Only active duty, reserve, retired, DoD civilian/subcontractors and (only on-line) veterans are allowed entry. Must wear mask during pandemic. Large department style store with a variety of goods and services. Employees were friendly and helpful. Would return again.

My wife went there this afternoon to have her phone checked because it couldn’t make calls. But anyway the counter person looked at the phone and in the process lost the sim card then said she threw it away. she works at the exchange figure you would get someone with good customer service, wrong answer. Wanted to charge her $10.00 for another SIM card. Wrong answer. Off base has better service and free for account holders.

Nice as far as Exchanges go. Small, but they got what you need. Also, better choices than most BX/PXs.

The employees here are friendly. However some of the items can now be found cheaper when shopping outside the base. Every now and then you will find a great sale with good quality.

Prices keep going up here. Off base prices are better on a lot of items. Shelves are not as full as I would expect. Cashiers very friendly and keeps things moving.

Good medium size Exchange. Decent food court and a Starbucks. Not as big as a FT Carsons but better than the Academy Exchange.

We love being on base and shopping at the BX, Commissary and eating at Charleys is always good. Its a safe and secure feeling. The gym is amazing too!

The BX on Peterson is a one stop shop for anything you might need. From clothes to tools.

Really nice exchange. Still wish places were open on Sundays. But, I understand.

More than once when doing a price match, this store has failed, even when it was a price match with the Fort Carson AAFES store. Even the floor employees were shocked. I saved over $100 by going to Fort Carson. Sad!

I get my haircut here. Theyre so much better than any other barbershop.

The exchanged was clean and the staff we curtious. It had the normal good at the normal prices youd expect at the exchange. Their food court was a little lacking, and one of the places seemed to be out of everything. Otherwise, it was a normal trip to the exchange.

Products cost more than Walmart with well named brand products. Non-competitive

A little far for me to get to on a regular basis but when I do I spend a lot of money. I stack up on supplies but my favorites are things on clearance from 50 to 75% the reg price. Then when hungry, step into the food court or Starbucks to fill the tummy again.

The Air Force commissary. Pharmacy had the best system set up compared to ft. Carson. You call they activate your meds and you walk right up and pick them up

Employees are always so helpful and willing to assist.

Love my Commissary when you have the old timers on Duty they always friendly and helpful.The Manager is a funny Guy always on the Floor interacting with his Customers.

Its a great place, excellent restaurants, it has an overall enjoyable environment with some very outstanding people and qualifying service, I would say that this is a very good BX and I will definitely be coming back soon!

My family avoided base exchanges after a disgusting first impression, but this place is my new favorite store.Better staff and everything is restocked often. They have a generic brand but weve been buying weeks worth of name brand groceries and our bill never goes over 200.And if youre planning on going to the mall you should stop by BX cause they stalk stuff like bath and body works at (again) way more affordable prices. This is a store send from heaven

Waited for 20 minutes or so to buy a Freezer after being told theyd be right with me. Ordered it from the website and still hadnt come back, so Ill wait for delivery.

Good place to shop if you have access. Prices are standard but the way to save here is to price challenge. They will match any price as long as its from a brick and mortar nstore, that combined with no tax makes this a good place to shop. Their selection is weak but sometimes the prices are great. Staff is pleasant but not very knowledgeable about the products they carry.

Clean and good service

The PX/BX is pretty standard. My biggest complaint is with the food court. While the size is adequate, the selection of places to eat is limited. It would be be nice to see some better options come in. Pizza would be awesome for example.

Decent exchange. Very well stocked considering its size. Cool sports theme shop just outside the main entrance to the exchange. Food court has a surprisingly diverse set of choices from traditional fast food to made to order, authentic Korean.

Interesting and constantly changing selection. Good prices for those who can shop in the store or on line. The store is always neat and spotless. Plenty of free parking. Part of a mini-mall and contains a food court.

I go out here with my dad hes 3 war vet hes 88 years old and I take him out here to get his prescriptions theyre always very pleasant and always treated well.

Found some FANTASTIC deals on clothes, much to my hubbys chagrin. Lol. After I was done, we waited in line at check out for about a minute b4 an extremely nice gentleman came to us and said we could go to his check out counter! All in all, a wonderful experience!

Great place to shop in general and just to browse and spend some time. They have all kind of merchandise. Just keep in mind that it is only for authorized military and civilian personnel. You need to have a military ID or somekind of authorization to use this facilities. The personnel are great (professional and friendly) and the merchandise is top of the line.

This is a pretty big store; much bigger than you get on most bases. And it has a good selection of most things. Think of it as a Walmart without the campers in the parking lot or the sales tax. And without people walking around in pajama pants.

Nice BX. I like that the BX and the commissary are in the same complex. I did not like their small food court.

I remember this place was on the other side of the base. Its great that its bigger and mall like experience, but its so far away for the Airman living in the dorms.And, its longer to get to from where I live on the West side off base. By the time I get through the gate and onto the other side of the installation, I could have traveled to Target at First and Main Town Center.

Make sure you check their Facebook page if you need to know if theyre open. Their website and automated answering service both list holiday hours, but they dont open on holidays.

Thought the TVs would be cheaper... COSTCO had better deals. Did not shop for anything else....so really cant rate it. The 1 star is only for the TVs.

Just about anything you would want, like a well stocked department store. Must be accompanied by someone in the military.

By far, the best thing about shopping at The Exchange is not paying any sales tax. However, this location is not as large as the one on Fort Carson. The selection of goods is a bit lacking compared to the Fort Carson Exchange.

This Peterson Base Exchange is the top of the charts. Their food court is large and has an excellent variety of foods. The entire setup is HUGE

One of the nicer base exchanges across the military collective. Not as good as some other Base exchanges like at Hickam AFB. Small food court but awesome food.

Basic BX, not a very wide selection, but the prices are fine.

Pretty standard base exchange. The hubby and I go here because they have more available then the other bases nearby.

The BX is a great place to shop. Can usually save a bunch here. And it doesnt hurt that your shopping helps the morale and welfare programs on base too.
