I have been coming here for over 10 years and have always been impressed and pleased by the quality of reproductions and copies and especially great service. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.

Nice place to make copies or have things printed and bound. They also make business cards and other such items. Very friendly staff. It can be quite busy at times but they are very helpful.

The folks at Copy Corner went above and beyond for my project. Specifically Josh. I gave them a challenge and a tight timeline and they got it done and the finished project looks fantastic. Thank you to a great local business!

It pains me to leave this review, as I really do like Copy Corner. I used to say I would always use Copy Corner over any other (similar) company. However, I recently started my own business and work from home so I rely on Copy Corner more than normal. Unfortunately, I have found that they are not as reliable as I once thought they were. The problems I have experienced keep adding up and while any one problem isn’t major, it has reached the point where all the issues have become “death by a thousand paper cuts.” For example, I sent in a project via email to be printed off. I then picked up the printouts on my way home at the end of the day. My goal was to have the printouts first thing in the morning so that I could scan them as a PDF and send them off ASAP. However, the next morning when I was going through the printouts, I realized that half of the pages were missing and were replaced with someone else’s information! This meant that instead of scanning the documents like I had planned, I had to go back to Copy Corner again. Once I got there, they were helpful and apologetic, and they gave me the correct printouts (but I could not get the time back). I then asked how much it would cost to scan the documents at their store (as this would be a faster solution, but it was also a cost I should not have incurred). I was told it was .15 per page, and realizing it wasn’t that expensive, I let them scan the documents. However, when they gave me the total, it was a higher than expected, so I asked why. It was then that they told me they charged $1.00 to send the documents out via email ! Again, not a huge deal but I had them send several scans via email and I would have liked to have known about the cost up-front. After all, if they had gotten my order correct in the very beginning, I would not be back in their store paying for the scans and emails. In any event, I will continue using Copy Corner because I really do like the business and have always thought they were great. However, from this point forward, I will be double-checking everything they do and asking about fees I wouldn’t normally know about.

Copy Corner has printed invitations and various supplies for events for us for several years. They have always done a great job and made suggestions to make the finished product better. This year I ordered an invitation which was perfect for an annual May event. Took it to the experts at Copy Corner and was lucky enough to talk to Josh who had done work on our previous printing. Problem was : design great, stock paper terrible. Will not try to describe what Josh did to turn sour lemons into sweet lemonade..Suffice to say, I have one of the most beautiful invitations I have ever sent. I come here because they’re way cheaper than other places. But - I need a new place to get prints made. Keep having mistakes made and having to deal with the mistakes or pay anyway. Employee and manager don’t care, don’t pay attention to the orders and don’t show any care to keep you coming back.

I had my holiday cards done here and they did a wonderful job! Kaitlin and Shelbie (I believe that was her name?) were both very helpful and patient with me and my constantly changing card ideas. I even went back later to have more printed because I liked the first batch so much. The girls who rang me up at the checkout counter were also were kind and informative. HOWEVER, two different times while I was in the store the manager, Andrew, was very rude and unnecessarily aggressive towards the employees. He was never rude to me, but witnessing him openly scold and berate workers, yelling across the store- it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. It was particularly confusing considering how hard everyone was working and what a great job they were doing. I hope that someone talks to him about the appropriate way to treat his employees- they did not deserve to be treated that way.

I was helped by Leenah and Andrew this afternoon. One designed and one built a little project I had in my mind. They were great at their jobs and the prices here are very fair. Im totally happy with the results. Also, whether you believe in masks or not, it was nice to see them wearing masks correctly 😷 (didnt notice anyone here wearing them wrong, but I cant say thats true everywhere I go....so good job yall!)

Ben is your man! After working with and relying on Copy Corners services for 6 years with my small business, I couldnt have made it without Bens help. He empathized with me on my bad days and made sure he could do what he was able to get my orders looking sharp. He was a breath of fresh air - all small business owners will be in good hands. This is the one facet of the grind I never have to lose sleep over.

I had two print orders yesterday and uploaded both of them via their website and then went to their business. I didnt realize their lobby was closed until I arrived, and called the number. I had wanted to look at paper samples to choose my printing, but the employee was able to find my uploads and make suggestions for both my jobs. Both suggestions turned out great and I was only waiting for 5-10 minutes. They also did my credit card over the phone so there was a contactless transaction. When I left I received an email follow up from another employee about my online submissions saying theyd be willing to bring samples out to the parking lot for me, and I informed I had already gotten my job completed. Obviously, they are doing an awesome job maintaining courteous, fast, and professional service.

For the second straight time, I took in business cards and they came back wrong. Their solution was to charge me HALF to reprint them, despite the mistake being theirs. With the first set, they printed out mouse type so that the information could not be read without a magnifying glass. Boom, 50% mark up with re-print. With this order, they re-sized my original powerpoint for it to better fit the card. But, they didnt align the bottom information so that the website showed up in the center of the bottom, rather than at the right margin. Again, their solution was to charge me another 50% to reprint them. It was their mistake, OWN IT. Fix the cards and maintain a loyal customer. I encourage everyone to buy locally, but find an alternative to this. The guy who helped me used sarcasm when I told him I would not do the 50% markup again. Thanks for not working with me, were his exact words. Please patronize a printer who respects you and will make good any mistake that they cause. Copy Corner needs a wake up call by watching loyal customers leave. I will provide one and ask that you do too.

Best copy shop ever! And I’ve been to many a copy shop! 😏 The staff in general are awesome but it’s the manager Gavin who really makes the place great! Very helpful & so nice! The quality of their prints is top notch. They always have my stuff ready to pick up & knew my name after only a few visits! They really make you feel important & isn’t that what customer service is all about!? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Second time going to copy corner and the staff is very helpful and very friendly. The store is kept clean as well.I had sent a file over through their website to be printed. In actuality I needed 40 copies of it. It took less than 20 minutes (including the line) to get it all processed and copied. Very efficient!

Customer Service is not great, especially on the design side of things. Many of the employees dont seem to know what they are doing or what prices are which I guess is a bit understandable with high turnover in a College town. I have been overcharged by no fault of my own, but due to a lack of attention to detail by employees. Not many paper options, especially for heavy stock, maybe that is just not common as I thought it should be? I will say that I have had all good experiences with the manager at this location and he is very quick to access my needs and I do appreciate the early and late hours of service.

I went there to print a few photos for some frames and Easton was so much help! He professionally adjusted the pixels and resolution to make sure that it would look good when printed and it did! Would highly recommend his expertise when needing to print!

I wish I could give negative stars after the encounter I just had. My experience when I come here is typically that I wait for a few minutes for an employee to acknowledge me as I watch them talk to each other and avoid customers. However, they do get me what I need.After today though.... I will never visit again. I came in hoping to get some pages printed for an upcoming test. After fifteen minutes of waiting, some other customers come in. They stand near me, but I think Oh well, these employees have seen me waiting here for fifteen minutes. They wouldnt help the others before asking what I need.. To my surprise, an employee (unfortunately I dont know his name, but he looks like Zac Efron with brown hair) approaches and asks the customer next to me what they need. As I was in a rush, I politely tell him Excuse me, Ive been waiting longer than the other customers. He certainly heard and understood me, as we were standing in front of each other and making eye contact as I spoke. Shockingly, he blatantly ignored that I spoke and turned back to helping the customer that had arrived after me. As there were more customers that had come in after me, I lost hope of being attended and left. I am very angry after receiving such treatment and will never be visiting the Copy Corner again. I would rather pay $1 per page than receive such treatment again!

Copy Corner is truly a case of not realizing what you have until you dont have it anymore. As a student, these guys always took care of me with quality products, fast friendly service and fair pricing. Now living in Dallas for the past couple of years, I have found it almost impossible to find local copy shops of this same caliber even in such a major city. Keep up the good work!

Had business cards designed and printed. Someone changed the heading word from Installation to instruction. Clearly shown to Manager where the words were wrote out specifically on initial request form but since I did not catch it on the proof sent attached to an email, his reply was, well, weve already ran your card. Cards were printed and problem noticed at pick up. Managers only remedy was to pay for cards and reprint another corrected batch at a 25 percent discount. When asked for at least a 50 percent discount I was told no, problem was completely my fault for not catching the word on the proof. Theres a reason why the prices are cheaper, evidently Copy Corner cant read written instructions or cant afford software with spellcheck. Yes, an actual printing company is more, but at least they can follow directions. You get what you pay for.***update***Manager called a day later, apologized and offered to reprint business cards at no charge. Everyone has a bad day and deserves a second chance. Rating changed from 1 to 4.

Very attentive staff and reasonably priced as well. You can either email your file ahead of time to be printed or walk in, either way very timely and efficient. Great place if you need something quick.

Been going to copy corner since the 2009 or so timeline. Went today for a scan service, apparently prices and pricing method had changed significantly. Employee did not have any customer service skills or ability to inform customer. Moral of the story, scanned one page and paid $2.17 for it since it was emailed out. Nuts...

This place is awesome. Writing a review before I leave the parking lot because I’m so impressed with the customer service! I printed several images, a few scans, and wanted all of them color corrected to match. The employee never acted annoyed & was super flexible / helpful. I came in closer to closing & they still completed my job on the spot (staying a little late to get it done) and every single employee I interacted with had a great attitude. They even gave an active duty military discount after all of that. 110% will recommend & return!!

Copy corner is the place to go! I have been doing business with them for awhile. I submit my documents through their website, they have a proof made for me and when I go in the store the staff is so friendly and helpful. Very organized. I give them my name and they pull my order, I check it, approve it, they print and cut for me right then, I pay and Im out the door. Great prices and now this is the only place I go to for my printing needs!

I cant speak for anyone else there, but Ryan Allen has been handling all of my orders for the past several months. Today we needed a few large posters printed on the fly and Ryan made it happen quickly. Im not sure what they are paying Ryan, but he deserves a raise. If you need something done right the first time, hes your guy.

Copy corner to the rescue!! I was in a bind. My internet was down and I needed to print over 100 copies, scan them, convert them to pdf and email them. Copy corner did it SO fast! I’m thrilled and have full confidence in them for my important documents and projects.

I am an artist and was looking for some quick prints of my art. They told me this was something they could handle. I brought my originals in so they could be scanned and copied. The young girl helping immediately rubbed her hands all over my art. She made several bad copies and asked if there was any way she could make the resolution better. She said she would ask someone who might know more. Another very young girl came to help who also rubbed her hands all over my art and was not careful with them. It was at the point where I saw them spraying LIQUID on the printer before placing my art on top that I almost had a heart attack and asked for my art back. If they don’t know how to handle art they shouldn’t advertise that/ offer that they can do it. Was a terrible heart stopping experience and took my business elsewhere.

I have been using CC for our business for over 5 years now and never had a problem until their main desktop person left. Now, every single time we have work done, there is something wrong and needs to be redone. Today was the icing on the cake when the lady who handed me my order did not say one word to me, not one.The only reason we keep coming

My son and I come here for all our printing needs, as theres never a wait. And the compassionate manager here keeps us coming back, cuz she offered half price for flyers of my lost dog. Shes still missing, so we continue to print out thousands of flyers so that really helps!!

Had a complicated print job that required certain pages to be on carbon paper, other pages were double sided with a mix single sided all bound and with tabs. They were patient and helpful. Ended up being 40, 300+ page handbooks and they all turned out well. Reasonably priced.

Ive always found the people here to be very friendly and helpful. And I appreciate that a real person picks up the phone almost immediately, which is far better than FedEx. They know what theyre doing!

Worst experience. I ordered a business card here and it has the worst quality. It feels like they wrote down my name on a piece of paper. Besides, customer service is horrible. They were super rude and they told me you are not professional and it is what is if you want something different you should pay again.

If youre a designer- dont go here!Most of the employees cant help you. I have yet to get a single thing printed properly this semester.If all you need printed is poor quality class notes...this place is probably fine for you. Anything else is too complicated.

Went to get copy of pics the young lady was very helpful. But when it came to pay to young boys just stood there in front of me.and didnt accommodate me or acknowledge me very rude.

Attractive man helped me with everything. I had no clue what I was doing and I actually caused mistakes to my work. Everything worked out and my project was beautiful. The quality was amazing and I would highly recommend. They have matching hoodies which is pretty cool too, but doesnt add much to your printing experience, besides a bit more red in your field of vision.But really, go there. It wont be as expensive as you thought it would be, and the class you need to print it for will give you a decent grade for it. #JustDoIt

I am not impressed by the handling of a recent (writing this in CC parking lot) printing because of the way an issue was handled. Rather than work with me on a printing that cut the border off, I was told if I need set-up help to see the other side. This file was made in Adobe Illustator and I knew the problem was preset margins used in their standard printing. I instructed the employee to simply shrink by 5% and problem was resolved. Unfortunately, I have double of my prints and one set has tight margins because I had to trim the page to salvage the copies. I really have no idea if they will be used, but it was a waste to throw them away and I had to pay double after all.They have the equipment to get things done - just be cautious as there is no concern for a quality job. There was no attempt to work with me on an issue that I think was a mistake on their end. Moreover, I welcome a response from management on their policy for issues as I just described.

I needed copies made and holes drilled in a Teachers Manual (the copyright on this item allows you to make copies). They messed up my originals by hole punching them WAY off center. Then they messed up two sets of copies by also punching them way off center. When I got there and found out the mistakes that they mad they were very matter of fact (not apologetic for just ruining my TM) but they did happily inform me they were not charging me for the messed up copies. They didnt offer in anyway to make it right.I went to Office Max to get holes punched in the correct spot.Copy Corner does have excellent Self Serve copy machines and they have been helpful in the past when I needed to use those machines.

I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MSC loaction. The old lady yelled at me for looking at samples and then purposefully did not do my print and took care of the people who came after me. Do not go there, use Texas Ave branch if you have to.

I submitted engineering prints through their online portal, waited three days and then called to make sure they were ready before I went to pick them up. I waited on hold for 10min as they found my order. When they finally did, they said it hadnt been tagged by anyone or printed yet, but guaranteed it would get done that day by 5:00pm. When I went to pick them up the next morning, they still couldnt find my order and they hadnt been printed. I waited another 10min (they again had issues finding the order). They printed them, but they came out pixelated-- when I expressed displeasure at having to pay for the prints and that Id like to come back and get them reprinted, the clerk proceeded to tell me I would need to pay because it wasnt his fault, handed me back my card, grabbed the prints off the counter and stormed off without a word. I have been very loyal to Copy Corner for a while, but this negative experience, across multiple clerks, makes me confident that I will never walk through their door again. In all the time I wasted, I only heard one individual say they were sorry. Im not sure what happened here, but the neglect of my job order, lack of communication, and unwillingness to budge at all has me majorly questioning the Copy Corners employee training and file system.
