Found everything Im looking for except some outside Christmas decorations. Its early but they are a little late in getting them out. Went to Walmart in Houston found exactly what I was looking for

Staff was friendly and helpful. They werent very busy, but it took a while to get some assistance, as they only had 1 associate in the furniture section. He even checked in with us when he was helping the other people, reassuring us that he would be with us as soon as possible. Once they helped us out, they were WONDERFUL!!!!

Worst store to do layaway with. They cancelled my layaway September 2020 and to date they still CANNOT and HAVE NOT provided me my refund. Ive spoken to numerous personnel from their corporate offices and all I get is apologies and they are working on it. Its been almost a year. I am at the point where I no longer trust this establishment. Im am still waiting for them to issue my refund

Ive always had a positive shopping experience here but my visit today was AWESOME!! The cashier was super friendly and helpful. She, the manager, and another associate were so fun and enjoyable!! They seem to enjoy their jobs and certainly made me enjoy shopping there and leave with a huge smile. This was hands down the best shopping experience Ive had in a while!! Way to go Big Lots Team - we need more people like yall in the retail world!!

They had this price on the box for this chair and would not honor the price. The man up fron claimed that it was for the chair without the foot rest. But this sign was on the box with the foot rest. He did not even apologize or offer a better explanation. Ill probably just stick to shopping at target. I wont be shopping here anymore.

Went to buy a large piece of furniture and the lady talking to us was an helpful whatsoever. We would ask a question and simply get a yes or no answer with no explanation or insight. The furniture was perfect however, incredibly comfortable and easy to install. Plus we found some bulk Himalayan salt for $3. Cant go wrong with that.

Store was a mess. Very unorganized!!! The restroom was disgusting! Cashier talking about customers when they hang up . Just a mess overall! I’ve seen this store look way more presentable and who’s ever in charge now needs to do better!

We were here the first of November and had just moved from Tennessee. After discovering we were not cut out to be lifting and browsing furniture an employee quickly offered assistance. Joseph showed great customer service and assisted us with not only finding the right furniture, but also moving everything to the car for us! The store manager literally went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I was buying alcohol for a wedding and he even went as far as to tell us to wait until a sale since we were buying a large quantity.Ill definitely never shop anywhere else after this amazing experience!

I really like our location. Its clean and not cluttered and usually has a good selection of items.

Not a good place to buy food/snacks. There were pantry moths inside of a case of mixed nuts we bought. Then we opened up our box of pasta to find beetles and eggs inside of it.

Bought a very nice recliner at great price.Had a great selection to choose from.

Went there to help my brother pick up a swivel rocker/recliner. Found the one he wanted right away; had more trouble finding someone to help us make the purchase. Found someone who called someone to help us; he went in the back to look for the chair. They didnt have one in our color; wouldnt sell us the one on the floor. We decided to take one in the color they did have -- slate, instead of chocolate. He fetched it from the back, wheeled it up front; bro and I paid for it while he and nephew loaded into the truck. Relatively painless experience, except for not getting our choice of color.

This place is horrible they were rushing me i berly looked at the menu.I ordered there special tacos al carbon and the plate was cold tortillas were old and cold. Seems like theres alot to talk about all waitress talking and not paying attention to custumers.

I read reviews on this location before actually visiting and like to give businesses the benefit of proving themselves, however this location is in shambles you have to step over boxes to shop pallets of things that need to be stocked just in the middle of the store. You barely can walk around without tripping over something

I really like Big Lots..been shopping there si ce they open here in CS back in 1997. It use be be located right there where the Goodwill is now. Although they use to be a lot cheaper. Like the little unique things

Pretty good. Been several times recently. Each time Ive gone, it hasnt been terribly busy. No annoying children, etc. Ive found really terrific deals on clearance items here.

I was very displeased today with an incident. My mom and i have been looking at a sofa at Big lots for some time now, we went in and looked at it not once, not twice but THREE times! each time the sales clerk came to ask if we were interested in the couch, we were giving delivery options, but disliked some of them so today we rented a UHaul 8ft bed truck for $49.50 after the sales clerk had told us we were able to pick the sofa up today, after we rented the truck went back, and asked about the order (THE SAME DAY) we were told the sofa on the floor was display (although the price tag clearly states “take home today!”) We were infuriated with the non sense of all this. On top of the incident the clerk was super rude and not understanding what so ever, he basically waved us off and continued wit the next costumer. I recommend somewhere else to buy you furniture!

The prices here are good, especially in the snacks and furniture department. Store is messy though. There are many items without prices, and employees were hanging out at the register talking the whole time of my visit. Not very helpful.

Love the selection at Big Lots

Everytime I have come in here over half the aisles have half opened boxes and products all over the floor and/or completely blocked by boxes and despite there usually being more employees than expected, they are more interested in hanging around in large groups and obnoxiously gossiping instead of making sure the customers arent going to trip and break their neck.Never been in a Big Lots I didnt like, until this one.

They are really great and their prices are really good but you have got to watch what you buy from there
