Fruit basket was done beautifully and was good but I asked if the order could be delivered by a certain time and if they couldnt guarantee it would be ready they should have call or email to let me know. I called the store after my order hadnt been delivered by the requested time and was told it wouldnt be to me until hours later. I information them I wouldnt be at the same location and needed my order right then and didnt know where my next location would be. I ended up driving their fastly (and thank God I didnt get a ticket) to pick up my fruit basket myself. Still had to wait another 15 minutes or so before it was ready. Was not a happy camper with this order!!!

I ordered a create your own box and it was poorly done. I requested a refund and the owner denied me. The manager Theresa is rude and hung up on me twice then turned the store phone off. Take your business elsewhere. Not worth the money.

What happened to customer service?I placed an order with the Collinsville location for an arrangement to be delivered to my Grandmother for Grandparents day. I’ve been in contact with the store all day regarding delivery and was told they close at 3pm, so 3pm would be the latest delivery time. I checked at 2:30pm and the delivery driver, Robert was still not at work! At 3:30, I called again and was told the items were out but they did not have a time for delivery. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was transferred to Robert - RUDE, NASTY, AND DISGUSTING! Not only did he hang up on me twice, he informed me that the orders had not even went out yet! I have recordings confirming his nastiness, all because he was late to work! I l’ve contacted corporate about my experience and hope to speak to an owner or store manager soon!Until then…DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!

Poor service. I had ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter. It was supposed to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day because I didn’t want it to be full and busy so they can get the time to actually drop it off to her. It never got to her and they do not answer the phone to at least give me a refund or explanation. Can not leave a voice mail either it says it is full. I call between hours of service can’t get a hold of anyone. Never ordering from here again. I just tried to surprise my daughter but ultimately the surprise had to be ruined by this store. I’ve ordered from this company before but a different location and never had any issues. So I do not blame the company, I do blame the store and their service. All I want is my money back now and I still can’t get a hold of anyone still.

Ordered a few days ahead of time to be delivered at my wifes work as a surprise. My wife was home from work and they still hadnt delivered it. Had to call to get the address changed and they did not care that it was late. It finally arrived at 530pm missing the balloon. Called again, they said they would send the driver back out but I wanted a refund instead since the surprise was ruined anyway. They could not give me a refund, but said the manager would call me on Monday. It us Tuesday, no call and no refund. Do not used this location. Also most of the pineapple was not editable as it was from too close to the rind.

I wish there was an option for zero stars.Our son ordered a birthday arrangement for my husband yesterday morning for same day delivery as a surprise. We waited all day and nothing.When we called at 5:20pm the person that answered said the driver just arrived and would deliver between now and 7pm. At 8pm I tried to call and there was no answer and the voicemail said I couldn’t leave a message because the inbox was full. Never delivered.This morning we called and there was no apology, no reason, just gave us a refund. How is this a way to conduct business? Zero care or concern for ruining what should have been a fun birthday surprise?! If you know you can’t deliver, seriously call the customer so they can get an alternative, just no call, no show is beyond unprofessional.Do not depend on this place to fulfill the basic service they offer, they clearly do not care about their customers.

My mom ordered a mothers day gift for me from this store. Like everyone else, it didnt get to me on time. When she called to ask about it, she was told that the entire staff walked out and quit so my delivery would be delayed. It was supposed to arrive today but there have been no updates. Now, no one is answering the phone at the store and the cell phone number we were given by the Edwardsville store goes to a rude old man who acted like he didnt even work for the store and hung up on me. Do not order from this location any time soon as they are clearly going through something.

I ordered an arrangement for the first time ever for my parent’s anniversary and was delighted with the excellent customer service I received from Mary and Hannah when I was worried my parents wouldn’t be home to accept the delivery. They assured me the delivery driver placed the arrangement in a cooler box and left it for them on the porch. A couple hours later when my parents got home it was still in perfect condition. They went the extra mile to ensure their service was satisfactory and it was more than. Thank you!!

I placed and order Wednesday and to have stuff delivered to the salon for my mom and sister for Mother’s Day Sunday, and I have yet to get anything delivered. I try calling the shop and the VM states they closed at 3pm on Sunday but then the VM said they were closed. I could not get ahold of anyone, I got a notification stating my stuff was enroute at 3/4pm and the salon closed at 5pm, my sister stayed passed 5pm and nothing. Monday I try calling the store at opening hrs and no one is picking up and I can not get ahold of them. I am very disappointed and I’m trying to get ahold of someone for a refund and I will never go through them again. If I could give them a 0 star I would.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Had a $300 order that was very time sensitive placed only to go pick it up and to find out that the “system was down” and they “were not processing any orders” the women I spoke with was very rude and insensitive!!! My order was already paid for, I had proof of purchase and the order, her only solution was to wait until the next day when it was a birthday surprise!! TERRIBLE SERIVE VERY INCONSIDERATE! If I can show you exactly what I ordered and that I paid for it if you have theSupplies to make it there is no reason why that cannot be done other then someone simply did not feel like doing their job today !!!

Terrible service. Mother’s Day arrangement has not been delivered and you cannot get anyone on the phone. Goes to voicemail and says that the box is full so you cannot leave a message. Please avoid this location when ordering. They don’t deserve any stars because even 1 star implies that they did something right.

Ordered on Thursday for a delivery on Sunday for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day. And the delivery never happened. I called all day Sunday with no answer. Awaited until today which is Monday and still no answer. Really disappointed as they ruined a very special day for my family.

The delivery driver called me to inform me that the address I gave was incorrect, and that the person receiving the gift did not live there. He waited on the phone with me while I got the correct address and he was able to make the delivery still happen. Super amazing! Super awesome guy and company. Really glad they have him in the company! If I could give him a bonus or tip I definitely would!! THANK YOU!!!

I would not use the Collinsville Edible Arrangements again or recommend it. A family membered ordered from them for our sons graduation. We were told a day and time frame to wait for the gift delivery. I think it costs around $15 for delivery. We waited all day but the item was never delivered. Later, we learned the truck broke down. No one from Edible Arrangements ever called to inform us or the person purchasing that the arrangement would not be there on the appointed day. The family member had to call them several times. She was told once to call back in an hour. The professional way to handle this would have been for the store to communicate with the customer! My sister had to try to reschedule and find out what was going on! She questioned if a new arrangement would be made-this would have been nearly $90 and she didnt want to pay for old fruit. She tried to explain that timing was important so that she would have a gift in time for the occasion. The employee got frustrated with her and said she was just going to refund her money. The family member did not want a refund - that would have left her with no gift. The employee hung up on her! In my opinion, edible arrangements should have called those purchasing items on that truck to apologize, reschedule or communicate expectations for delivery.At the least, they should have offered a freshly made arrangement at a convienent time. In reality, many businesses might have even offered a discount, a refund on the delivery fee or a small upgrade or coupon for the inconvenience. Instead, they hung up on her.

I order a day ahead of time and they delivered to my mother for her birthday. Everything was perfect and she loved it. Great service and would recommend to anyone!

Bought 2 arrangements. I got online at 3 am and was able to pick up the items at 12, the same day. Tried a smoothie, it was pretty good. Got a to go item, covered bananas, amazing, only $5. Thanks!

Jaiden was amazing at helping with a problem I was having with the Edwardsville, IL location.On Feb 11th I placed an order for a create your own box for pick up at Edwardsville on the 12th at 7pm.Soon after I received a call explaining that they could not complete my order due to that they do not except create our own orders the week of Valentine’s day and that they close at 6pm so I can’t pick it up at 7pm either.I later tried calling the Edwardsville location back once I decided what I would like to change my order to, but they had their phones switched to night mode at 11:20am and I could not get ahold of anyone. On the automated recording, it instructed me to call the Collinsville location for orders so I did so.I explained my situation to Jayden and she was instantly concerned and explained to me that they are excepting create your orders today just not on Valentines and the day before. Jayden insisted on helping me and contacted the Edwardsville location. She called me back saying she could not get ahold of them either, that their phones seem to be off. Then told me they would be happy in taking my order and making sure Edwardsville canceled and credited my original order.

My wife loved the chocolate dipped strawberries in the birthday package. So did the grandkids! We always love the Edible Arrangements when we get them!

Great customer service. Received arrangement for wife on Feb 14th....our anniversary. Some strawberries were soft. She called and voiced concern. They gave her a replacement on her birthday (Feb 16th) with a free balloon and teddy bear for free. They have my business!!!!
