The service was absolutely amazing. They were able to help and answer any questions we had and made the mattress buying process smooth and simple!

Friendly people. Bought mattresses but when the delivery truck pulled up only 3 out of 5 were delivered. Great in finding one more mattress within a couple of weeks. Final mattress delivered (was told it would be higher quality than what I paid for) with Preowned stamped and delivered from Outlet and no returns. Watch out for bait and switch in this climate. The supply chain problems are real and their corporate software doesnt seem to work sufficiently.On second thought, I might bring this Preowned mattress to the Holleman store, drop it off and expect that I be refunded what I paid 6 weeks ago. I hope that will not be a problem.

Lovely experience! Keep the card the manager gives you so you don’t lose your deal. My bf and I walked in having no clue what we actually wanted, and the manager was very helpful. The sales associate took the time to inform us about each mattress we were interested in and the warranties. We returned about two months later to purchase. No fine print or bs, they genuinely want the best for you. They go over the purchase with you in detail. I was approved for a 7,000 credit card with bad to fair credit, so that is nice. They are all kind and answer anything you ask them. Make sure to get a mattress with a good warranty.

Our salesman, Nicolas, was very helpful through the entire purchasing process. He was very knowledgeable about the products and cautioned us against products with poor warranty’s. He was very helpful and got us the most money off of our purchase and suggested financing options which really helped us out.

Ask for Scott Larson! He was a great salesman. Super friendly and informative but not overbearing. Plus, mattress firm is one of the few places you can get a purple mattress. We are very satisfied and will come back when we need a new mattress.

I would give this place zero stars but one is the lowest. Would NOT recommend going to this mattress firm. The 2 girls that worked on mothers day were VERY rude. One never left her chair to come and talk with us. One came from outside and never walked up to us. We had to call her over ourselves and even then wouldnt even come up to us. They were literally yelling out prices of beds to us from across the entire store. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life. They had the crappiest attitudes and were just plain rude. Horrible customer service. So we left and spent our money elsewhere at Big Lots and they were FANTASTIC. So people just beware before going into this store.

As a first time mattress buyer, I was pretty intimidated by the selection when I first walked in. However, Sean was awesome and incredibly helpful. He expertly explained the organization of the store making it even easier to find my perfect mattress, and never pushed me to try things that were way out of my price range. They also has a great trial period policy and very competitive pricing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one I would happily do again!

My wife and I were told to buy ourselves a mattress as a gift from family. We called and went by every mattress place in town to get the best price for what we needed. When telling the other stores what we were looking for, they all tried to upsell us to more expensive mattresses, even after telling them we didnt want that, since this would be a gift. When we went into Mattress Firm and met with Richard Lawrence, he was helpful and as nice as could be. He was able to get us an amazing deal on a King Size mattress and bed frame for about half of what the other places were starting at. Sleeping on our new Tulo bed for a week now and we couldnt be happier. Its comfortable and big enough for when our kids starting piling in. Sarah was AWESOME!!!!!! While we weren’t the fastest customers we were in and out pretty quickly all thanks to Sarah. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her products, answered questions intelligently amd completely and in some cases while the question was being formulated. Since I picked the bed up, she called, left a VM and then later checked to see if I had received the information. When I got there she raced outside so I did not have to get out of my vehicle. Again, she is just AWESOME!!!!!
