With any service business, there is expected quality. In other words, you receive an expected service. When you take your vehicle to a body shop, at the very least you expect that the work will be done right and your vehicle will look like it did before you banged it up.This shop did that.What sets Advanced Collision Repair apart are the excitement quality elements I experienced, such as the use of one of their free loaner cars, which was very nice, and when I picked up my vehicle, the very pleasant surprise to see that my car was meticulously washed and the interior was basically detailed. My car, which Ive named Marty (purchased on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), looked like a million bucks when I arrived yesterday to pick it up.Not every service business delivers excitement quality, believe me.Zach at the Columbia Heights location was awesome. I handed him my drivers license, insurance card and insurance estimate, and that was it. Off I went to my place of work in their nice Toyota loaner, and a few days later my sexy Focus hatchback was done. I had an appointment for an estimate but showed up an hour early and was helped right away without hesitation. I was provided a free estimate with detailed explanation and no pressure for service. Once I decided to have the work done, Sergei scheduled my repair quickly. They provided a free loaner vehicle which was very convenient. Sergei was very polite, professional, and communicated with me throughout the process. He worked with my schedule and was very flexible with my drop off and pick up time. The work done was great. I cannot find where the old dents were and couldn’t have asked for better quality. I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

These people were AMAZING! My door was slightly misaligned, I brought it in, and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes! The best part is that they were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable — and fixed it for free! If I’m ever in an accident, I know where I’m going to get my car fixed!!

Brought my Buick with a busted bumper, grill, hood, headlight, and numerous other issues. They had my car getting fixed the very next day (I brought it in pretty much at closing time) and got me a free rental to drive in the meantime. Was in contact with Zack there, who was not just friendly but also walked me through what really needed fixing as well as what I could possibly leave off to save repair costs, which was refreshing. Just got the car back two days ago and no one can tell it was ever in a crash. Would recommend, or at least would go there again.

Had a small accident and brought my car here for repairs. Zach was really helpful, especially by assisting with our insurance who were very slow to process my claim.We were provided a quality loaner vehicle which made the process much easier.Although I hope I dont need body work done again and have no more crashes, if I do I plan on coming back.

Excellent communication and they were very transparent on pricing, got my car back looking amazing. I had never been to a body shop before and they were very patient and kind walking me through the estimate, as well as calling me with updates and letting me know the status of my vehicle. They provided a loaner car during the fix as well. Would highly recommend!

I would give this shop 10 stars if I had them! They are so responsive and give you updates regarding your repair and when it will be back in your hands they deal with the insurance company for those things that the insurance adjuster missed! My truck looks brand new and all original parts! They gave me a cleaner truck they got including the inside and the carpets were cleaned and detailed! They go that extra mile to make it right! This is the second time I have used them and will recommend them time and time again! Sergei is awesome!

Zack and Advanced Collision Repair were great!I had originally brought my rig into Central Auto Body. Nice people there (too) but they said they were a few weeks out. When they gave me the initial bid, they came in over 60% over the bid from my insurance company. I tried to explain that my insurance company had conveyed to me that they would cover whatever the difference was via a supplement. CAB wanted nothing to do with it. I left and called my agent. My agent called CAB and still nothing.My agent called ACR and within 5 minutes I received a proactive call from Zack at ACR. Zack was all about customer service from the get go. I was able to bring my rig in that same day (Wednesday) and it was done that same week (Friday). They had a loaner available for me onsite and was a painless process from start to finish. Zack was great along the way by providing updates on the work and when it would be ready for pick up. AND!!!! Not only did my rig get a car wash for the exterior work that was needed, but my inside was as clean as it’s been in a long, long time! Highly recommend!!!!

Great service, Sergai takes initiative to get things done for you. He understood the claims process, my need for a rental and got things taken care of. Lots of calls etc. that I did not have to do. Oh, and the car looked great as well. Use them,!

Zach went above and beyond! He made the process of getting my car in the shop super easy and when I picked it up they detailed my car for me! If I have any damages to my car in the future I will be coming back here again.

Horrible! My son brought his truck there after it was involved in a hit and run. The insurance company had to come and review it and determined it as totaled. When we went to pick it up we were told that we were going to be charged a storage fee per day! But not us ....only the insurance company! The adjuster said that he had dealt with this with ONLY this company on many occasions and wished we would have never brought it there! When I asked for a copy of our agreement Atlas refused to give it to me! But I read the bottom and it said a storage fee would be charged if you did not pick up your vehicle within three days after completion of work! No work was done!!!! Sounds like a scam to me! When I told him I would be leaving a negative review he told me that if I did he would sue me! Well I am pursuing options to let the authorities know about their scam to insurance companies!
