Absolutely amazing customer service. My husband needed a work vehicle and we came to the conclusion (as he is the type to research something to death) that a scooter is what he needed. Despite the challenge that my husband could be to some of the salesman in his life Josh handled him effortlessly.After never having rode a scooter before, Josh had my husband riding around the back area and even ha him comfortable.Thursday he went in for his first oil change and the service didn’t stop after the purchase. Information and guidance was given on customizing the scooter (as I need Christmas gift ideas) and the most efficient and cost-effective ways in which do so.HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering a purchase of a scooter.

Had a wonderful experience here purchasing a scooter for my sis. paul was super friendly and very thorough in his responses to our questions about cost, features, comparison, safety, etc. regarding the different models of scooters. my sis got a mini lesson on how to ride the scooter and was able to test ride it before purchasing. josh was also great in showing us all the bells and whistles for the new ride. the demonstration of the anti-theft features made me confident that we were getting a good scooter as well 😅 paul went above and beyond for us and i really appreciate all the time that was spent making us comfortable to make a big purchase like that. thanks again 😊

Walked in to purchase my first scooter. The owner and employees were very respectful and very friendly. I asked about multiple brands and they were very knowledgeable about every bike. I ended up purchasing a Rough house sport the owner was really kind and told me everything I needed to know about the bike. It was my first time owning a scooter so he gave me and my husband a lesson on how to ride it. I highly recommend this place. When I purchase my second one I will definitely be coming back.

The people up in college station texas are the most friendly Ive encountered. Houston doesnt have many scooter stores unless you finance them. If you havent got the best credit, Scoots in college station will definitely HELP you. Theyve got variety of scooters to choose from. I believe that scooters are economically better than cars. Less maintenance required. If you decide to invest in a scooter, GO TO COLLEGE STATION!! EXCELLENT 👌

They helped me on almost a daily basis to make the design I had in my mind come to life. I rarely leave reviews, but Scoots went above and beyond with their customer service and especially their mechanical competence. I privately bought a used Sym Citycom which they accurately and honestly diagnosed a corrosion issue. Alex the mechanic did the best job at rebuilding part of the engine and cooling system which was thoroughly tested through a week long ride from TX to NY. These guys know what they’re doing, and they do it very well.

I brought my scooter to Scoots to be repaired, they quickly took it in and identified the issue immediately. They then ordered (through warranty) the part to fix my scooter. I had an issue with the amount time it was taking for the scooter to be fixed so I called and reached out to the Owner, and Im glad I did. He thoroughly explained everything that was happening in great detail. (mainly due to shipping issues) duh me. So all in all this was an amazing customer service experience. Scoots has an amazing team that works hard for every customer I have seen come through their doors. This is the type of place that is worth skipping Amazon to make a trip and support a local business.

Ive been up here several times, more so now that Ive taken on a small engine project thats common to most motors used in scooters... And honestly Im extremely pleased every time Ive been up there. Love this place! Took a group of friends to ride and we had a blast. They took great care of us and worked with us as we had to reschedule due to a storm. They taught us how to use the scooters and were very accommodating to our different needs. We had never ridden scooters before and by the end of the day we felt like pros.

This place is great! I was between cars and I went in to take a look, they set me up with a rental scooter and that got me to class and work for 3 months. Gas was negligible. Sam and Charlotte are the friendliest people and they always texted back immediately to answer my questions. They have single day rentals too so when I want go for a scoot around town Ill definitely be back.

I was shopping for a scooter in San Antonio and wasnt pleased with customer service here. (Felt they didnt care about my business.) I knew which scooter I wanted and started calling around Texas to find one. I had to just leave a message at several places or they didnt have one. Scoots answered right away and were so nice and accommodating. They didnt have the color I was wanting but said no problem they could order it for me. I took care of the transaction over the phone and everything went so smoothly. They added the accessories and had the scooter gassed up and ready for me. Everyone I met and spoke with were very personable and gave excellent customer service. I will not shop anywhere else even though it is a 3 hour drive! When you buy your scooter from them, be sure and tell them I referred you. Thanks!

Great owner and crew here! They have taken care of my Yamaha Majesty 400 for just over a year now. New tires, brakes, seat, and a few oil changes have all gone smoothly.My wife or I have even been given a ride home a few times, due to logistics issues. Highly recommend Scoots!

The gloves I had for my scooter were worn and decided I wanted new ones. Went into scoots and was helped immediately, with the girl behind the counter showing me through a catalog of all the different gloves they could get if I didnt want any in the store. I ordered a pair they suggested, and they arrived the next day. Theyre so much better than my original pair! Super happy with the experience. Id recommend anyone to come here. Great atmosphere!

They carry a very wide variety of scooters covering every price point possible, they are VERY up front about every little detail on their bikes, they are as quick as possible and always try to do the very best for their customers. Would 100% visit and purchase from them again.

This is the one place that will do reliable work on your scooter or bike without trying to gouge you for money. Always very reasonable prices and great customer service. I think Ive had them work on a total of 3 different scooters or bikes and Ive never been disappointed

I recently sold my scooter to Scoots and was blown away with the offer they gave me. I knew the price I was asking for my scooter was fair, and everyone else had low-balled me by a couple hundred dollars. Initially, I hadnt planned on selling my scooter to Scoots because, lets be real, dealers are notorious for ripping people off. Sam--the owner of Scoots--offered me the price I was asking (minus the cost to replace a dead battery that would no longer charge).Before I sold my scooter to Scoots, I had brought in two different scooters I had owned for service work. Ive never felt like they were trying to up-sell me and provide services I didnt need. The day I brought my scooter for Sam to look it over and buy it, I brought my scooter in to get the battery charged, and when I came back a few hours later, they told me that I needed a new battery. They even took me to the back to show me the readings on the battery tester.Other times, Ive simply called them and explained my problems. Theyve always been able to help me out both with the mechanical aspects of owning a scooter and the more practical aspects (like insurance, licensing, storage, maintenance, etc.).I would and do definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for selling, buying, renting, or maintaining a scooter.

DONT TRUST w/ your SYM scooter:I have been to scoots more than once for my 2018 SYM Fiddle III and each time have been met with great disappointment from these licensed SYM mechanics.They are licensed SYM mechanics but sadly they are far from actually doing real work to SYM bikes or scooters. Been having a ticking noise that has been getting noticeably louder over the past year so I decided to take it in to get it looked at by an actual SYM mechanic.After about about a month they finally had room in their schedule to look at my bike. Their answer was to ride my scooter down University for an hour and then was charged $100 for absolutely no work. The case was never opened for my bike where the actual ticking is coming from but somehow they know exactly what the problem was (THEY DIDNT).My scooter still has the exact same problem that has been noticeably getting worse, with $100 directly down the drain, NOTHING was fixed but I did get a rather expensive $50 oil change (1 qt of oil is about $6-8 at walmart)I have been to scoots more than once for my 2018 SYM Fiddle III and when it comes to anything outside of ordering SYM accessories, sadly I cant trust them.Hopefully SYM will see this review and investigate their licensed mechanic sponsorship because honestly, I was very disappointed as this is the only place in the area that SYM recommends and I have a feeling that it is just because they deal their bikes but unfortunately they are not the best at doing any actual work for a reasonable price(driving a scooter down one street for one hour ~probably less~ is not worth $100 of mechanics work anywhere in my book)- their response to this review is not what was conveyed to me in the store, the reason I got an oil change is be cause I was spending $100 on nothing so figured Id at least get my oil changed. Oh and my bad, forgot yall had exclusive oil that is unable to be gotten anywhere. This place is a ripoff.- the pricing of the diagnostics (driving the scooted up texas avenue) was not told at the time- I approved of getting the oil change in store so your notes are flawed, what a great detail to include to prove that you are incorrect.-SYM really needs to do some quality control with your store advertising as their licensed mechanics

Every time I have come into Scoots, they have been very polite and prompt in helping me with whatever I need. All the employees are very knowledgable and always willing to help. When I broke my ankle last semester, they were more than willing to help me find the scooter that would best fit my needs, and I still use it to get around campus quickly!

I recently bought a Buddy 50, and I couldnt be happier. Everyone I interacted with at Scoots was so helpful in choosing the right scooter. They walked us through picking helmets, and they pointed out pros and cons of various types. Before we left, they ensured we were prepared for everything with a scooter, including setting up insurance. I LOVE my scooter, but I had a concern when it died while at a stop sign. I scooted on over, and they took care of the low idle within minutes. I highly recommend Scoots, whether youre looking to rent a scooter or purchase one.

I purchased a Genuine Buddy 170i with a few accessories installed from the staff at Scoots. Everyone was so helpful, polite, and made the entire process streamlined. I have since been back to purchase oil and filters to service the bike myself as well as safety gear for riding ( jacket, gloves, helmet). If the parts are not in stock often they are available next day. Prices have always been pretty fair and I always leave Scoots with a smile on my face.

They are great with rental and stuff. But, the rent me striker is hideous and not cool. Some people came up to me and said can we rent you i was like what the.... then i remembered the sticker. Please remove it :) put a scoots on it which is away cooler name than RENT ME -.-

I don’t know anything about scooters mechanically, so I asked them to see what’s wrong with it and was VERY specific about letting me know before doing any work, money is tight I’m an independent student, then I get a text saying I owe $172.

I bought a 2015 Genuine Roughouse about 3months ago. It has 300 miles on it and Ive had to bring it in 2 times for them to work on it. Honestly if the Genuine is the best scooter they sell.. Dont waste your money.

I just bought my first scooter from here and the staff were all so friendly and helped me so much! 11/10 recommend this place

First, Scoots sold us a scooter that is plagued by chronic problems which they claim they never observe every time the scooter is brought in. Second they use sub-par lenders and open a credit card in your name. The problem with this is the salesman pitched it as a loan rather than a high interest credit card. Additionally if you do not pay off your entire loan by the time the promotional period is up you will be charged a years worth of interest. This again should have been something that the scoots staff explains but did not. I would avoid due to a lack of transparency about lending practices and an unhelpful maintenance staff.

I purchased a Chinese scooter off Craigslist in January, and it was an absolute mess. Everything was broken! I did as much work on it as I could before admitting defeat, and took it to Scoots. Sam and his crew took it in, and made it run like a dream! The service was very reasonably priced, and they will bend over backwards to make sure everything is right. From answering my stupid questions about scooters to looking at a replacement for my garbage scooter, these guys are the best.

As an international student on a college town I went to scoots with a huge hope it would be my ultimate solution for getting around College Station, but aso SO many questions as I never owned a scooter before. Sam welcomed me to his shop like an old friend and had the patience to help me with each one of my 1,000 questions. I went from zero to one hundred in one day regarding scooters and its needs. I was able to buy the scooter I wanted with all the accessories and insurance in the same place! Not only that but I had absolutely no experience on driving one and Sam even spent some hours helping me out.. I have no words to thank them enough! If you are still trying to decide whether to get one or not this is the best place for all your questions!

I rented a scooter and when i returned it back, they charged me 50$ from my deposit because i removed the RENT ME sticker from the side of the scooter! I was surprised about what kind of sticker is it to charge me 50$! its just simple letters sicked together which i can buy from walmart for 2 dollars, this is totally unfair price. Although it is not stated in the contract how much is the penalty for removing the sticker, they insisted on charging me the 50$.

I had a scooter picked up by Scoots because it wouldnt start and when it did start the scooter would get hot and die. Im convinced the mechanic that worked on my scooter was clueless. I paid $104 for them to tell me that the problem is electrical, for them to try and put in and ignition switch twice and that they are tired of messing with it. They had the bike for 2 or 3 weeks and only seemed to take it apart. Its hilarious because when I had gotten the bike home I found the electrical problem, installed the new ignition switch, started the bike, drained the oil and fuel from the engine, and removed the engine for a carb replacement, vacuum and fuel line replacement, and a general tune up in about an hour. It seems that the kids they have as mechanics need some schooling on how to trouble shoot electrical problems and all around general work ethic. Im so disappointed in the work or lack there of work that was performed. Oh, and they couldnt even remember to get the keys for the original ignition switch and compartment. Stick to selling new scooters and hire real mechanics please.
