Easy in and out, the parking can be problematic at times and the front entrance walks are partially blocked with merchandise. The inside of the store is very well stocked and easy to get around. Got what I needed and was greeted enthusiastically and had no problems returning the extra lines I didnt have to use.

I was looking for a couple of fluorescent light bulbs for my kitchen and had been all over town to everywhere I thought possible and everyone said that they do not stock these light bulbs anymore because they do not sell. Then I happen to think orschlens and gave them a try and lo and behold they had them in stock. Thank you for letting me shop local.

Great store, plenty of selection, and friendly staff. Always have a good shopping experience when coming to this store. The only down side to this visit was they seem to be under stocked on many of the particular size of part we needed. They carry the size, however each of the sections that size should have been in were empty. Other than that, an excellent visit as always.

Nice place to visit...

They always have the random stuff I need for different projects. Nuts and bolts, washers, garden tools, fencing, along with food for all my animals. And the chicks and ducklings r so much fun to visit in the spring.

I went specifically for a small chainsaw/treesaw. Unfortunately there was only 2 chainsaws and no treesaw on the shelves. Maybe closer to spring Ill check back. They are pretty good at stocking items I need. I chalk this one fluke up to a Great Christmas Season for them hopefully that theyve sold out of their stock, And, lets be honest, its to damn cold out to be trimming trees anyway! Lol

Its ok. I went in the place because I was looking for a 3/8 battery operated power tool. Only to find they did have one higday not much information on it. So I went down to another store which did and I bought 2. Most places wouldnt have one in stock thats why they get 4 stars.

Bought rider.month and half had trubles they wouldnt take care of it.didnt do good by it.

Wish they had more clothing/boot options. My husband says they are limited in the tool area as well. They always try to help and animal food prices are good.

I wanted a real Christmas tree this year and Orchelins is the only place around here that sells them. The service was fast the clerk was friendly and he was knowledgeable about them.

Found what I needed quickly and easily. Might cost a little more but they usually have what I need.

Gladly replaced my baby chickens that were dying. Very helpful polite people. Had items marked on sale then clumped they was marked wrong, but still honored sale price.

I really like orscheln. Its the perfect combination of home, pet and clothing supplies. Where else can you get dog food, car tires, flowers for the yard and camouflage lingerie?

Nice store with helpful staff

Wont be back. The cashier obviously had better things she could be doing than working. I brought a large flower pot inside to purchase. Price clearly marked 19.99 in market. She insisted that I pick it up for her to scan barcode. I told her there wasnt one on any of them outside. Still made me pick it up so she could check. I told her it was 19.99 and 20% off. She said, well, I still have to have a barcode and stomped off outside, very clearly annoyed. Finally came back in and finished transaction.Im sorry, but rude employees really irritate me. Ive worked plenty of jobs that I didnt necessarily care for, but I still had to be nice to customers. Ill spend my money elsewhere in the future.

They need a bigger store and parking lot. The store is small in comparison to the one in Nowata. We shop here but they are limited in items and parking.

No prices marked . When they check the price it is not what it is marked . Store was a mesh in all ways one is to good for what we saw.
