It took three weeks for them to get back with me and tell me that they were too busy to run a part that we were having them quote. I called once a week to check in as they told me I would get a quote back two days after they received the prints. Terrible communication. I cant say anything about their work (it may be great) however, their customer surface and quoting department is awful.
