Anyone in the market for a new car right now knows how difficult it is to find what you want without having to order it. We contacted every BMW dealer in TX and BMW of College Station had 2 cars coming in that were not already spoken for that fit our criteria. We live three hours away so we were really nervous about buying a car from a dealer so far away. Valerie and Mark were fantastic. They were very responsive and provided us with all of the information we needed and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to buy from them. When the car came in we made the 3 hour drive to pick it up and it was ready and waiting on the showroom floor when we arrived. We paid, got the keys, and headed home. BMW of College Station is a honest dealership. As I didnt have allocation in Austin, I booked a 21 M2 Comp with them. Jeff, my SA, was very professional and super responsive. He worked to make sure that all the BMW finance incentives were passed on directly to me without doing any padding - to me this is a very important aspect I look for with dealership. Jeff had all paperwork ready and I spend hardly 15mins there and was out with my new car. His after sales service was also top notch. Very happy to have done business with Jeff and BMW of College Station.
Excellent customer service, Jason treated me better than I have been treated by a customer service rep in a long time. Give that man a raise. Price was a little high for an oil change but what do you expect? It’s BMW.
Yesterday at 430, I had an “emergency “! My car started smoking and had a horrible smell! The service team got me in right away for a check-up and found the problem quickly and had me back in the road! Jason and the service manager were very kind and helpful while I tried joy to panic! Me and my husband purchase a lot of cars and we have 1 BMW store 2 mins from our Tyler home & 3 stores near our Houston home but we choose to always contact Jeff Burnell at BMW College station. When I purchase I dont have to worry about my husband being around to approve the documents. What Jeff tells you is the final results. We purchased a car at BMW of CS last Saturday and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Jesse Singh was our salesman and he was great. Very patient, not pushy at all, just overall an incredibly professional experience. The dealership is modern, has a nice lobby and lounge, and a great playroom for our little one. Ill go to them first when we get ready to replace our car.
Excellent reception and customer service. 8/7/21 update, I continue to be impressed with this dealership. I have some trim issues that need to be addressed. I was received by customer service like a patient coming into the ER on life support.
While we couldn’t make a deal, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I had worked with Juan, who was very straightforward, friendly, and not pushy in the least. They had a 2019 Honda Pilot that was really nice, but I could get a new 2020 for just $3K more, so we plan test driving them this weekend. Again, definitely recommend for customer service, wish we could have made a deal!

Went into BMW having a pretty good idea of what i wanted. Jorge had the car I wanted ready and made the whole process very simple. He was very caring and even told me of some good products to use on my car to help keep it looking new. Overall the experience was really good! You can tell they arent trying to make a quick buck, but genuinely care about you satisfaction and getting you the car you want! I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jorge Lujuan, Gods gift to a car shopper. Mr. Lujuan was the most helpful, professional and transparent car salesman Ive ever encountered. I honestly feel that its not about just selling cars to Jorge, he is more so focused on the customers experience and the best way to assist the customer physically and financially. He never made me feel as if he was annoyed or rushing me. He was very honest and direct with me which was a huge plus. He is definitely a very important piece of this company, because his takes his job seriously yet still makes ever customer feel appreciated whether they purchase a car or not. BMW is extremely blessed to have such an individual of integrity and stature such as Jorge. I am still looking for the perfect car there at BMW and with his help and honesty, I know Ill make the perfect choice very soon. Today I went about the dreaded task of “just looking” for a car, Noah approached with his friendly smile and that was it, he gained my trust immediately which has to be extremely difficult at a car lot. I have bought a few cars before but I think I was nervous here....not sure why. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and he asked all the right questions and helped me figure it out. He introduced us to Dylan for who made the financial side of the interaction a pleasant experience, Dylan walked us through the technicalities involved and made it so simple, absolutely no pressure from either of the guys. The entire process flowed smoothly even after two test drives and absolutely no intention of “wanting” to walk out with a new purchase. My son just moved to College Station last weekend to start school. His 128i tire picked up a nail or something causing it to have a slow leak. He drove the car to BMW of College Station to have the tire repaired and dropped it off. The dealership had to order the tire. While the car was there, they contacted my son and said there was a multitude of items that needed addressed on the car.1. Front Wipers needed replaced $ 82.002. Brake Fluid Flush $129.953. AC Micro Filter $146.714. VALVE COVER GASKET $908.755. OIL FILTER HOUSING GASKET $538.61I thought this seemed suspicious, so I had him go to a well known reputable European Auto Shop in College Station. The shop spent 3 plus hours going through the car completely with the only findings to be Engine air filter (Remove & Replace Engine Air Filter Element $118.13 +tax ) and Cabin air filter ( Remove & Replace Cabin Air Filter $102.48 +tax )As far as the leaks i.e.. valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket, they said is was a result of a messy oil change or oil top off, which happened just a week ago a the BMW Orr Dealership in Tyler TX. smh.SO CONSUMER BEWARE BEFORE YOU USE EITHER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN COLLEGE STATION OR TYLER TEXAS. GET A SECOND OPINION.BTWTHE EUROPEON SHOP IN COLLEGE STATION THAT DISCOVERED ALL OF THE ISSUES or BETTER STATED NON-ISSUES WOULD BE:AUTOWERKS.Thank you Andrew with AUTOWERKS of COLLEGE STATION. My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus GX from BMW of College Station. We thoroughly enjoyed working with our salesperson, Jorge Lujan. He made us feel valued and respected through the whole process. Everyone was very professional and considerate of ours needs even though we were purchasing a used car that wasn’t a BMW. Quite different experience from my past experiences in purchasing vehicles.We had an issue with a new tire that needed replacing which they did very soon after purchasing.I’d certainly do business with the dealership again.
Unfortunately you may have the worse service center in texas. The customer service that I received was horrible. I explained to your general manager from my perspective my experience and was called a liar and hung up on. Mr juco was very unprofessional and displayed why his staff Express the same attributes.

I have owned and thought that the only car to buy was a Mercedes. My husband and I were looking for another car and just out of curiosity went into the bmw store which is right next to the Mercedes store in college station. We were meet by the most Picture ball salesman name George luhan. Not pushy but highly skilled. He informed me of the difference between the Mercedes and the BMWS . I had no idea what I was missing out on until he informed me and showed prove to back up his word. For anyone looking for a high quality product I suggest you come in and ask for Mr. Luhan. I dont think I will never want any other make again...thank you gorge.

Great Car (z4), but despite speaking to numerous staff, they dont follow up on a simple warranty items. Would make the trip to Houston for the service alone and will not buy a car from them again because of the poor service alone.
Bought a certified pre-own X5.1st issue: WindshieldDrove back to Houston, parked in garage for 2 days. One night, random lifting the windshield wipe and found out there was a crack at the left side of windshield. I clearly remember there isn’t any rock hitting the windshield as I was driving. So the windshield got cracked before I bought it however, how can I prove that? Luckily a couple days before I bought the car, my husband drove up to the dealership and took a ton of high resolution pictures so he can show me the details. On the picture he took showed there was some sort of white shades at the same spot where the crack was at. So we contact the dealership with all the information we have and from the salesman and the general manager are both implying anything can happen after I drove the car off the lot. I have a very good coverage from my auto insurance, my deductible is 250$. I really don’t need to get through all the stress that this dealership put me through if I was the one caused the crack. Come on!! So disappointed that after we bought the car, they don’t even believe what we say. With the photo evidence, they say “oh, that could be just dust.” Really? That must be some special dust that this dealership’s car clean service can not remove! After a very intense phone call with the manager, the dealership finally agreed to get me a replacement of the windshield. It took roughly a month to the the order in and installed it.2nd issue: license plate and registrationHow long does it take in Texas to get a new license plate and registration? Google says average 2-3 weeks!!! After more than 2 months I still don’t have my license plate!!!! (I received my plate 9-12, bought the car 7-4) I called the dealership many times to try to found out where is the license plate? No one knows and no one cares!!! When the temporary license plate is about expire, I asked for another temporary plate and was told I NEEED GO TO DMV MYSELF!!! I almost believed them but I still have some doubts so I called a BMW dealer in Houston and was told the dealer where I bought the car from should take care of it for me. So again, phone calls right before Labor Day weekend with this dealership stressed the hell of me!!! They even told me not to call them because they are busy!!! So what am I supposed to do? Drive my car with a expired temporary license plate? I go to work just like anybody else. I was almost begging the manager to help me out to issue another temporary plate so I can go to work. This is how much grieve this dealership had gave me! So I had 1 and half day without a valid plate. After I received the 2nd temporary plate, I really want to found out when will I receive my plate. The manager said they will look into it. Of course no one gave me any useful update regarding my plate. I contacted BMW Customer relationship and was told I bought the car from them therefore in order to get my plate I need contact this dealership. Which part BMW customer relationship doesn’t understand???? If this dealership is doing it’s job, I should not need to call you to ask for help!!! And you told me, get back to them?!!! I was devastated and don’t know what to do. Called Harris county tax office and tried to found out if there’s any update about my plate. Nothing!!!! They can’t find anything under my VIN!!!! So I called TEXAS DMV told the agent my struggle and was told that in Texas dealers suppose to submit paper work on behalf of the buyers within 30days!!! The agent couldn’t find any application of my VIN!!!

A light indicator was up and I thought I just stopped by to have it checked before finding time to make reservation. They took care of the problem right away. Mike and Travor take the need of their customers as priority. They are professional and friendly. In addition, the shuttle driver Jerry is always there when one needs a ride. I have a commercial account through a body shop in Louisiana and I’ve used the discount at multiple BMW dealerships nationwide. I just moved here to College Station, only to find out they won’t honor my discount. Spoke to the service manager, and he declined as well. Already called ahead to Houston, and they said I’d be taken care of. Looks like I’ll have to travel a little out of my way to buy the parts I need. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Wish there was an option to give them no stars! When I walked in, no one greeted me, even though there were no other customers and the salesman were all sitting on the Mazda side. Then Eric shows up. What a zero! At first he acted enthusiastic about helping me when less than 10 minutes into telling what I was looking to purchase, Wayne, a customer, walked in. Literally in the middle of a sentence Eric yells, Wayne is that you? Ill be with you in a minute.I was so, so, so, unimportant to him, gets up from our conversation, goes and gets another salesperson to work with me and attends to Wayne. What horrendous customer service!! The second salesperson has less knowledge of BMWs than I do. He did not even know how to open the hood!?!He left me three protracted periods of time, once to tell his manager something (really? Is he 12?), next to find a key to a car and finally to try to find the car!!!! While were in this DISCOUNTED car, he called me old!! Wow! Then he said it did not have an alarm system nor was it an inline 6, which I specifically requested. He asked if that was a deal breaker? I said Duh? Thats what Ive been discussing with you. He left a fourth time to tell his manager there were OTHER customers on the BMW lot!!! Another indication how unimportant me and my business was to Brazos BMW. I will be telling every person I know, most especially the ones looking for new vehicles. Both Eric(most especially Eric) and whoever the other salesperson was should be fired. They clearly have less than zero customer service knowledge. The young, second salesperson was just plain stupid/clueless to all social graces. The fourth time the clueless salesperson left, I turned the car off, told another excessively, spewing with rudeness salesperson the key and left. Well, the moral of this novelette is; Brazos BMW BLARING OBVIOUS does not need my business nor anyone elses.
I want to say thank you to David Levine and all his staff from the finance guy to the delivery drivers. They delivered my Wife’s New BMW to us in Mckinney TX all the way from Bryan Tx.
