High service and easy to work with.I live six hours away and was a little uneasy at first. Justin, my sales person, was helpful to select the right vehicle and was able to get a good trade in. When I picked up my new truck everything was as promised and there were no surprises. It was a great experience and well with the drive. I am a very pleased customer and highly recommend Justin and the dealer.
I noticed my car was leaking oil, and assumed I shouldnt wait to have it looked at. Because of this I had to balance work and daycare around my appointment. I normally schedule my appointments so that I dont have to worry about daycare pick up and moving carseats, but my appointment was set up within a couple of days, not allowing me to be as prepared. This was something that caused me some anxiety of how I would balance 2 boys under 2 at a car dealership. Laura Buick GMC completely took away any worry i had. They helped carry the car seats for me, gave me time to secure them in my loaner. Then when returning the loaner to get my car back I had both boys with me. They pulled my car up right next to my loaner, helped occupy my boys while another service representative helped me move the car seats. One service representative didnt even bat an eye when I asked if he could hold my 6 month old, Im pretty sure it was his first time holding a baby, but he did awesome!!! Thank you, Laura Buick for having great staff that did not make me feel like I was a bother, they went above and beyond to help me. Im very happy with purchasing my Terrain a few years ago, and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle at Laura as well!
Ross was the best salesman I have ever had. He took the time to talk to me about what I need in a work truck and laid out the options. I put a deposit down on a truck that is waiting at the factory due to shortages and Ross kept me updated throughout the whole process. After a month of waiting Ross gave me a call and said that a vehicle just arrived that is similar to the one I had on order. I would have never thought that a salesman at the worlds largest GMC dealership would remember what I need and call me as soon as one became available. A big dealership with the same friendly and thoughtful feeling you would find in your hometown. I will be back. I had been searching around the clock to find a MINI Cooper convertible with all of the bells and whistles I had my heart set on, when I came across this dealerships website. I bought my 2012 Silverado from Laura Buick in 2014. Was an ok experience, didnt give me much of a deal, received the truck after signing the papers. Took a look over before heading home, and when they were cleaning it, decided to leave some wax all over. They did a terrible job. Decided to brush it off, it eventually would just come off. Fast forward to about a week ago, my truck died on me, driving it home. Took it to an automotive shop. They stated it was a computer issue to take it to the dealership. Dealership received it a couple days later and apparently fixed it with a few other things that were wrong. Received the truck back Friday Oct 22. It was all good until 2pm Saturday the 23rd. When my truck would not start. They replaced the battery and apparently forgot to tighten the nuts after. Then looked it over and they left a cover off the fuse box. Got the truck back up, and it decided to act up on me today on the way home after work almost dieing on the side of the road. Ive been contemplating on trading the truck in with Laura Buick before Ive having some issues, Im not so sure I will be doing that now.
Laura Buick GMC is a great place to buy a car. The sale aren’t pushy and very friendly. They don’t Hoover over you. We got the keys to the car we were looking at as soon as we got there. They gave us all the time we needed to test drive it and look it over. The service was great. The finance guy explained everything very thorough and answered all our questions in detail. I would recommend Laura GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle.
We stopped in not really expecting to buy a car today with the chip and vehicle shortage lately. We were presently surprised when they did have the vehicle we were looking at. Collin was our salesman and he was so polite and answered all of our questions. We never once felt pressured into buying a car. We feel very well taken care of and we are really excited about our new car! Overall great car buying experience and we would definitely buy from them again.
Long story short, we have purchased with Laura Buick in the past and the experience was fine. This time around we had to chase sales associates and managers to purchase the vehicle we were looking at. Every time we went in regardless of whether or not we told them when we were coming in and what for we had to wait and our main sales associate never seemed concerned about assisting us and providing us with a good experience. The only reason we purchased through them this time is because the vehicle they had was not available anywhere else in the country. I cant speak for all of the associates, but the one we had didnt seem too concerned about keeping us as customers so we wont be back.
Heads up!!! I payed a deposit on a truck listed as In Transit after being told it would arrive in 2 weeks..They gave me the runaround for 3 months and when the truck finally arrived, the MSO was dated back when I paid the deposit but I was assured it would cause no issues with registration. I had to pay a $360 late registration penalty. After numerous emails and calls, they refuse to contact me to make this right. I was misled from day ONE.

Im shocked and frankly a little skeptical of all the positive reviews for this dealership. I drove an hour to buy a new Encore GX after calling to confirm the model Im looking for was available on the lot. The receptionist confirmed it was available, and confirmed again when I arrived. Thirty seconds later the salesman said he didnt think they had any on the lot and that the people answering the phones have no idea what is in inventory; evidently they just lie to customers rather than actually verifying whether vehicles are in stock. The salesperson wouldnt even check inventory and suggested I drive around to see if I could find the car myself. I fully intended to purchase a car today but ended up just walking out disgusted. Be very cautious if you choose to deal with this place.
We had used the same dealership for 28 years. We moved and had to find a new dealership. I tried another dealership in the area and it was not close to the experience that we had for the last 28 years. I contacted Laura Buick GMC and was very satisfied with the experience. Chris Foerstel was my salesperson, fantastic guy! First of all the pricing is better than anything I could find anywhere near me which is why I drove 7 hours to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Just as importantly their communications are quick and accurate. When they were busy I still got a response that they would get back to me but were currently engaged with other business. The sales portion of my experience was very easy, no pushy tactics just straight up facts and help where I needed it. The finance person was easy to talk with and when I requested ahead of time some of the documents I needed to finalize a decision on additional items was provided to me. Their fees were disclosed ahead of time so I wasnt surprised when I got to look at the balance sheet. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the only thing I missed was the sales person going over the options in the vehicle for set up post sale. I completely understand that they cant and in this case I was coming from another GM product so most things were already known to me other than features/options that were not on my previous vehicle. This would be much more difficult for a person not as familiar with their product lines. I would definitely recommend this dealership in your search when you compare.

The prices at Laura can’t be beat. Dave in financial will work for you and never stop.Ross our sales guy… Joker with no effort and was pushing us to leave so he could go out after. The truck (2019 f250) smelled like smoke and when asked how to clear it up. Just YouTube it, or something… Then has the nerve to hand me the temp tag with scotch tape. On the way home it gets blown away in the wind. Wants $151 dollars for a new one… Definitely don’t have Ross help… Ross get some help from Dave you definitely need it…

I had an appointment for an oil change on 7-29-2021. I received plenty of reminders about my appointment, which was helpful.My service advisor was Kyle Carrrico. After checking in, I visited with Kyle who explained additional GM recommended service. He didnt try to sell me a thing, he gave me the option to accept or schedule for another time. I accepted the recommended service, but it was not customer requested as shown on my invoice. I wouldnt have known about the additional recommended service, namely engine/compression performance service and change cabin filter, had this not been explained it to me.I was quoted a price and my bill was about $20 over that. The price was in the ballpark so no issue there. I was told my wait could be close to two hours, but it was much less. I arrived at my scheduled time, 10 a.m., and was back on the road by 11:15.The service process was smooth and professional from check-in to departure. Its what I expected from Laura Buick GMC because Ive never been disappointed when working with the dealership. Every new car Ive purchased for nearly 40 years has been from this family.

Laura did a decent job overall. Rachel was outstanding in service. Alex did well also. Overall it would have been 5 stars if my car that sat on your lot for over a month would have been cleaned upon pick up. Waiting over 2 weeks for a courtesy car also wasn’t pleasant. I bought a rather expensive truck and received buy here pay here service. Not bad as I said. I just expected a bit more is all. GMC’s warranty response to a major engine issue is pathetic. This was my 1st GMC purchase and I’m not impressed!

Really disappointed in the service. Our salesman Blake seems like he doesn’t care for our business. We drove an 1.5 to go look at a car on Friday and he basically showed us a Yukon Denali build online and sent us back on our way and said he will reach out to us by EOD. Monday came around and no communication so we called him three times and left VM and finally got him on the phone and he lied saying he is waiting on his manager (the manager was never in that day) and then on Tuesday no follow up. Finally on Wednesday I called him and he said he is sending the paperwork over and now it’s Friday and yet NO PAPERWORK.We went ahead and contacted stl Dave Sinclair gmc on Tuesday and they already had our paperwork to us by eod and car ordered by Wednesday morning.100% would not recommend this is you want good service. Seems like they enough cars to care for new business

Bought a used vehicle here. Staff doubted me greatly, they wanted to run me around. Asked to have carpet cleaned and looked over they didn’t touch it. The price paid for the vehicle, I expected a better experience and better service. They don’t look into getting everything the way you would like it. It is what it is I suppose.
I drove 5 hours one way to purchase a truck. When I arrived, there was a very visible crack in the windshield and the vehicle only came with one key. I have had experience with having to purchase a second key for another vehicle of mine and it was relatively expensive. The dealer was willing to fix the windshield if I brought the truck back when there guy was there but was not willing to provide me with another key. After some conversations they said I could get the crack fixed where I lived and send them the bill. The manager, who seemed to be bothered by us asking for something, said he would get fired for giving us a $300+ key! I paid cash for this vehicle and did not negotiate on the price. We simply wanted what we thought would be fair. I understand that used vehicles are at a premium right now but these guys did not really care about making sure a customer was happy. What I was trying to ask for was less then 1% of the total transaction. I still bought the vehicle because all in all, it was still a very nice truck but I feel that they showed bad form. I feel, from their demeanor, they knew they had me and simply did not care about whether I walked away or not. It was basically take it or leave it. It really was not a good experience for me. I will have a hard time going back.

There is no doubt I received an exceptional deal on my new car. Additionally, there is no doubt I received a very fair price on my trade. My wife and I have absolutely no complaints. Lastly, I had an issue with my truck purchased at Laura Buick GMC in 2019 (used truck with extended warrant). I highly suspected the issue would not be covered under the warranty. Regardless, I scheduled an appointment to confirm. To my surprise, Laura covered all costs. There are pros and cons to any business. However, I can honestly say I have not a single complaint pertaining to the service provided by Laura Buick GMC. We will be back!
Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Salesman, Ross, communicated well and vehicle was just as he described when we arrived. (Always difficult to be confident when you live three states away and only seen pictures.)Closing the deal went very smoothly. As we signed paperwork we were clearly communicated purpose of each document. We were given some options, like warranty protection. Staff gave us time to make a decision and we felt no pressure at all. It truly was our decision.When in the market for another vehicle, I will be checking with them. I made an appt. online for my 2021 GMC Denali to get an oil change & tire rotation. Great communication!! I also wanted them to look at a trim discoloration that was going on. I got everything addressed and I was in and out in an hour! They have the cheapest oil change and tire rotation prices around!!! Fast & Friendly... cant get any better!!! Whats also nice is that my salesman, Jon Werner, routinely reaches out to me, making sure Im completely happy with my new truck and I bought it 8 months ago!! Now thats awesome customer service after the sale!! I will definitely buy from Jon again!!!!

Several friends had shared their experiences with Laura in the past and despite the distance from home, we connected with sales associate Harry Bassett. Laura GMC had more trucks that fit our criteria than any other dealer we could find within a 4 state area and their price was the lowest for model and package. Contacted regarding a 43k vehicle. Supplied info timely for my trade, then crickets. Called dealer and was told Id have number in AM. That did not happen. Sent another email, no response. Very poor experience due to lack of follow-up.

This was by far the best vehicle purchase Ive ever made! All the people at Laura were friendly and helpful. Danny Griffiths was an exceptional salesman with great communication throughout this process. This was an out of state purchase for us but the Laura crew made this an enjoyable experience by sending pictures, emails, and following through with the agreed to price that was guaranteed months prior. Overall I couldnt be happier with this experience. We will come back to Laura in the future for all of our vehicle purchases.
I’d recommend 100% to anyone. Justin was upfront and honest from the start; there was zero pressure to follow through with the purchase. They asked my prior experience with dealerships, and literally made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. They never tried to sell or pressure into unnecessary warranties, or maintenance packages. These guy just want to put you in a truck you love, and watch you pull off the lot satisfied.
