I really like it. It was located at Colton, and they have everything, such as video games, toy collection, collectibles, accessories, consoles, game headsets, etc. It has everything for fun. Also, you can rewards points for the next time you would visit the store.

I visit this place for the first time Jun 13 2021To see what kind of local deals are available on game systems... This place had a special day deal get 5x$50 must be pre owned games example if the tag price had a 19.99 or less the special deal will qualify.👍The I was planning to give a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. . But the main reason I visit GameStop store was to buy an Xbox game system console since i Google search ... Google show up a several of stores such Walmart Target Best buy ect on game systems console. Since I visit all the stores I have mentioned they also didnt have on hand 👎..my last stop was to visit a GameStop store since they had so much advertising on game systems... I found out they are out of stock... To my knowledge if a place such a video game store.. they shouldnt have a problem have them on stock. Since there main customers are people who visit this big game chain stores to buy anything related to video game.. this why I give them a neutral review at this time I hope to see more inventory such game system console a and video games⭐⭐⭐

Such great customer service from the guy who helped my little boy spend his saved change on a video game. So helpful, so informative, kind, knows his stuff when it comes to everything video games and consoles. My kid is 6 but nonetheless he is a little gamer and he gets treated with the same enthusiasm as any other gamer that walks into that store.

The experience from the person behind the register was great. But the store always smells. Maybe they can burn a candle like the Redlands Game Stop.

I bought a PS4 here at this GameStop... only had it for a month... it shorted out and shut off on me and when I turned it back on it shows no signal on my TV and blinks blue.. the lady checked it n she was the one who sold it to me... said it has physical damage and it voids the warranty... I never once recall ever seeing any damage... if there was it wasn’t on me I only took the top off to try to see if it was the fan to avoid having to take it back... it made me angry because I bought a warranty which costed $20 n I was tight on money it was my last bill I had left... I could of got food with that lol GameStop is complete trash they can’t even live up to the warranty’s I spent $320 on a defective item and got no money or a new one in return I was sent home unhappy with the broken PS4 in hand never will I buy it again at any GameStop! the customer service wasn’t okay! she didn’t even explain enough to me she didn’t even tell me why she sold a warranty to me and didn’t commit to it she said that me taking the top off voids warranty n that the damage to it does as well n I swear there was absolutely nothing wrong with the thing but the fact it don’t no longer work, she wasn’t even straight foward... could of gotten it cheaper somewhere else. how sad. yes frick this store... never been so unsatisfied in my entire life! how can taking the top off void the warranty? I never peeled the back sticker or opened the console up so I should of gotten a new one or my money back... I just lost $320 over the stores own doing sometimes u sale defective items I get it happens... but why sale me a warranty n not admit to it being defective when u know it was??! like no that’s not right the clerk should of been fired in my opinion I was fed up I wanted to say something but I held back oooou... They have a huge selection of games and the customer service is good as well. Its hard to see off of Mt Vernon. Its by a Wal Mart so once you see the Wal Mart you know youre almost there. Plenty of parking and they usually have hard to find items as well.

Came for the midnight release of super smash Bros ultimate. Didnt know how long they would remain open, so I tried calling. No one answered the phone prompting me to leave my house hoping they were still holding the event. Came @ 9:45pm right when it closed (but we didnt know that then due to almost no information online). The people inside saw us but didnt tell us the event was over with. They didnt acknowledge us until 10 minutes afterwards and told us to come back tomorrow.Another frustrating part of this experience was the fact that I pre-ordered the game. In the email it stated that it would tell me when my pre-order was ready for pickup, it was ready for pickup yet I didnt receive any text about it.Its no wonder GameStops stock is crashing harder than their employees careers.
