Love these bagels and the employees are usually pretty nice. However, management needs to think about the fact that a person inside the building has just as much if not more value than the one who decides to go through the drive-through. We could have gone through the drive-through three times in the time it is taking us to get three bagels inside.

I placed and order and they had forgotten a cold brew I PAID FOR. I was never given a receipt. I didn’t realize I hadn’t received it until I had gotten to work. I went back to the store and they refused to give me my drink. Solid customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could.

My order the 3 times has been incorrect. They don’t pay attention and we’re ride about it when I called!

My visit today was good ... I had a coupon to get 3 free bagels with purchase so I got my current favorite which is their Avocado Toast on an Everything toasted bagel!

This is the best Einstein’s! They are so nice and make the best bagels! This Einstein’s is a staple restaurant in Colleyville, everyone goes to it from the mayor to business executives.

Long wait times and mediocre food. Food was cold when it finally arrived (30 minutes). This is no fault of the poor girl girl trying her best in there alone. This one star review in squarely on the shoulders of management for scheduling only one person to work a morning shift at a breakfast restaurant. This girl was hopelessly trying to manage both the drive through and dine in customers all by herself.If finding workers to fill shifts is an issue then maybe management should try paying a livable wage.

Terrible service. the staff are rude

If youre looking for very little protein and lots of carbs... This is the location for you. I ordered the Tasty Turkey, but after several bites with no meat, I opened up my sandwich and Wow....1 piece creatively folded. Nearly $8.00 and one slice of meat. The bagel wasnt toasted and not cut in half like usual either. Ive come here several times and honestly the quality of food has gotten worse, as well as the portions. So disappointing. No receipt provided either. ☹😞

Been through the drive thru twice now. My food is freshly prepared for me & the people serving me have been very kind.

Dfw lack gourmet bagel place and it comes as close to what we can get. Their bagels are soft the ones that wont hurt your jaw while chewing.. a lot of options to try from.. really like green chile and jalapeno cheese bagels

Ive eaten here many times and even become a regular. Theres a guy named Xavier working in the morning who always remembers my order, and hes pleasant to talk to. A few of the workers are. Their bagels are always just the way we want them and its overall a great place to eat breakfast at.

Bagel mildly toasted. Coffee was above average.Overall ok but consider yourself warned about that bagelrito. It was warm and inviting on the outside but inside it was frozen and disgusting. I was tricked into believing this was going to be good when I saw salsa came with it. The salsa was frozen on the inside. There selling prepackaged frozen burritos y’all. Plz don’t get the burrito guy’s or maybe emphasize you want it extra toasted

Honestly, I’ve been coming to Einstein at this location for years. I don’t know if this location changed management, or if it wiped out all its old employees, but the amount of care and the service has TANKED.I’m not really one to complain, nor am I one to be troublesome, but the last three times i’ve come here, my order has been wrong. I ordered Avocado Toast on plain. I open my box, there’s barely any avocado, and no seasoning on top... I ordered my mom a sesame seed with cream cheese.. the bagel is no sesame seed, and there’s very little cream cheese. I came in again today, and they got my avocado toast wrong AGAIN. Again, I’m not one to usually complain, but I just feel like if you’re going to work in a restaurant business, you need to know what you’re doing, and be able to work under pressure and during a rush.

Great spot for the big bagel chain. Store looks clean and well-kept, staff was friendly, and my Nava Lox bagel was perfect. Wasnt thrilled with their mango iced tea, but that was hardly a scratch in the armor for this place. Ill definitely be grabbing bagels here again when Im in the area!

Not really worth the price. Paid $13 for 2 bagel sandwiches and the fried egg seemed old and bagels were slightly burnt.

This chain is EXPENSIVE and there is typically something wrong with my order every time i go. My most common complaint is a burnt bagel, sometimes with a cold center! YUCK.I also feel like they skimp out on the schmear at times. The guy at the drive thru window lately is RUDE. I honestly hate coming to this location, but hate that Einsteins in general costs so much these days for what I see as deteriorating quality :(

Great place for a quick bite. The farmhouse is good, generally I get it without the cream cheese, but with 2 eggs. The supernova is also good if you liked smoked salmon.They have 3 flavors of hot chocolate: milk, dark, and white. The milk chocolate is the best!

The bagels here are too puffy, its like getting a roll, the other locations have better bagel bakers, so the bagels are a little more dense and chewy. Also, There is a nice young guy who works here, but theres a woman with reddish hair who is rude and not helpful.

This location has an issue with the greasy long haired hippy at the counter and his poor attitude and customer service.Love there bagels. Im from NY, i grew up with the best bagels in the world and this place is the closest you can get to a real NY bagel.

Like all Einstein Bagel locations I have visited, the food is always great and the space is clean. However, I have been visiting this location for several years as it is the closest one to our home but it has always been exceedingly slow, more often than not getting the order wrong, with dismissive and seemingly overwhelmed staff. Either they are always under staffed or the process is just not organized.

I honestly dont think Einstein Bros could screw up enough to make me ever leave a one star review. This place represents my childhood - and the food is always excellent. This is legitimately the only place where the service could be horrible and Id still give 5 stars just because of the food. Keep being excellent!!!

Place was crazy busy. There is VERY limited seating especially when they have a huge refrigerated bin in the middle of the floor. Coffee unfortunately was out, and because they were so busy, there was nobody working on cleaning the restaurant. Trash was overflowing and people were leaving trash on their tables since they couldnt throw it away. The food itself was typical Einstein - it was good! (I Love their everything bagels - thats some crazy tasty stuff right there!) Just wish the overall experience had been better.

This morning they are moving like snails!! We have places to be and people are backing out of the drive thru. Not only that but the lady over the intercom was very unfriendly. I had taken a wrong turn and missed Starbucks, but next time I’ll turn around and go back to Starbucks... I would have spent less and been met with someone who isn’t rude!

I like bagels. And they have as many as Ive ever seen! Plus all the trimmings. There is also selections for the person who is eating lighter!

I love, love, LOVE this place! I stop here almost every morning for a delicious bagel the menu is great! Plus, the service is fantastic. Just this morning, I had a very short wait, and they gave me a free cookie! I seriously only had to wait like 3 minutes! Give this place a try, seriously.

Fantastic taste. Always get the french toast bagel egg, bacon & cheese, with Maple Smear. Yummy, but just found out that they are doing away with the Maple Smear. No, no, please keep! Place is clean, and they work deligent at getting the meals out. Luv the take home bagels!

We love Einstein Bros. Bagels but this location is notorious for getting our order wrong or forgetting something. We usually go through the drive-through and I now make sure I check my sandwiches before leaving to make sure they are correct. I have made it home at least 5-7 times with an incorrect order. Hope they can figure this out!! We love the food...

Mel is a great general manager always being so kind trying to know everyone and making sure they are well taken care of.Staff here is friendly as well.The new chocolate truffle is amazing!

They always seem to undercook the bagels. But, I go to Target and they sell the same Einstein bagels and they cook them longer so they taste better at Target. LOL also cheaper at Target. The big advantage for Einstein is they always have bagels available but at Target you better get their first thing in the morning or the selection will be very slim. They dont make them through out the day like Einstein does. The bagels are certainly tasty, especially the ones with asiago cheese.

Absolutely terrible service. The cashier didn’t even have the courtesy to ask how I was doing and when I asked him how he was he said tired. Like what? And it’s like that every time I’m there. They are just rude and couldn’t care less about treating people with respect. The only saving grace is the baker, who always has all the bagels ready to go. I’d never go here again if it wasn’t for him. Train your employees better.

Dont eat bagels, dont like them in the U.K......we were visiting friends in DFW and they tempted me to try a bagel in your shop ....A M A Z I N G .....I had a Spinach bagel with turkey and avocado n salad....AMAZING ..it was that good, I went back the following day for another the crew were also awesome, friendly and nothing was a problem to them ..........on departing the airport terminal D, I found your outlet, sorry guys but this was horrendous food.

Good variety and price.

This is a cosy little breakfast spot with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and got our order out to us very quickly. Food quality is good, I fully reccomend the Turkey Bacon Avacodo on a bagel! The only downside was the price, breakfast for me and my brother was almost $15 without any drinks - so its not a place for anyone on a budget. Overall though, we had a very good experience!

They have great potato salad but skimpy portions.

Food was very good. But the drive threw tried to give me someone elses order and I had to ask the for my change. Staff seemed a little unorganized. But this might have been a one off incident.

Always good bagels but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Seems like they are always out of the bagel you want. The drink machine was out of ice so when I went to the counter I was told that I could get ice from the drink machine. REALLY! Oh and he was standing next to the ice machine they use for the drive-up.

I visit this location weekly and prefer this location over others. Unfortunately, they (accidently) flavored the whipped cream with hazelnut. My drink was ruined and I definitely gagged. I called to warn them and they said nothing about my ruined drink. I wont be visiting as often. Be sure to confirm your order before leaving because that was an unpleasant surprise. Buyer beware.

I used to come here every morning on my way to work around 6:45 and it was usually pretty quick and great service! I have noticed however the past few months service there is awful. You get there and the lady who typically works the drive thru come over the speaker and says “hold on one moment” and your sitting there for a good 2-3 min till someone takes your order, and Then you wait about 10 min in the drive thru line (I have been in the line up to 15 min before if it’s closer to 7) in addition my food seems like someonone threw it in a warmer for 30 seconds to warm it up and just thrown together. I love me some Einstein’s bagels but the service seems to get worse and worse in the last few months. One lady there in the mornings (brown hair with glasses) is great! she makes an effort to smile and talk to you while working her butt off! But some of the other people who particularly work the drive thru aren’t so nice and act as if you are annoying her, very rude.

I love Einstiens but every time I go they are sooo slow. Today I got the half dozen bagel box and they forgot my cream cheese. So really I wasted 10 dollars who eats bagels without cream cheese. It was supposed to be a surprise for my coworkers and now its just a dissapointing mess.Only reason I still go to this location is the cashier Barbara is always so pleasant.
