Had me go back 3 different times. Went days without medicine just so the last time I went they could say it was their bad it was an easy over the counter I could grab myself.

If you show up anywhere from 15-20 minutes before closing they will close early. I got in line to request a refill 20 minutes before closing got laughed at as they closed early. It would have taken max 2 minutes and I got there as soon as I could. Figured 20, technically 21 minutes before closing would be fine. Guess not.

Worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. It has taken them almost a week to fill meds and they still aren’t ready. I’ve attempted to transfer the meds to another pharmacy but it seems like they can’t even do that right. These are meds i need to take every day and they don’t seem to care about the fact i need them. Will never fill here again.

Called in my prescription @2 pm and was told it would take an hour. So i advises I would get it after work, I get here around 6:30pm and they told me it wasn’t ready that it would take about 20 minutes. Then when telling the manager that I was told it would be ready around 3 all she had to say was that they were short staffed and started to talk to the next customer. I think it’s ridiculous that it’s been over 3 hours and it’s not ready, they should have called or something. Most likely not coming here again

SAVE YOURSELF DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.. DONT GO TO THIS WALMART AT ALL! Seriously if I could rate this place one star I would. I showed up around 6 because I had gotten out of the doctor at 5 so I assumed it would be ready but they said it would be 40 minutes so I came back at 8 and the lady that was helping me was in training so I was trying to be understanding. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE she was trying to get insurance info and kept me there for 45 minutes just to walk away without medication and wanting to kick all the meds off the shelves. The other lady in the pharmacy just told her to let it go while I was standing there! Then I asked if she was able to get my info from cvs and she said she wasn’t gonna call them because they take too long to answer the phone so she called Walgreens instead???? Then she kept putting the wrong letters in for my I’d and I even pronounced them for her. I tried to be patient and understand but when she’s being rude to me and pushing me off like a child it’s very agitating. I know Walmart probably could care less about their reviews since they are a large companies but I have never had a pharmacy tech ruin my night in my entire life. Never want to use this walmart or pharmacy again. Wasted 45 minutes of my life and I’m extremely angry. She also held me phone for a solid 20 minutes.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I requested two refills. Only one was correct. When I informed them of the mistake they apologized and said they would fix it. When I went to pick up the correct script they tried to charge me for it. I told them I have already paid, but they gave me the wrong medicine. The pharmacist then proceeds to tell me he doesnt know who I spoke with, but basically it was my problem and I still had to pay. BS. After a few vulgar comments from myself I walked away. I refuse to pay for a mistake that they made. These people are responsible for our medications, yet they cant comprehend when they messed up. I will never return to this pharmacy nor this walmart.

They’re so rude here! I went in because I got a text message that my prescription was ready, and when I got there they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They shrugged it off like “guess nobody filled it then.” Y’all what?

They seem to be always closed..... I dont know of any other pharmacy where all employees take lunch at the same time.
