Very nice place to get ice cream! The new ownership has done a great job renovating the shop and everyone there is friendly. The older reviews do not apply to the new and improved shop, so if you haven’t been for a while it’s worth giving them a chance.

Hi! so going off the other reviews, this place is amazing! the reason why there might be a wait is because of poor management. which is NOT the workers fault, but the managers. this poor girl was working alone on a shift that was super busy. i have seen this happen multiple weekends already. the line was out to the sidewalk and she was doing such a good job managing everything fast and by herself. she deserves recognition for what she’s doing and definitely take it easy on her, especially if you come in during a rush hour! i will be returning next weekend for more ice cream with my family 😀

I recommend the amaretto ice cream with mini chocolate chips, pecans, & strawberries.

Friendly service. Not a lot of options like their big name competition but still a nice little place to satisfy an ice cream craving. The customer service couldnt have been more friendly or welcoming.

I recently tried purchasing from this marble slab from uber eats. After waiting for over an hour I called and was told it would br better for me to just cancel my order. I will not try ordering from them again.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday back in march. It was supposed to be a cookie jar chaos cake with a cookies n’ cream type of ice cream and also cookie dough ice cream! Looked great in the pictures and was super excited. Then I went and paid $40 for the cake, only to cut into it and find only vanilla ice cream inside both layers. Reached out to customer service via email, and was told they would contact the owner. However, I was never contacted by the owner. Reached out again and was told the same thing. Now it’s June and no one ever contacted me. $40 down the drain. Don’t waste your money getting a cake here, just go to Baskin-Robbins instead.

Sometimes there is a wait. Sometimes the ice cream is a little melty. But the price and taste combo make it my favorite in our area. It would be nice if they could add more outdoor seating, especially during social distancing!

Horrible customer service from the old guy working there. Acted like he was annoyed we came in and then did the bare minimum to prepare what was ordered. Don’t go to this location!!

Had a wonderful visit at this location. Ice cream was dreamy and delicious. The man working was super sweet and my kids enjoyed him so much. Would definitely return! Highly recommend. Very clean, too!

The ice cream is always amazing, and when we visited the other day, my wife left her phone on a table. I called the location a few hours later when we realized it was missing and they had set it aside so no one could walk away with it. I will continue to come here through the long and hit summer of Texas!

I placed an order for a birthday cake two days ago. The young girl who helped me stated that I would receive a call from the manager to confirm the order that same evening. The call never came, so I naturally called back 1.5 days later to confirm after I remembered the cake. A young lady answered the phone and relied the message to the manager, who then called me and said the cake is ready for pick up. Perfect.My husband and I walked into the location to pick up the LARGE cake I ordered. The manager handed us a cake from the front freezer that said medium on the box. I didn’t care to correct him that I had placed a large cake order even though he knew me as “the girl who called to say the manager never confirmed my cake”. A medium would’ve been fine, I just wanted extra slices Incase. No big deal.He starts to process our order and wanted to charge us $32.99 for the cake!! All signage in the store stated that a medium cake was $28.99. The cake box even had $28.99 written on it. After I pointed to the box and the sign that said medium cake is $28.99, he continued to repeat that a medium is a large which is why it is $32.99. It did not make any sense because a large is 1/4 sheet, it says so on the signage!He kept asking how many people I’m trying to feed. I said 20, hence why I wanted a large cake. He then said get two medium cakes, and he’d cut me a deal. I ended up leaving with no cake and went elsewhere.1) my large cake order was never placed, otherwise he would’ve had the 1/4 sheet turtle cake made.2) he kept trying to convince me that a medium was a large3) tried to overcharge me when prices ARE CLEARLY marked ($28.99 was the even marked on the box)DO NOT PURCHASE ICE CREAM CAKES AT THIS LOCATION, unless you’ve clarified the prices beforehand and know what you will be getting. The ice cream cake prices are false advertising.

Ice cream is delicious, and at just the right temperature/ softness. The unlimited mix ins are great, and done well/ thoroughly. They give you samples of whatever flavors you like, and have many premade combos to choose from (if you dont want to concoct your own masterpiece).You can get a bowl, waffle bowl, or cone. waffle stuff can be plain or dipped in milk/ white/ or dark chocolate... They have candy sprinkled cones also. They have drinks and some cakes available, too.Its pricey though... got a waffle bowl and a small bowl for almost $15.

So very disappointed in our last visit. Wee came in expecting the expected thick and creamy delicious desserts with know and love. However what we were served was more like soft serve. I did ask the young lady behind the counter if all of the ice cream was so thin however, she did not answer. So, we tried to enjoy our treats but it just wasnt there standard we know and love. We asked for a refund and left disappointed. Hoping we go back again to a different experience.

Very disappointed!!! Decided to order the Cookie Chaos cake cause it looks amazing. When I picked it up it looked a little sad, not as exciting. I can expect it to not look like the pic but they couldve tried. I overlooked it but was concerned that the ice cream used was basic vanilla. I asked the manager if the cookies & cream was used & he confirmed that it was. I got home & cut into it to see that it was basic vanilla instead.So, the manager lied & just gave me a basic cake with cookies when I wanted an over the top cake. I didnt get the cookies & cream ice cream, the chocolate chips or the chips ahoy cookies.Will never go back as Id rather get what I pay for, not be given what the manager prefers.

Very courteous staff, and accommodating. I got a banana split and just mentioned in passing that almonds taste better on there. They changed it up, no problem.

I would have liked to get some ice cream but I saw that the lady working there was on the same customer for like 10 minutes!... So I finally got aggravated enough and just left!... Either yall need to hire more people to help her out or get someone else that can work solo and with a sense of purpose!

Its been 5 years since I last visited this location and my last! When you walk in it smells like they have a sewage problem. Its smells! It use smell like sweet waffle cones. That is no longer the case!! And what really did it for me is when he pulled all this GreatValue chocolate and carmel syrups!! It made me wonder what other ingredients are Walmart brand?! Ive been to other locations and I didnt see any Greatvalue products.

The most horrible place ever. I love marble slab stores and their products are good, but this one particular store is so horribly managed by the owner because of his arrogance and sheer stupidity towards customers. You would feel like you are being shouted at by the owner, lest feel like a customer. The overall experience made me question Marble Slab in general, but still i have in other stores. Stay away if you can

I placed an order last week, nothing special. Call a day before pickup, not a problem everything is done. Come to pick up cake, not ready can I come back in a couple of hours. Totally screwing up party plans. Stay far away!!

Past three times I’ve been in, there was no ice cream out in the front, the “mix ins” were very sparse and the guy behind the counter said “we only have Sweet Cream, Vanilla & Strawberry!” & “It’s cause we close at 9p!”Oh really? Sign says 1030p...Google says 1030p...call the number and the employee (not the guy) says 1030p is the closing time. So what the hell? Is it my Thin Blue Line shirt that irritated him to the point of pissedoffedness? I don’t know, hell hes probably the damn owner so this review won’t mean anything to him.BUT...his attitude has cost him a customer. And I’ll tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Disappointed with the state of Marble Slab/Colleyville this week. We walked in to find they were only serving vanilla ice cream. There was only 1 employee working-took awhile to get through the line. The store was dirty and unkempt. They are going to need to raise the bar much higher to stay in business in this competitive market.

Very very dirty. Bathrooms looked like they had never been cleaned. It smelled really bad inside the shop. The employees were more concerned about themselves than the customers. Won’t be coming back.

Got here about 730 and was greeted as I walked in and they were very patient waiting for me and my girlfriend to pick a flavor of ice cream. I will be back to this location again but with diffrent topping choices mint and coockie dough not a good combo.

Dont ever try to order a birthday cake from this place. I ordered 2 weeks in advance, I hadnt heard anything until the day I was supposed to pick it up. I had to call them to make sure they had my order ready. It wasnt only not ready, it had melted. I had already paid for the cake, and they werent going to make another one until the next day (after the birthday party). I went in to get my money back or some type of compensation for the poor service and terrible customer service. The man working could not figure out how to put the money back on my card. I am still waiting 25 minutes later to get my money back. Never ever coming back.

This store doesnt need to be taking togo/online/door dash orders. The couple of times Ive tried they take 10-20 mins longer than expected to make the order. And they seemed understaffed anytime I walk in and there is more than a couple people in line.

Bought an ice cream cake from them for my birthday & it only had 1 little layer of cake. Most ice cream cakes are half cake & half ice cream. Waste of money

While there are a ton of options, the price doesnt outweigh what you get. The ice cream isnt the hard, chewy texture you get from Cold Stone or Subzero. The price is ridiculous.. $5.79 before tax for a small, which is smaller than a small blizzard. I couldve gone to DQ, gotten the same thing and saved an extra $15.
