I came in around 8pm Saturday 7/24 and there were two girls working and they were amazing!! Both of them had great customer service, very friendly and seem like hard workers! I definitely would keep coming back just for them. They are doing a great job!!

Even though there are a few items unavailable at the moment, Baskin Robbins is still very good in terms of service and ice cream!!

The ice cream shop and the donut shop are in the same store. The ice cream was good but they can improve their service a bit. But they were polite and nice.

I walked to the door 7 minutes before 9pm as the sign still said open. As I approach a guy locked the door and walked away. I then engaged with the other employees asking why they are closed before 9pm and as we were talking the lights in the location were turned off. The three were very unprofessional and it shows they lack work ethic. I was not alone. There were 4 other customers wondering why they closed early. Meanwhile google says they don’t close till 10pm. I can’t visit this location in the future.

They actually do not have 80% of the items listed on the menu. I tried to order from here ma y times and Everytime they say we are out of that.

Not a good experience. It took 3 employees, 3 corrective repetitions of my order and a partial refund to receive my food and drinks...with no apologies for *their errors*, and no response to my cheery thank you when they finally completed my order. I shall be spending my money elsewhere in future.

No toppings for ice cream, so no sprinkles, no recesses, no m&ms. No banana for banana split. No vanilla ice cream. No hot fudge. With out all of this then what’s the point of this ice cream shop??? This has been the first basking Robbins that literally has nothing

Good ice cream, and the staff does their job. However, I was kind of confused by the cone names, so if they could label them (if they have, I didn’t notice, sorry) that would be great. Their custom cake booklet was kind of banged up, but the cakes also looked delicious. Overall great, and I love that they open so early.

Very rude crew members and dirty service. They gave me a cup of tea with icecream stains all over the cup and the hijab-wearing crew lady was touching the banana after peeling it with her bare hands after she scratched her arm. Very disgusting and very rude service. Never go there again.

Was a split Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, so no 31 flavors. Took the kids since they said they never been, had them taste some Prailines & Cream (the best), they loved it! Ice cream was good and prices still a little better than Cold Stone.

They were out of 5 different ice creams long before closing time and wudnt offer to make more or anything

Extremely rude staff cant get a single thing right. Is there a manager? Who can tell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I live nearby and gave them 3 chances in a year. All experiences were atrocious.

It has a very racist and lazy staff I would never go to that place again and I do not recommend it 👎
