I had a great experience at Auto Glass Now! A rock hit my windshield Monday and put a 12+ inch crack into it that kept spreading. I called Auto Glass Now and Tanya was so friendly. She got me set up to come in the next day. The front office staff was wonderful and my windshield was fully replaced within an hour and a half of me dropping my car off. Great price and great service!

After calling 7 different window repair companies in Columbus they came back the cheapest and they offer a lifetime warranty. They were very professional and Tina was extremely helpful! Will come back if I ever need to and have already recommended them to a friend.No unfortunately they dont take appointments but they still had me out of there in two hours. They are also the only company I called that was able to have the glass the next day! Everyone else was quoting me at least a week.

They dont take appointments. You call to tell them a day you are coming so they have the glass but then it is first come, first serve. I got there at 11:30 on a Thursday and waited 3 hours for them to work on my car and then 1.5 hours for them to replace the front windshield. 4.5 hours is insane! I will never go there again. Next time I will pay a little more and have someone come to my house and do it. Plus you have to walk around the side of the building in a dodgy part of town to use the restroom and there are huge potholes in the parking lot. Just avoid and know that you get what you pay for.

Owning a Jeep apparently means your windshield is more susceptible to chips and cracks. I am so thankful for the great price and friendly service I received on my 2ed windshield replacement from them. If you need a windshield go no place else. They are the best of the best.

My friend was borrowing my car and broke my back glass in my sequoia. He said he would get it replaced and took it to this company to have it fixed. Before it was broken it rolled up and down perfectly fine and just needed a new piece of glass. It does not roll up and down like it should now and the rear weatherstripping is totally destroyed which causes rain water to collect inside the car because it was done wrong, also if you look at the window it looks like it’s off center. The whole back side of my car is now messed up because this company does not know how to properly install a window. If I could give zero stars I would. My friend said he called and the guy on the phone lied and said it was like that and they weren’t responsible. This is not the way you do business. Terrible customer service and no accountability for their own mistakes. They didn’t even clean out the old glass they left it in the back of the tailgate very unsafe!!! Don’t take your car to amateurs.

This has been as much of a personal experience for me as it has been for Dustin.The company keeps saying they have set up a time to make it right, but they actually havent. They have already told us that they will not be fixing anything, nor will they be refunding money. At this point, we are done working with this company in any way, shape or form. We dont want anything from them and have started to work with our bank to make it right.Dont bother, Auto Glass Now. We are DONE with you. Youre not touching the car ever again. Great staff. Did a great job replacing my windshield. Called at noon and had it replaced by 3:30 p.m. the same day. (Cut off for ordering a replacement is 2 pm) Got it done for half the price of everyone else I called. Highly recommended tbis shop.

My daughter, a college student, took our car here after the window was smashed out on the day she was supposed to come home. I made the appointment for 3 and was told it would take an hour. She ended up taking an Uber home after waiting an hour bc her car wasnt finished until 630 (a half hour after closing). They fixed the glass but now she cant roll her window up and down correctly. Ive called them twice and was told it needed a window regulator (motor). Her window rolled up and down just fine before this. When I called and pointed this out, I was told the trauma of busting out the window affected the motor. Ive spoken to 2 mechanics and asked them about it and they both said that its not how it works. After the lady told me she knew it was fixed correctly (even though we cant roll the window up and down) I called the manager, who didnt call me back. Maybe Im wrong- after you take a car to a car window repair place and pay 160$ i kinda expected the window to work. Im pretty sure what happened is they overscheduled since our car didnt get done until 630? That part is a guess, though. Im a first responder who caught corona and lost a ton of money bc of that (b4 Christmas) just for this to happen. The argument could be made one thing has nothing to do with the other and they wouldnt be wrong but now I have to get the window CORRECTLY fixed which will cost more money. I sure wish I would have read the other reviews. I take reviews extremely seriously and if you look at all mine, I have over 4,000 views- this is the 1st negative review I have ever left.

A friends vehicle was broken into on a Friday night and we gave auto glass now a call and they were able to replace the passenger side door same day, within two hours of dropping the car off. Excellent and punctual service, as well as the best deal in town IMHO. Just give them a call as soon as they open and I bet you can get in same day. Five stars, I would recommend this establishment for anyone with a broken windshield or car window!

The mechanics who worked on the car were great, polite. Service wise, You can still hear some glass shaking around and wind leaking through while driving however, and also they didn’t vacuum all of the glass out of the car, more of a quick vacuum.The customer service was poor however. The lady at the front desk lied to us when we called to ask if our car was ready and said “Yes, it is in the garage now. You can start heading back this way it should be ready when you arrive.”Of course when we arrived there, our car was still sitting in the parking spot as we left it and windshield still broken, untouched.We purposely left our restaurant mid meal to make sure we would get back in time to pick up our car before they closed so we wouldn’t be holding any staff up.Then when we asked her why did she lie to us and say our car was ready when it wasn’t? Instead of apologizing, or even coming up with an excuse for her mistake, she stated, “ Well we got you in today didn’t we?”She simply should have stated over the phone, “Your car is not ready yet, give it about another 30 minutes.”The situation was completely unexpected, unprofessional, and poorly executed customer service.What bothers me more is that she simply didn’t care to recognize her mistake or failed to.

Had a great experience getting my car window replaced. Quick, same day replacement and at a great price! Friendly and easy service. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I brought in his truck to have the back window replaced. Everything seemed fine but then we found glass in the inside of his truck and all over the bed. My husband called and was advised that the company does not clean up glass that breaks during the replacement. We then started inspecting the truck and found that the leather on his back seat had been torn there were grease hand prints left behind and that there was a crease left in the ceiling where things were not put back in place correctly. This was also reported and refused to do anything about and told that it would be a “game if he said she said” stated by employee Anthony. After roughly 5 days of having the window replaced we received rain in Ohio and the window leaked and got water in the interior. When we called we were told that our story has kept growing so they don’t know what to believe and Anthony was extremely rude to my husband and myself even using profanity as the call started to escalate. We were offered to have a water test done if we brought the truck back and then if it truly leaks the window would be replaced again. I advised because this may turn into a legal matter and because a claim has already been issued to BBB I would like to film the water test and see it be done and was refused the ability to do this. Because of how we have been treated over the phone being interrupted, scolded, and cussed at we would truly rather not do business with the company. Even if the window is replaced again under warranty that is not going to fix the other problems that were already created the first time as well as our trust is very low in the employees being able to provide the service accurately and not continue to destroy our interior. I am requesting a refund therefore we can go elsewhere to a much more respectable and trustworthy company to have our vehicle repaired. It saddens me to have been treated so terribly as a customer where we can not even trust them to make things right and not purposely make things worse based on the treatment we have already received.

Short and Sweet Story. I was a victim of burglary not fun and very stressful. I called into Autoglass Now and spoke with Tina she was Super Sweet and Compassionate and made this process so Easy!! After setting almost 3 hours waiting (because they no longer take appointments), our van was a MESS!!! Glass & rubber EVERYWHERE! All over the dash, floor, seats, in my husbands coffee. When he went back in to address the issues, the technician wanted to argue that it wasnt! How could they actually think thats acceptable? The receptionist asked him to pull it back in & take care of it. He said ok, but it wouldnt look any different. He used a rag & wiped off the dash. Thats it. No vacuum. And left the dirty rag in the back seat....

I spoke with Tina who said Please, just give us a chance to make it right, no questions asked, no excuses, no haggling. That, in itself, blew me away because it showed that Auto Glass Now is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure its customers drive away with a great experience.I was told that the new windshield would have to be taken out again in order for the problem to be fixed and there was potential for the glass to break. Tina ordered another replacement glass and had it on standby “just in case” anything went wrong.I am VERY picky and meticulous and will always find something wrong if the work is not exceptional. It only took about an hour and the problem was fixed with the work looking as professional as the original work completed by the manufacturer. I called Safelight who quoted me $350 and they came out but they had the wrong part on the truck. They said the correct windshield would be over $1000 because they had to get it from the dealership. Autoglass Now installed my new windshield for $200. It took 2 hours and I was out the door. The staff were very accommodating and were interested in resolving the problem as inexpensively and in the best way possible. What a relief!

Loved my experience with Autoglass Now. Tina is Super Friendly and very Professional always seems to try and go above and beyond. The installer Anthony kept me posted with the vehicle the entire step of the way which was much appreciated. Tina got me in there THE SAME DAY and THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE IF SAFELITE!! I have no problem with the workmanship at this shop. However there pricing is off from the quotes they provide you. I have had 5 windows now replaced at this place. The first three times I had no questions or issues with them. The last 2 times I have been there the quoted price was at $20 higher that quoted. I took my sons car in to have a window replaced was quoted 130 and actual cost was 155.00. So this time I call ask for my window to be replaced wanted exact cost for window placement including taxes to the penny. Quoted a price of 181.00 and my wife brings bill home for 203.00. So I call and speak to Dustin, as any consumer would and says sorry the bill was already signed and paid for I cant help you. So I have spent my last dollar in this place. I cant do business with someone who cannot stand behind there promises made to the customer.

I made the appointment and came in as scheduled. Dropped my car off and it was finished within an hour. Great price and easy transaction. Hopefully I wont have to return soon but if I am in need of window shield replacement I will be returning. Thank you.

Got my windshield replaced here today and they did great. it took less than an hour and everyone there was super friendly. I called around about every place in the area to see who was cheapest and this place beat all other prices by $100. no complaints at all, will definitely return for any glass needs.

If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. The whole crew was super super pleasant, nice, and professional. They made me feel like they were happy to be working on my car. I had just gotten in accident earlier that day and was really stressed out and needed my windshield replaced ASAP and they really put me at ease with their phenomenal service. The price was very affordable and a lot less than I expected, and they did an amazing job cleaning up the broken glass. Very cheap work I guess I didnt realize what I was taking my car to, they noted on the preinspection that there was dents on the trim which is a lie. Im the one who had to break my glass to get into my car 24 hours earlier and I thoroughly looked it over after to make sure I did no damage so for them to note it like that after the work is done is just very shady, the dented my trim and chipped the door trim just looks like garbage now, Ill have another bill so my car looks decent, live and learn wont be going back. Wouldnt recommend to anyone

Great customer service. I needed a new windshield, within a couple hours they had it ready at their shop. Had a couple issues with the window not sitting right, and a tiny bit of wind coming in. The staff did not waste anytime and put another brand new windshield with no questions asked, and speedy quick. They even offered to come to my work and do it so I didnt have to take time off. This company is amazing and caring for their customers.

Our back windshield was broken on the morning of the same day that we were supposed to leave on a plane. We were in a hurry to have the windshield fixed, and Auto Glass Now was the only place that could get us a same-day appointment in the Columbus area.They were incredibly polite and helpful to my wife over the phone, even trying to work with our insurance company to get a better price, and were even willing to drive an hour to Cincinnati and back to pick up the part they needed before we got there.Once we arrived, they put our back windshield on within 30-45 minutes and we were on our plane that same evening. We couldnt be more thrilled with their service and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great Service at a Great Price !The team here is quite efficient and effective. I went in there because of a crack in my windshield. They took the car in and about an hour later they had replaced the windshield, they were giving regular updates about the progress of the work. What was amazing to see was the number of people who were taking their cars to them. Whether it was a rear window, or a windshield there was a constant stream of people coming in and the speed and efficiency of the service didnt slow.Its a place I highly recommend if youre looking for a replacement or repair of glass on your car. With respect to the price, I called around to several places in the area and they were the lowest (in some cases almost half the price).I certainly hope I dont need to take my car there again, but if I have any glass work that needs to be done, I know where Im going to take my car.

I had a back window replaced Oct 29 2019 they did a good job putting the new one in after waiting for about 2hrs before they even got to mine but they did not vacuum the broken glass out when ask I was told they did not vacuum they also didnt plug my rear defogger in had to go back and have it done also got sealant on back seat

Called and e-mailed Wednesday for quote. was told and e-mailed the price plus tax ONLY. Called for appointment told the same price but No appointments! Arrived Saturday ( 2 hour wait) got bill with SU charge of $9 extra for glass delivery? Also was charged extra 4% for using a credit card. No mention of this from Tina nor Ryan. Called Tina today was told Corporate instructs her not to inform customers of these charges. Technician Anthony talked with me before installation Very professional and personable. Thank Him !!! Found out about this place thru my brother. Went in and spoke with the lady about getting my windshield replaced that day, she smiled gave me a 3 oclock appointment that day(I showed up at 1). I was able to run my other errands just so that I could have them out of the way. Got the car there just before 3 and took about 45 mins to replace the windshield. If I had any real feedback here, its that they are cocky just as they are confident.what I mean by that is your windshield is put to an immediate test as they have a couple of pot holes in their lot. Other than that, my experience was excellent with them. I only paid 200 for my windshield.

Received a quote over the phone for one price and when I showed up it was another price, (and it had nothing to do with the tax). I noticed they have a small sign posted that they charge a fee to use all major credit cards but do not charge to use your debit card if you input your pin. I refuse to use my debit card this way as in the past, the numbers have been stolen three times (each time was after I used my pin, so I no longer use it that way). I decided not to have the work completed here because of the change in the price of the quote and the credit card fee that should be noted on their website. They were nice about it so I didnt have any other issues. I did want to mention that there are tiny shards of broken glass all over the parking lot so you may want to vacuum out your car when you get home as you will undoubtedly carry glass into your car on the bottom of your shoes.

After reading many great reviews, I was still a bit concerned about a few of the negative ones. So I called around for prices. Auto glass now was still the most affordable so I made appointment for my 2016 Civic, to have new front windshield installed. All in all, it was a real positive experience, I give them 4 stars because I had to make a second trip to the shop because a molding was forgotten. He gave me a lil discount for my troubles though.

Good service. I stopped by at 11am on a Friday to have them take a look and they offered me an appointment at 12:30 same day. They said the total replacement takes 90 minutes so I decided to just drop off and pick up the following Monday. I never had to wait and was processed super quick. The entire windshield replacement including labor was about $200.

Great Experience! I got the run around with Satellite and Auto Glass Now got me right the next day and was finished in just a few hours. I also saved a ton of money and didnt have to use my insurance. Great customer service and the woman at the front desk (Sorry I forgot her name) was amazing and Friendly!!

I had an appointment with a competitor (Safelite) with an estimate of $380.00. I called Auto Glass Now and got a quote for $170.00 and an appointment for 10am the next day. They warned me when I got there the glass wasnt being delivered until about 10:15am...no big deal. I was still out in 50 minutes. When I left I pulled over to review the job and it looked perfect. Everything was as promised and thats the best review I can give.

My front windshield had been heavily cracked and I didnt have the money to replace it finally after 2 years these guys fixed it for me I called just about every glass place around they gave me the best price got me right in even though I was 35 minutes late and they even gave me a new pair of wipers for no cost I am 100 percent satisfied with the customer service and the high quality work that they did as well

Gave them a call when everyone else wanted lots of $$ for a windshield called and talked with Tina she was so very nice and down to earth I was able to take my car in the SAME DAY! Everyone else said 2 to 3 day wait. When I got there I was greeted with a smile and they got started on my car right away. My tech was Anthony and he came and talked to me about the car and everything was ok. He was a very nice and knowledgable young man who works rather quick and knows what he is doing. I am going to tell All My Friends and Family about this place Its Awesome. Go Check It Out!! Also yeah the building might be a little ran down but dont let that discourage you. TRUST ME YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Fantastic Customer Service! Very friendly, quick services. I would recommend Auto Glass Now for any of your auto glass needs. Came here to fix my regulator. This is my third time coming back with 3 different vehicles.

It took ten days for them to come fix my windshield. The weather was partly to blame but one day their van wouldnt start another day the mobile man was given the day off and yet another day he was out sick. The day he did finally come he was two hours late because he said he forgot his glue gun. He also didnt bring the tool to affix the rear view mirror to the new windshield and left it dangling there. He also broke my speaker cover and left glass everywhere. Although the website states that they come to you free they actually added an additional charge for it. Wish I had used a different company.

I made appointment days in advance, yet my windshield did not arrive until after my 1:00 appointment. Then after 1.5 hours of sitting in the waiting room they come tell me the glass arrived defective so I would have to wait for another windshield to be delivered or reschedule. I live over an hour away so had to then wait so took over 3.5 hours. A piece on my cowl they said was broke they broke because it was not like that prior to arriving. Terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I should have paid the extra 30 dollars and went with another company.

Easy no hassle repair. When I called they worked to get me in right away and the work was done quick. And the price was unbeatable! I would recommend them to anyone!

I dropped my vehicle off, they called me the next morning at 10:30 am, my car was ready to go! They were efficient, professional, realiable and honest. And, the repair cost was significantly lower than other competitors. I would highly recommend this business for any glass replacement.

After i woke up to find my back driver side window broke and shattered i was distraught wonder how i could find the money to get it fix when i came across Auto Glass Now who got me in quick fast with a affordable qoute.
