I RECEIVED THIS BRACELET AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT ON 5/24/2019 AND IT HAS BROKEN IN THE SAME PLACE 2X. I HAD TAKEN IT BACK TO THE STORE IN BOCA TO REPAIR IT THE FIRST TIME AND IT TOOK THEM 4.5 WEEKS T0 GET IT BACK! NOW, HERE I AM, LESS THAN A YEAR AND IT IS BROKEN AGAIN. I WANT TO GET ANOTHER STYLE BRACELET BECAUSE CLEARLY THIS ONE IS NO GOOD. I HAVE CALLED THE STORE MANY TIMES AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY SEND IT OUT FOR REPAIRS, WHICH IS DEPLORABLE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I received a bracelet from Coconut Creek Brighton in the Promenade at Christmas 2019 the magnet that connects the bracelet to close was very weak. I brought it back and instead of them giving me a new bracelet (which you can clearly see its a Brighton) and because you can clearly see it is defective they had to send it away to be repaired, it was maybe 30 days old. I did not understand this... so here I am 4 weeks later and the bracelet is still not in my possession. This is very poor business if you ask me. Brighton has very beautiful pieces but if they cant stand behind their jewelry and replace within a certain amount of time we have a problem. The store is very whatever we will call you when its here attitude. Not sure if I will continue doing business with them... Very frustrated!

Very nice store for jewelry, leather goods and gifts. Moderately priced but well deserved and the service is knowledgeable and helpful. Brightly lit to show off some bling makes it attractive to foot traffic passing by. The family enjoys shopping here.

I met a new friend at Brighton today her name is donna. I felt like I knew her forever. I went in initially Just for a birthday gift for my girlfriend but I end up getting myself a few gifts as well. The store is very organize so much great jewelry, shoes and pocket books .Thank you donna for making my first time experience a memorable one.
