I think besides the manager the store had new employees. We were delayed until the manager could work with us. I understand new employees need to learn.

Brittany (and the other two representatives, sorry i never got your names) were literally SOOOO helpful, they got me a really good deal on a new phone, and helped set me up too. Thanks guys!

Carissa was very helpful and informative in helping me purchase and set up my new phone. I will no longer go to another Verizon store besides Russell Cellular in the future because of this experience!

Clarissa was very knowledgeable and helpful in managing our family account in the most economical way.

Will was very knowledgable and friendly during the process of getting new phones for myself and my dad. The process took a while but it certainly didn’t feel like it was. There were some problems we ran into with trying to transfer data from android to iPhone, but Will did his best to complete what he could. He was very patient with us, in the end everything was completed and we left with two new phones.

1st time visiting the store, stopped in to pick up my sim cards bc Im switching over to Verizon. Carissa was very friendly and extremely nice!! That alone made me happy with making the switch over to them!

He was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and warm. He really took the time to help us, answer all of our questions and helped us make the best decision for our family of 6. Lost my number to call me about my phone coming in.Ordered a second phone, when it came it was an iPad that couldnt be used as a phone.Left message with another employee for Will to call me. Will said he did not get the message.Will thought the line was on hold but it wasnt and he was using very profane language.Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Leigh was awesome, we ran into a lot of snags and she patiently and meticulously went through each step with us, gave us several options pointing out the best deals. She combined our accounts and got my mom a new phone.

The store was wonderful, the Asurion claims site locked up and the calls to them were answered and then transferred to a line that hung up, it took 4.5 hrs with the help of Verizon to get a claim placed

Even though Verizon was experiencing system problems delaying activation of my phone Will was very professional and helpful and apologetic.

Ive been going to this store since Ive had my first cell phone in 2008. Never had a complaint, service is decent and anything else you could ask from a phone store. However a friend of mine recently turned in her resume to your Collinsville store. The manager who I believe was named Bret, used the information on her resume to contact her just to ask for a date. Is this how you train your employees to treat information they recieve in a professional interaction? It certainly makes me think twice about using a service that also has access to all my contact info.
