Party Time Rentals was one of my favorite vendors during the whole wedding process! Their event consultants went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were perfectly happy with our order, even though we changed our order multiple times they were prompt to make it happen. If you are planning a wedding I HIGHLY recommend using Party Time for your rentals. The event consultants there are truly a breeze to work with :)

We utilized Party Time Rentals for many linen rental for our BIG day, but we were happy to also rent a Jenga and cornhole set! It was easy to order and change to our order if needed. The linens were perfectly steamed and the colors were exactly what we wanted (colors true to their online color). We also appreciated the easy, contactless pick-up and drop-off of our items.

A business is only as good as its employees--and Lauren Fickey, the assistant manager with whom I worked, was SUPERB! Highly recommend. My daughter married at a farm, so we were working from the ground up (literally!). Lauren visited the site to assess the tent size and placement, assisted with the selection of all rental items and even made a fabulous recommendation for another vendor we used. I inadvertently left off one set of plates and realized it the day before the wedding. Lauren arranged for a similar plate to be picked up by someone attending the wedding--truly fabulous service. The only issue I had came with the delivery. The timing of the tent set-up and the drop-off of the items to be placed under the tent wasnt timed well (and was compounded by the fact the tent guys left a roof panel and had to return to Austin to retrieve). The chairs--which wed been told would be cleaned and any scrapes/divots covered--were not clean, requiring my wedding planners to clean. However, once again, Lauren to the rescue. I notified her of the issue, sent pictures and let her know the chairs would be returned in better condition than when they were delivered. She resolved the issue--and I think was appreciative of the feedback. So...if you visit, ask for Lauren!!

Amy Kujawa was excellent to work with. Very honest, kind and easy to communicate with. I had a great experience working with party time rentals. We were happy with our order, their staff, and the quality of their services. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Everything from the tent to the decor on the tables. The entire process was seamless and everything ran perfectly! Great event coordinators with great prices for their equipment. Had a large event and they were able to provide tables, chairs, and stage equipment for the event. They help you find the right equipment with their event specialists and deliver on time. Would recommend to someone looking for rentals.

I have used Party Time Rentals twice now for events in Houston (north Houston) because their inventory is a little more diverse than the other rental companies around. The first time I ordered there was a mix-up on an item that was delivered, but they promptly took care of it well before the event took place. The second time was a breeze - I was called to confirm that the delivery would be there in an hour, and the two men on the delivery and set-up crew were patient with me having them move tables to make sure they were perfectly centered in the space. I would highly recommend them for your rental needs for your next event!

Very easy company to work and communicate with. They had a lot of different selections when it came to their products, which I appreciated. When youre planning a party or wedding, its a hassle to have to coordinate with multiple different companies. The reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the chargers I initially picked out, months before my wedding, were somehow damaged about a week before my wedding day. It was a little frustrating, as everything seems to be a few days before your big day, but the employees were very apologetic and did their best to remedy the situation. Overall they were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely consider using them in the future!

We have used Party Time Rentals for several years for tents, linens, tables, chairs, stages, etc. They are responsive and very accommodating. If there are any last minute glitches (which does not happen often) they are easy to reach and quickly resolve the issue. I highly recommend Party Time!

We recently rented a tent from Party Time rentals for a cattle show. Not your normal tent rental situation, but the team at Party Time didnt miss a beat. They were very responsive, and kept us informed of payments due, delivery plans, and when the tent was ready for us. As we were three hours out of town, this was key. When we arrived at the tent, everything was ready for us to move in. We will definitely use them again when we come back to Bryan!

Ive previously used this place but after Friday 5/29/20 i never will again... I was told they were doing Touchless delivery because of Covid-19, so the customer has to get out load all items on there on!! This is a huge warehouse which offers plenty of social distancing space or just have the customer stay in their vehicle but to have them do the loading an unloading is complete BS!! Even the local restaurants came up with a better alternative than this which deals with food. Its a complete abusive of Covid health codes in order to cut back on employee use an less pay for personal finance gains!! SMH...Its always that one that abuses the situation an makes it hard for others.

I rented wine and champagne glasses from Amy for a party at my home. The whole experience with Party Time Rentals was lovely. The glasses were very nice and after just a quick rinse out they were ready to be returned! Would recommend!

I have been dealing with Party Time for the past 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The last time I used their service was on a game day. We needed tables for an event at work and they flexed their schedule to deliver them and pick them up. Not only did they work after hours on a Saturday and fight game day traffic to get to us, but they were also early! Great company!

My wife and I used party time rental for our wedding in March. The customer service is topnotch. They worked with us on several quotes and helped us craft the wedding we wanted with the available materials. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for quick and easy rental items for partys or events.

Awful picking and up and dropping off. I was constantly skipped over and waited 30 minutes both times. Make sure you have ample time when picking up and dropping off. It’s ridiculous to have employees just stare at you and walk away. Once I was skipped over there was nobody around to unload my truck for 15 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Wish I could have rated the experience differently.Booked the maroon & white tailgate package for the Clemson game thinking wed spend money to make the tailgating process easier than setting up and breaking down our own equipment like normal. About 5 days after taking my deposit I was informed they did not have the tent they said I would receive. They did have a similar tent of same size and knocked about $30 off for the trouble which I appreciated.I was told Id be contacted on Friday of setup by someone with party time between 12 and 12:30 to meet me at my designated spot and just lay the frame to mark the spot so I could return to work and then they would come finish setting up later. I had to call the office around 12:30 when I hadnt heard from them and was told they were running a bit behind but theyd get to me between 2-4 because there were 2 tents in front of me they were going to set up. After calling the crew leader they were able to get to me earlier than that and just mark the spot.I was hoping that was the end of minor inconveniences. It was not. When I ordered the package they told me Id have my chairs and tables at my tent at 8am on game day. After calling 3 times throughout the morning and with all our supplies just sitting on the ground, we finally got our tables and chairs at 11:15, just 3 hours after our tailgate started and we were expecting them.They forgot my linens in the truck so a crew member said they were going to grab the linens for my table in the truck and be right back. By 11:45 it was clear my linens werent showing up so we began to put supplies on the tables and just move on.At 2:15 a random guy showed up with linens and asked if we ordered them. I told him we were supposed to have gotten them hours ago but clearly we just moved on with the day. He simply said ok well just so I can say you got them and hung the linens on the side of the tent and walked off.Incredibly unorganized, mistakes small and large from the start, and maddeningly frustrating considering the entire point of spending that kind of money on a tailgate setup was for peace of mind so we could enjoy our time with friends and family. Instead it was multiple phone calls, half apologies, mix ups, and not delivering as expected on any facet of the process.

I ordered runners for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! They were exactly what I was looking for and Amy was so knowledgeable about all of the products and what I would need!

I had a horrible experience this store. First of all when I went to order I was treated badly. I rented an insulator container which was supposed to keep the water hot but within the twenty minutes the water was cold. Along with the insulator I rented a coffee maker that did not work. I bought a lot food to use with the hot water and coffee and I was not able to use them. The items were of bad quality. I called to make a complaint they said they would call me back and I have not heard back from them. I would strongly consider going to a different store.

We rented linens, chargers, and a waycool fan. The staff was very helpful even when I needed to change the order a few times! Dropoff and pickup of the items went just as planned and they made the whole process as easy as possible.

We had a late request for pipe and drape for twenty vendor booths at a conference and Party Time Rentals was very timely in accommodating us.

We were given tailgate chairs when we specified it was and indoor event, the chairs were dirty and we had to have our cleaners come out after set up and after take down AFTER they were they that same morning. We were told we would have a discount on our next chair order. I picked up this order today, same dirty chairs, no discount.Now my car is covered in dirt AGAIN and it looks like we’ll be dropping more money on cleaners. I refuse to use this company again and will never recommend to anyone.
