In 2012 Shaw made good on replacing defective carpet we had installed a few years prior. Carpet Brokers was our referred vendor for the new install and they were good at first, but when we noticed the carpet coming up 3 years later I called and left a message for Jerry so we could address the issue. Sadly he opted not to call back to address his teams very poor workmanship. After we finished our remodel we hired Greg at Metro Carpet Repair and he did a FANTASTIC job of fixing Carpet Brokers horrible install.
