Clean store everything is well maintained. Also dont forget about the discount section on the back of the store shoes anywhere between $10 to $50

They did not have a vast selection when we went but it was right after the Pandemic so its uh understandable. The service was nice we asked an associate for help and he was pleasantly helpful.

Terrible customer service by their store manager. I got absolutely no help with an online order issue I was having. I reached out to corporate for assistance with the same online issue and NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME BACK. I went to my local DSW and got outstanding service. Found the same shoes I was originally at WSS for at a better price and was given a $10 off coupon to use on top of that already better price plus I got a free gym bag with my purchase! I will never set foot at this or any other WSS or place an online order with their stores.

This place always has shoes that you can find for a pretty affordable price . Theres is a little bit of everything.

I usually love this place but tonight there was not much of a variety. Also they have started asking for ID to use your points on your account, which I never heard of before . Overall it was ok .

The service was not good at all, the young gal n guy didnt offer assistance. I asked for Yesenia and was told she got transferred to another location, she was always helpful. So I will be taking my business to her new location.

The only reason I gave it 4star was because the employeeS (2) yeah two of them went straight to where I was at but didnt bother to ask me if I need help I guess they where just checking I didnt steel something or they probably thought they were getting audit jajaja its ok its so funny why not send one to check up on others that are really coming up but hey theirs lots of people that judge a book by its cover
