Purchased a new Mitsubishi in August from another dealer it breaks down 4 hours away with 3200 miles on it. Have it towed to the service center per roadside assistance. Its now been a week the motor was completely blown Its been a week I still havent even gotten a rental car. Ive left multiple messages with service department Monday and still havent been responded. Please take your money and go somewhere else.
My son was stranded on the East coast of Florida and vehicle towed to Gunther Mitsubishi and was assisted by Axel who was very Professional. Turn around was a little slow but still they still deserve 5 stars. Thanks!
Axel is great employee and very professional and respectful with client.Megan is worst and irresponsible professional.She left me without news.She didn’t told the parts from my car was already there and If I didn’t ask Axel to help me out on that I still wait fior my car to be fixed.I called Megan manytimes and She never called me back .She just returned my call once and she didn’t give me attention and told me the parts is not there until I went to Gunther and saw she is not work with me because the part was already in Gunther and Axel found it right away.Axel is the best guy !You guys have to get better employee as Axel always.Thank u.Maria Caravaggio
My car buying experience was a delight! I recently purchased a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. The salesman helped us with a trade in and advocated for us so that we can get an amazing interest rate on our loan! We were in and out. So far, I love my vehicle! It is quite the upgrade from the Eclipse Cross that we traded in. This was by far my best car buying experience ever. 10/10 will shop again.

I had an appointment for 1pm for a simple oil change. I showed up at 1245. I was quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours so I waited instead of having my husband pick me up. I was only 1 of 2 people in the waiting room.. I thought the older gentleman waiting there was just being stuck up and complaining about his wait time for no reason (Ive worked with the elderly so I know how they can get). I brushed it off, but he was getting very mad. They came to tell him twice that they were getting his vehicle. Between the first instance and when they actually got his car it was 45 more minutes that he waited. I asked at an hour and a half how much longer my car had. The service manager came to tell me that they couldnt figure out how to lift my Mitsubishi, which makes no sense if you are a Mitsubishi dealer for one and two we take it to get oil changes regularly and there is never a problem. Even with the slight lifts we added to sides when we got the vehicle years ago. I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours total. Upon cashing out I asked to complain to the service manager and no one came out. I do NOT recommend this location on 441 and will never return. Horrible service. Dont waste your time here.
I went in because my radio and rear camera was not working. I went to Mitsubishi service thinking I would have been taken care of.I was told there was a fee ($143) to diagnose the car and it would go toward the service. I asked the service person if she had an idea of what this could run me and she said no. Why couldn’t she give me worst case scenario if I had to pay for a new radio, which by the way ended up being quoted $1900!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! Had I been given this information I could’ve used my “diagnostic fee” toward a WAY LESS expensive car radio which would have more features than my basic radio!! I paid them for them to tell me what I already knew and it’s terrible that they would take all that money for NOTHING!! I’m VERY disappointed!!!
I was able to get my oil change done as a walk and the staff were friendly and courteous. They also washed my car with their oil change and tire rotation service and that was a nice unexpected surprise.

Had steering issue. Had to rent car for a week while waiting for parts. Price seemed too high. They did seem to do good work. An authorized dealer should have parts so customers do not have to wait so long. Axel was a competent service advisor.
Was in Market for a 2022 Outlander. Isslam was helpful to show the vehicle and accommodating. In the end we did not buy from him but the experience was much better than a rival dealer Wish he would of hand the car we wanted instead. The dealer as a whole was a good experience

I made an appointment online, arrived on time, and then waited for over half an hour. When my partner and I finally asked about the wait, the woman who checks in the cars--snapped us What you thought having an appointment guaranteed you a spot? I would be willing to bet that a lot of people are under the assumption that taking the time and care to make an appointment guarantees you a spot. She stayed hostile and aggressive toward us the entire time we waited which was 45 mins to an hour. Our service advisor was a nice guy and helpful, but nothing truly got resolved on the car. I will say that the car was clean when I got it back, but I do not plan to return to your establishment.

I bought the outlander and the hood open/ unlock 2 times in the highway on the first day I was driving the car to our home from dealership, I feel so unsafe on this car any little bump you feel it 100 times worse very bad I would love to return it

Although they do repair Mitsubishis, it is a Volkswagen dealership. Great service, just wish they had some Mitsubishi materials and Mitsubishi vehicles to look at for purchase considerations.
It was a really bad experience for the service I received doing my oil change service. And it was not the first time.
We had a phenomenal experience at Gunther, which is saying a lot because I drove an hour and a half with two small children to get there. I knew exactly what I wanted and, specifically, what color. I originally spoke to Eduardo who said he was going to find someone in sales to put a hand on the car I wanted - and that’s exactly what happened. Sal, our Sales Rep, pretty much had everything done from the moment we got there and had infinite patience as he walked us through everything. Everyone was just so nice and accommodating! Sal even gave us vouchers so the kids could buy from their store. He gave us water and I think he even gave us his own snacks because my sugar was low. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and finance helped me despite my “in-repair” credit status. It was literally the most enjoyable car buying experience from start to finish! Took my Mitsubishi Lancer for service. It took about 30 minutes to get written up from the time of my appointment ( the service drive was empty ), and I had arrived 10 minutes early.Axel was my service advisor and he was great. My dissatisfaction comes with the fact that I requested a copy of the estimates so I could plan out the rest of the services (visits) I was going to come back for. The prices were very reasonable coming from a dealership. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the estimates, just a half-filled out multi point inspection.I also mentioned not to roll down my window(which I requested an estimate for the replacement as well) The part was not in stock. I got my car back with the window halfway down. So I had to fight with the window to put it back up and no one offered to assist me.Thank you for getting my service done quickly, as well as calling me after the inspection was completed and again when the car was ready. Everything a service advisor should do, but because of these 2 reasons, I will take business to another dealership.

Was told I would be called. No call. Left message for service writer, who was out to lunch, to call me. She did not. 2 hours later I had to call again and was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. Very poor communication.

Are you looking for great customer service? Ask for Issam (and Karla) at the Coconut Grove Volvo & Mitsubishi location! I hope Ill keep my new car for a looong time but if and when I need a new one, I know where to go.
Long wait, but staff was friendly. Unfortunately they are so busy .. I ran into communication problem with my service advisor. His manager made it right. I will return.

I went the day before to leave the car for service kind of late in the day but they were busy, the rep came out and told me straight forward and politely asked if I could bring the car the next day. He made an appointment and of course I missed the appointment slot, but got there anyway and was seen immediately despite how busy they were. The rep came over took all my cars info and said they’d take care of everything.. super smoothI dropped the car off and was take home. The whole process was very smooth and everyone was very nice despite everything going on. All the measures to keep my car clean we’re taken. Very happy and I am so glad there is a Mitsubishi in coconut creek once again with great people working. I was dreading taking my car for service to the place I bought it (University Mitsubishi... DONT go there) go to Gunther Mitsubishi!!!!

At 7:30 I brought my car in the best attention ever...
Arrived promptly at 7:30 this morning for a service appointment, my first at this new dealership. The line was at least 20 cars long. Waited 25 minutes and was not even checked in yet. Had to leave to get to work on time. I wont be returning to Gunther CC for service, obviously they do not care about overbooking and keeping customers waiting. Others seemed annoyed as well.

Extremely poor service this dealer is not a true Mitsubshi Dealership their focus is more on the VW cars and Suvs, there computer priceing is really offand way over priced, in fact when I brought my Mitsubshi for Service to change the coolent, the Mitsubshi price was $89.95, this dealer tried to charge me the VW price of $189.95 when I seen the mistake I pointed it out to the cashier, to correct this right away, plus a simple 2 hour service turned out to be a 7 hour wait, mondays are the worse at this dealership.Plus their service writer, did not up date on any progress, plus it was put in the car wash with out my permission during the service write up it was not asked? my appointment was set for 9:30am the contrack was not written up until 10:15 ammy best suggestion is to take it to delray mitsubishi in delray beach florida.this Gunther Mitsubishi is more of a VW dealership, and only caters to VW cares,and SUVs, it might take a year for them to get a separate dealership, plus there Auto parts store sold me a CVT fluid bottle for $19.95 plus tax, the price at delray mitsubishi for the same factory, bottlewas $10.95 ... comments the service writers most of them are female their knowledge of cars and Suvs are extremely poor, with there poor communication skills that appear to keep the customer out of the loop, there service writers require more training. and more customer care in this dealer your treated like cattle instead of the Mitsubishi customer carethat customers should be given if your going to earn a gold star, this dealership is not the place, for you. and your mitsubishi... with the customer care standards that Mitsubishi wants you to have for one note the communication and follow ups could have been better, since you have to hunt for your service writer and do the job for them.My future service with be with delray mitsubishi, or lake park mitsubishi.I was also told by another customer to stay away, from king mitsubishi, they told me it was even worse.On the end note where you bring your cars should be checked and reviewed. and should be approved by your Mitsubishi motorsto keep your warranty in check take your car to only an approved Mitsubishi dealership that displays there logo, and appearance of a real Mitsubishi quality. make sure they are wearing Mitsubishi shirts and know the proper pricing, and quality of services, or else like scotty kilmer would comment on his car care and youtube channel they will think your car is a VW instead of a Mitsubishi... is two different things...

When you set an appt, it shouldnt take all day, to be told have to come back the next day, and you dont even give a loaner

2 1/2 for an oil changed. They took my car inside the shop at 8:30 and let at 10:36. Just for a 29 minutes job. The guy told me it would take 20min to an hour which is ok but 2:30min?

My only recommendation would be to provide some sort of rental or courtesy car program for when the service center has to keep your car for more than a day. I have used this service center a few times, and even though I didnt purchase my vehicle here, they have always gone above and beyond. Terrible attention to make an oil change arrive 8 and 20 by appointment and my appointment 8 and 30. And it was 10 and 30 and I still havent gotten out of here.
