Went to Hour glass and mirror to get a mirror specifically cut for an old projection big screen TV. Mike did a great job of working with me and cutting mirror as close to specification as possible. I would definitely go back to Hour Glass and Mirror. Great customer service, attention to detail.

They were so nice, knew exactly what I needed and gave me a decent quote.

A woman answered the phone very rude. She just said Hold. After five minutes I finally got to ask my question if they could give me an estimate for etched graffiti removal(reduction). Told me that that cant be done and I would have to replace windows. Interesting that there are many companies that come out to buff the scratches out. Lazy Company no customer service.
