I am bit shocked to see how rude people are to Anabel, her daughter, and overall her business. I have been a consignor for 5 years and I have honestly loved this store so much. I have been treated so nicely by the owner and her workers, her clothes is absolutely amazing with high quality clothing. In such a prestigious city, I cant believe the amount of rude people that exist. Anabel I appreciate your business and everything you have done for me, I will continue to bring clothes and shop from you as much as I can! I was at the store yesterday and I noticed a lady screaming and being rude to the owner but the owner was extremely calm, shocking how disrespectful this was.

Lets see all 1 stars if you consign clothes here but 5 stars if you shop here.Wonder why? Thats because the owner never calls to say your clothes didnt sell. Then the clothes are magically donated.Pretty sure we are just providing free inventory when we consign clothes here. What a scam.NEVER LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES.

Been to this shop on a few occasions. Very nice clothing and reasonably priced. My personal experience has always been very welcoming and pleasant by both the mother and daughter. Read the bad reviews not sure what all those were about maybe personal. But I suggest anyone to judge and visit this establishment for yourself.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. left a $300 formal at classy closet. The owner told me the approximate time she would keep the dress. I called a week before the time was up and found that the dress had not sold, so I asked the owner when I could come pick it up. She assured me she would call me back to let me know before I was leaving town for one month. I made it clear I wanted the dress back. She promised to call, by she never did. I was out of the country for a month and never received her message that she was donating my dress. Upon my return I called and left her a message, but she didnt return my calls. This owner did not keep her word with me and refuses to make it right. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

How is the store up and running? The owner most likely has inheritance. It was an eerie feeling having her not greet you as soon as you walk in. If you’re going to look the part, at least read my fortunes through a crystal ball, and offer spiced cookies. I was expecting Crossroads vintage quality, but saw 80’s Kasper’s style, a very outdated look. I would recommend this store if you are on the 700 club lacking self worth, because these items will age you.

Wow! I just stopped in to look for a dress and check on some clothes that were consigned. The new owner just started speaking and chastising me for not picking up my clothes. She very assertively insisted that she had called me, I tried to show her my phone that there were no calls from her. She just kept on and on, basically calling me a liar! She said, can we talk, and i said yes, but your speaking at me and she just turned around, brought me my check and and my things that she couldnt sell in a ripped garbage bag! Told me to go sell them somewhere else for three dollars! And grabbed a dress that i was going to try on and said she was the owner and i cant buy anything!!! I am flabbergasted about what just happened??? Ive NEVER experienced this type of rudeness and disrespect from any business owner. It was once a very warm and friendly place to shop and just visit, with Amy and the other ladys.Debbie Herrera

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!! Nothing classy about this store. I should have read the reviews before I encountered this rude, obnoxious, despicable owner. I suspected she was sketchy but now her behavior confirms I was right. I called last month to check on my clothes but she never returned my call and then she called me a liar saying that I never called even though I showed her my phone record. She said she had to sell the clothes on clearance so she owed me very little. Save yourself the frustration and stay clear of this scam artist. ANABEL, DO THE COMMUNITY A FAVOR AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Lound and impolite.From what I was told only the daughter was there and the older owners happily made comments. I gave a poor rating because you admitted to swearing at a customer. That is unprofessional. I also see you complain about customers rearranging clothes and customers asking about prices. That is part of owning a clothing store. If cant handle it find another job that is easier for you and stop whining.

My hair stylist friends and I have found many stylish outfits at classy closet in Colleyville. A very nice mix of clothes pieces, shoes, jackets from casual to evening wear.The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful !

The only thing nice about this consignment experience was the owners dog. The owner of this store is extremely rude to the customers who bring items to her store for consignment purposes. She behaves in a manner implying nothing is good enough for her store & rejects items such as never worn Talbots & Jessica McClintock, complete with original tags still attached. She thinks her stock is classy yet it isnt...it is trends that are dead by the time you get home. She doesnt recognize class & she certainly has no class.

Very rude people, i came in and she asked me if i had money to buy her clothes. I convinced myself she was joking but who would joke like that. Clothes are meh, owner and her daughter are so loud and obnoxious. i would give them O star if I couldi hope i have my own voice, ive always wanted to report her but i didnt know any tools. Now i know and i will go till the end to get an apologize from her.

Not your typical stuffy consignment shop great value and selection, the owner was very sweet and accommodating to all customers needs and she was willing to negotiate prices which is very nice to know you can get quality merchandise at a price you can afford and because of all the above i was able to find a great gift, i will absolutely be back.👍
