Very professional, yet casual feeling, place for getting suits for the entire wedding party. A lot of options to choose from. They took time to make sure all measurements were taken for the guys. When the suits arrived, they make the time to have each one try them on before walking out the door, just in case things dont fit right. All in all, a great experience and would highly recommend them.

Everyone was super helpful and accommodating, letting me try on as many dresses as I needed and encouraging me to try on the ones I loved again. They helped create an atmosphere where I felt safe to share how I really felt and when I found the one, I was able to truly see it. I loved being able to sit and visualize that moment, even when so far from it. I’ve even been able to keep up from afar on the dress order as well.Adding 10/5–Lydia and her team provided great service during the selection process and beyond. I always knew what was going on with my dress, and she even has connections with a very affordable and amazing seamstress. She was able to do both of my fittings In one weekend at the shop to accommodate my traveling with COVID.

Amazing. We have been to a hundred stores and driven a 1000 miles. Walked in and they had exactly what I wanted in my size. I’m a 20-22 and they had options. Pulled out a few and there it was my perfect dress. And such a good price. I was expecting 5-600 range and it was only 350. The ladies were so nice and welcoming. Took is right down the prom dresses and started pulling dresses in my size. I can’t say enough good things about them!!

I found my dress here after my David’s bridal appointments and stressing I couldn’t find anything nothing looked good on me and no one would stay an help at David’s, but at champagne and lace the lady was super helpful very confident I’d find my dress and Understood what I was looking for got me in and out of these dresses quickly because there’s a method to it she keeps them clean and brand new I wasn’t in there for 30 minutes and found my dress it was an amazing experience and I found my veil as well!

I contacted the owner Lydia and shared some photos of wedding dresses I had in mind. She was able to take all those photos and suggested a dress she had in her store that highlighted all my favorite details from each dress. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to find all the qualities I was looking for in one gown but she managed to know exactly what I was looking for she knew exactly my vision when I was just trying to piece it together myself. After visiting her store and trying on only one dress, the one she suggested I instantly knew this was THE ONE! Lydia then offered for me to meet with her alterations lady Chris to take my vision over the top! And Lydia and Chris both delivered nothing but a dream come true! Truly an amazing store with amazing people who helped guide me through the process. They are budget friendly without sacrificing quality. The gowns they have a gorgeous and better than anything you may find at Davids Bridal. The staff werent pushy and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience.

Ladies this is the best bridal shop to go for personalized service and the best customer care. Lydia is the best. She took the time to find me the perfect wedding dress. She listens and goes the extra mile to make sure that when you leave you have the perfect dress and accessories picked out for your perfect day. My girls also got their brides maid dresses there and one of them is having a custom made dress from lydia. Holy wow. We visited to try on wedding dresses (Im a bridesmaid) and had a great time. We received one-on-one help and suggestions from staff, and felt super important. They let us bring in wine, pick the music, and turn down the lights to put a spotlight on the bride. I was very impressed by this business, and wont be surprised if my bride buys from here.

Im the mother of a groom. I was in the store while a bride was trying on a dress. The owner, Lydia, did a remarkable job with the customer! I was very impressed! She asked what the bride was looking for, and her budget. She brought out one dress, and explained everything about the dress. Layaway, alterations. Also many ways the dress could be made.Then Lydia had the bride try on a couple of other dresses, so the bride could get a look at some others. Then the bride tries on her first dress. It was on short notice we decided to shop for a wedding dress. The owner Lydia was flexible and assured us we would find the perfect dress and she would be there when we got there to help. She had preselected some dresses based on what I thought I would like. Being my first dress shopping experience, of course what I thought I would love I did not. However, she was patient and continued to offer me suggestions. With her helpful suggestions I found my dress!! It was fun and of course I cried and made everyone else cry. My bridal appointment was off to a great start. The owner was very informative in what she offered for bridal. I had tried on quite a few dresses prior to this appointment at other shops, but hadnt found what I was looking for yet. I was very clear in my explanation of what looks best on me and what Im most comfortable in.She was very enthusiastic, but quickly got into defense mode once I wasnt finding a dress I totally loved. She would ask what I didnt like about it and I would explain. Then she would try to talk me into loving the dress, even though I didnt. She got frustrated very quickly and was constantly grabbing more dresses, but wasnt taking into consideration what I liked and didnt like. Our appointment was close to 2 hours and I must have tried on almost 20 dresses, and only about 4 were ones that I initially took off the rack. I was nothing but nice and pointed out aspects of the gowns I did like, ultimately, I just didnt find my dress here.She didnt offer to take down any of my information upon leaving, in case she were to get something new in that I may like. She stormed back to the fitting room and loudly started putting dresses back, talking with one of her consultants who just walked in. She did not make eye contact or thank us for coming in to try on dresses. She sarcastically congratulated me on my engagement and waved us goodbye with her back to us. I would unfortunately not recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a dress for any occasion. She was very welcoming at the beginning, but practically threw us out of the store at the end.

I had a private after hours event and had an absolute blast! The owner was extremely accommodating! She made me feel special as the bride. She made plenty of room for all the people who were with me! She not only helped me with trying on wedding dresses but also helped my bridesmaids try on dresses as well. She never rushed us and was willing to stay as long as we needed. I will definitely be referring to this place.

Found a great dress for only $300.00 and its beautiful with a long train and all lace. The only thing I didnt like is the fact that all sales are final. My wedding date was postponed due to an unexpected pregnancy of twins. So now I have a dress fully paid for but wont get to wear for a good 10-12 more months or at all.

I highly recommend Champagne and Lace!!! I came in with my maid of honor and bridesmaid to look at bridesmaids dresses, I ended up trying on a couple of wedding dresses and Lydia made us feel so welcomed. She has great customer service and makes you feel so comfortable and knows how to work with your budget. I havent gotten a dress yet but I will definitely be going back to see Lydia!!

Lydia is amazing! I came in and knew what my heart wanted. I told her what i wanted and the first dress she showed me was wonderful! I brought up again how I really wanted sleeves with my mermaid fit dress and her second recommendation was the one I said Yes to! WONDERFUL STORE, EVEN MORE LOVELY OWNER. Today on a whim I decided to go in and see how things were. When I went in the owner, Lydia, was helping a young lady with her dress. Lydia greeted me and told me to look around. When the young lady was done and left she then went about putting dresses up and pulling a few for me as we talked about what I was looking for and what I wanted. It took only two dresses for me to find my dream dress. The first one I tried on was gorgeous with all the beading and decal but it didnt feel right. Once I tried on the second dress I knew that was it. I told her Id be back in a couple weeks to put the payment down on it to hold it. I actually went back this evening with my fiancee and showed him the dress. He loved it just as much as I did Lydia was amazing and gave us a great deal that is within our budget. After almost giving up on finding my dream gown, I stumbled upon this little boutique. I called the store which was forwarded to Lydias(Owner) cell phone. She wasnt even in the store at the moment that I called and she still chatted with me for a while to help me decide what I want. She told me to take a trip to her store which I did. I arrived right before closing time. Instead of turning me around because she was about to close, she welcomed me in, and locked the door behind me so I had to entire boutique to myself. So far not having a good experience. Over the phone and email they are superb. When I got there I was treated semi rudely and not really attended to much. I had to force interaction. When I finally got help I felt uneasy as if I wasnt welcomed there. One person was nice and she helped with suggestions of alterations. I just called to confirm my alterations appointment and was told it is moved to their brother store. I wasnt notified of this at all. I called that store and they didnt have any information so I rescheduled (starting over) my appointment. Luckily they told me they would honor anything the other store told me they would do. Im hoping everything else goes well. :(

I saw a gown from Champagne and Lace at a bridal show I went to in Maryland Heights last year. This was the first place I visited (out of 4... 3 more smaller companies and of course the BIG company everyone goes to) and I was treated more personally here than at any one of the other places. The ladies who helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the gown selection was amazing - my mom, grandmother, and two bridesmaids cried when I found THE dress. They will work with you, find you the perfect dress and match your description of the perfect dress if you have one in your head that you can describe.. Ive been extremely happy with the service Ive received at Champagne and Lace. They give you plenty of attention and go out of their way to make sure everything goes the way you want it. Debbie and Melissa were accommodating to me as an out-of-town bride, and my dress (and alterations) were beautiful. If youre looking for a locally-owned shop with a personal feel, I recommend coming here.

After reading the last reviews I have to disagree. Ordering can take up to 6-8 months but that is expected and enforced through the designer of the gown, not the shop. You cant get around that unless youre buying a dress straight off the rack--also they let you know upfront that you should allow yourself that much time for ordering and alterations. They also work with payment plans for brides during the time that your dress is being ordered. This shop has a great selection and consultants that really know how to help.

After being skeptical of Champagne and Lace Bridal due to a few poor reviews and a family members bad experience with the previous owner, I decided to take a chance and reach out to Lydia (the new owner) to make an appointment in hopes of finding my dream dress, and that is exactly what happened! The first contact I had with her was nothing but positive energy and I could tell she had a passion for what she does. She was so accommodating and even offered to stay open late so I could come in after work. She has an amazing selection of dresses, in every style, color, and price point and she really listened closely when I told her what I liked and disliked. I found my dream dress at Champagne and Lace Bridal and I probably never would have even tried it on without Lydias encouragement and reassurance that I would feel amazing in it. Whatever your dress needs may be, I recommend Champagne and Lace bridal over any other boutique in the area. You will not be disappointed!

This place has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I bought my wedding dress from them and did not hear when it would be shipped so I called 5x before someone returned my call. No one knew what was going on, everyone gave different answers and blamed each other for their issues. We ended up cancelling the dress and getting the money back from the credit card company and then they charged my moms card AGAIN 2 months later. Being the bride youre not supposed to stress. The place you buy your dress from should take all of that off of you. This place did the opposite of that.Also, when I went there to look for the bridesmaid dresses the manager was very rude. She sent us to the basement and only came downstairs one time for 5 minutes. I made an appointment that day so I could have someone there to help me, but she was more concerned with the person upstairs so we left.I have never had to leave a review like this ever in my life. Im giving one star because it wont let me give 0.I ended up getting my dress and my bridesmaids dresses from Bridal Manor. Bridget and her staff are AMAZING! Dont waste your time going anywhere else!

Wonderful experience at Champaign and Lace with my soon to be daughter-in-law! We were able to rent the entire space for just our party and enjoy watching her try on dresses with family and friends sipping Mamosa’s. The owner was incredibly helpful and she was the one who found us the perfect dress! Even better, she applied the rental fee to the dress. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone getting married!

I won $75 off of a veil, which is the only reason why I went the Champagne & Lace Bridal Shop. I workers seemed very disorganized and scattered. I found a veil I liked and asked them to order a color swatch so that I could see it before I ordered it. That took months and then they lost the swatch, so I had to find something else is their shop that was the same color as my dress. I ordered my veil in November and 4 months later I still dont have. Now, my wedding is a month away and Im still wondering if my veil will arrive in time and will arrive in the correct color. My overall experience with this shop hasnt been the greatest. Use them at your own risk.

My first time going. I had a blast.. It turned my bad night into a grls day.. they were so nice wasnt getting frustrated no matter how many different dresses I wanted to try on. Im so glad I kept my appt...

The owner is extremely bossy and rude! We did try on several dresses but didnt find one that REALLY stood out. The one she did like was WAY too big and hard to picture what it would look like if it fit correctly. Additionally, she was trying to push us over budget by saying her layaway allows people to spend more. That may be true, but when youve got a certain budget you shouldnt try to push someone to spend more. When we were finished I thanked her for her time and said wed think about it. She got very snippy and said Good luck on your search, its hard to find a dress when you dont like anything it was apparent she was mad we didnt buy something that day and just assumed because we didnt buy anything that day that we wouldnt be back. Her rude comments and being so pushy ensured we definitely wont be back! Terrible way to conduct business! She also uses Willards for alterations as she bought the business from the original owner who also owns Willards. Ive had terrible service at Willards and wouldnt have them sew on a button because theyd probably mess that up. Terrible experience all around!

This place is unorganized and unprofessional. I have been a bridesmaid in several weddings and have used different places to order and alter my dress. I must say, THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Every time I called, they had no idea who I was and could never find my file. I went there almost three weeks ago (when my dress came in) to have a fitting. They have not touched my dress. The wedding is in a week. In fact, I picked it up today unaltered because the customer service has been so poor, I no longer wish to give them my business. I was told by the owner that I would get a discount on my shoes if I ordered from them, but when I called to order my shoes they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Hence, they refused my discount and I took my business somewhere else. The owner has been EXTREMELY RUDE to me, the bride, and the other bridesmaids. I was with the bride when she made an appointment for her second fitting, which was scheduled today. When we got there, not only was the owner not there, but they told us that the girl who made the appointment did it incorrectly.... the brides dress has not been touched so it would have been impossible to have a fitting today.

A few of my good friends have went here to get their dresses for a wedding (a bride and a few brides maids). It has been nothing but a bad experience! The dresses came in super late after being promised on several other dates. Then when they got them, the dresses were practically falling apart. Their response to everything was pretty much oh well, dont know what to tell you! Are you kidding me!! All the ladies that work there are rude and dont care what you think. Take my advice and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I will never go here after witnessing everything that has gone wrong. I understand things happen but the worst part to me is after all the screw ups they have had on their end, they never once apologized or tried to make things right!

I would NOT go here for anything! Sister store of Willards Tailoring in Collinsville-and weve had nothing but issues. Champagne Lace does NOT give you a dress bag for your wedding gown like all other bridal shops. Then, they tell you theyll transport your dress to tailor shop, only to have another person tell you oh no, we dont do that. Then, theyll give your wedding belt away to someone else when theirs breaks----leaving you to order another one. Bring your gown to Willards for steaming and you wont have a garment bag long enough to cover your gown. To top all that off---their prices are EXPENSIVE!

These people are very unprofessional. We were told several times the dress was one price and ended up getting taken for 100 dollars extra. The dress was way to big and the only thing they offered to make anything right was 20 percent off alterations. I would not use thes people ever again. They ruined our whole dress experience. Do not trust them. We are taking it some place else to have it altered cause the whole dress is to big cause they wouldnt listen to the bride on the size. Their excuse they have is this person no longer works for them. Well that doesnt matter to us. That is their problem. They are the ones who hired her. They should stand up for their customer and make this right. Not let the bride leave in tears and say oh well we will give you 20 percent off the alterations when their person ordered it way to big to begin with probably just so they could take us for even more money. This people are nothing but liars and heartless. They dont care about their customers at all.
