I have to give praise to the employees of this Starbucks. We stopped in on a BUSY Saturday morning and while waiting for our specialty drinks my four-year-old daughter spilt an entire cup of hot coffee on her leg. Even as busy as all the employees were, several of them stopped what they were doing to come assist with cold towels, ice, and aloe ointment for the burn. I cannot thank them enough for the thoughtfulness and pure kindness in helping me with her right away. They even gave her a cake pop to help calm her down. Every single employee that stopped what they were doing should be recognized by corporate for being a GREAT human being!

This location NEVER fails to make my day better. Every single time I have walked into this store Ive been greeted with kindness, empathy, and patience.Today I was driving and I had a drink from another location and the cup ended up splitting down the side in the car. It was too much of a mess to hold until I got home, so I stop by this location to get a new cup. This stores baristas insisted on remaking the entire drink for me and took the broken cup for me.Huge thank you to them for always being incredible.

Always love this place! The servers are nice and we rarely get our order wrong. The drive through is usually pretty busy especially early in the morning. They will tell you up front if the are out of something. Inside is clean and smells amazing.

As busy as they were, they was getting it done and with excellence. Service with a smile. Keep up the good work.

What can I say? Sam is fabulous! I used to get the same drink all the time and then changed. I wanted to go back to that drink however I could not for the life of me think of what it was. I went through what color it was, some of the ingredients. She thought she knew what it was. I told her that didnt sound right. She continued to take the time and we finally figured it out. I have lived in this area for years. When I entered this Starbucks I ordered the dragon drink. When I got to my car is was watered down and had no flavor or ice. I came back in and asked them if I can get a different dragon drink. The employee was very rude and rolled his eyes and smarted off to me. I got the drink back and it still tasted bad.

I always come 20 minutes before closing to order my 1 grande Carmel crunch frappe because I work 8-8 m-f seems like I always get attitude esp the lady In the window she always gets mad when I ask about a brownie told me to come in earlier if I wanted one lol or you can just say no you don’t have them today :) I work with Karen’s all day I don’t want to get off work to them either but anywho drink is always fantastic the added attitude can be left off the drink :)

Their staff are friendly and quick in serving our order. The place is always clean.

Awesome service.

Staff was nice, but they definitely need more people. Roughly 45 min -1 hour between ordering a coffee on the app and getting it. 1 minute away from store so I waited 15 minutes to give them time to make. Then waited 35 in the drive thru. By that time my iced drink was melted and watery. But they are still working in the pandemic so give them some slack.

I placed a mobile order. It processed and took my payment. This was at 6:30 this morning. I went to the store and it was not open. No one was there. I called. No one answered. My money is gone. The store is closed and I have no coffee in my hand.

Would be nice if they stated they were closed on Google for people from out of state.

After being closed for a CoVid outbreak for 2 plus weeks, now it’s back to “guess what hours they want to work” . What’s on Google doesn’t match the door which doesn’t match what they actually work . Look - I get it - these are uncertain times. But update the internet, actually stay consistent on hours or change the literature to match the new-new hours you are picking; because the drink quality is also inconsistent at times - find something about being a part of a large successful chain and do it well. Matching the hours in the door is a great start, then maybe follow it with quality drinks! There were multiple staff in hull ding, after the times posted and after when they actually closed. What a great time to make some of these goals a reality.

The employees at this Starbucks are very friendly. I used Starbucks mobile app for this order and they nailed cappuccino that I ordered. They made it just as I asked them to. Get to this store early in the mooring by 8am, the drive through line is pretty long.

Today was awful. ordered on the app wasnt told it was drive thru only. Over 20 minutes in drive thru. 1 cup ½ full other cup the rim was crushed so the lid didnt fit. And the drinks were like warm. I understand about covid. But at least turn the drive thru only on in the app.

Been sitting outside waiting for the store to open since 5am it’s 6:20am.

The service was so slow, if I would have had a way to get out of the drive through and leave I would have. Once you get trapped in this drive through there is no way to escape. It took 25 minutes to get through the line. Never again!

Ive been going there several times on my way back home. In general they are good. They forgot to prepare my order on my last visit and it took 10-15 min to make a coffee, but I didnt complain because they were so busy and friendly.Pros:LocationStaffCons:Bathroom tidiness

Tried 2 new girls, and the young lady taking our order walked us through it. Awesome job we will be back . oh daughter had some infusion almond milk refresher, and I always get vanilla ice coffee turbo shot and cream. I got Carmel moti something I will be going back to ice coffee thank you.

Probably the worst location in the area. The management is horrible. Also, if you get the crew who doesnt know what they’re doing (which is almost always) don’t expect a good drink and expect to spend 35 mins in the drive thru. NO consistency whatsoever. A shame because it used to be great.

It’s a Starbucks, alright. Corporate has a well-oiled process, and these folks follow it well. Orders are timely, delivered with a smile, and exactly as they’d taste as any other Starbucks. In short, it’s exactly what you’d expect.If you’re hoping to camp out and work, that won’t be a problem—I’ve survived hours at a time here with nary a sideways glance.

I love Starbucks! They always have helped me with my orders (being someone knowing what half of their menu says) and been really nice.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks 4 times in a week and every time they mess up my order. I’m not a coffee drinker due to medical issues and I’m lactose Intolerant so my everyday order is a venti peppermint hot chocolate with almond milk. 2 times espresso was added, and the other two times it was the wrong size with regular milk so I have been super sick at work. I was a barista at the busiest Starbucks in the world, it should not be hard for this sleepy town Starbucks to make an order correctly. I will no longer be found to Starbucks before work

I mean I am not a normal coffee kind of guy but they had a really good double chocolately chip frappuccino. The other drinks are really nice. I like the tea personally.

My wife, and I both got the mocha cookie crumble frappuccino. They were AWESOME! Just the right blend of sweet, creamy, and a little crunch. The barista was very sweet also.

I told them more than once that I was using my bonus offer. Also I ask for extra shots and paid for extra shots but the coffee did not taste as it normally does. I just need them to listen more and it took quite some time more time than I normally experience at a Starbucks.

I dont usually take the time to review a Starbucks, but I stopped into this Starbucks while traveling recently, and was pleasantly surprised when they made up for not having avocado spread in stock by comping my coffee and a vegan snack for my son.As a vegan traveler, theres not a lot of food I can eat at a Starbucks, and while I try not to make a big deal about being vegan, it was very kind of the staff here to make up for them not having the avocado spread by covering our drink and snack.This store was clean and the service was fast.

Im in love with every Starbucks however they are always slow at this location it could be, because the employees are so friendly they make you feel like a friend or family member, Ill drink my coffee there any day Im not in a rush💕😁😂

Love the frozen coffee. Our Starbucks closed 😔 so now if I want my double chocolate chip frozen coffee I have to go quite a ways to get it. 😬 Best believe though, Everytime we go to Collinsville, I make a pit stop!

Another great experience at Starbucks! I tried one of their new protein infused drinks not bad but not quite my cup of tea.

My Husband and I went to this Starbucks. The Staff was very friendly and courteous. They repeated our order back to us, and got it wrong. My Husband went back inside, and the immediately corrected. They listened, took accountability, and corrected the mistake. Thank you. We would definitely come back again.
