor. I emailed Robbie E she read it because she accidentally sent an empty email to me. So ashame she had no response it means that quality is as good as it gets.
