I have frequented this place twice now in two weeks and there was no consistency. The first time my Breakfast BLT was outstandingly amazing—so good. Today it was honestly the opposite my sandwich had so much cream cheese and guacamole it was a mess. Bacon wasn’t fresh. I’m all for some extra toppings but when I opened the sandwich toppings were smeared all over the paper it was wrapped in because the cream cheese and guac were oozing out of every direction :( I will say staff is always polite!

Love me some Big Apple Bagels! They left the San Antonio Riverwalk and I found them in Nebraska. Yum!

This is my go-to lunch spot. Close to the hospital and the YMCA. Its usually not crowded inside so a great place to have lunch with a friend. There are also three tables outside. They have enough staff to take care of you well! My favorite is the breakfast BLT bagel on Swiss melt with bacon cheddar cream cheese.

Great food….even when you dont get what you order several times! I mean is it really hard to serve a cheddar herb bagel and scallion cream cheese or it is just faster to throw plain on it and send it! It was not even busy! I could understand when you are in the weeds but it was dead!

All I have to say is yes It is a little bit more pricey but every single time I go there the person at the window is always so kind and always has an maazing attitude It is definitely worth the little extra because I am paying for customer service! And not to mention everything is amazing there the sandwiches, bagels, and muffins! I love it.... Im addicted lol

Blueberry Bagel with Strawberry cream cheese was awesome. Had decaf Hawaiian coffee. I felt tropical today.

I have a great experience every time I grab breakfast, lunch or a drink at BAB. Steve is also a great manager and has put everything into the company. Definitely recommend!

I called and asked for a platter for a family event and he knocked it out in under an hour for us!My order was correct and everybody was so pleased with the selections.Thanks to Nathan and today’s staff for helping us out in record time. We ordered for a medium size group for lunch and the food was really good and the muffin I had was amazing!! The only problem we had was trying to decide what sandwich was what. It would have been nice to have the type of sandwich and bagel written on the plastic bag. There were 9 sandwiches and none of them were identical. Other than that it was great!! Glad to see them in Columbus!!

I had the BEST bagel and cream cheese I have ever had in my life. I literally savored every bite. You cannot go wrong at this place. Deliciousness in every order. Thanks for supporting teachers. This teacher will be back.

I absolutely love that they have FRESH ingredients and especially the eggs, they are REAL! Yummm!

1st time experience with this restaurant as a whole. Was not impressed with the customer service. Steve,,the manager, was very good and made sure we got what we needed in the end.

About a week ago I stopped here and wanted to give it a try. I ordered the Mediterranean bagel on an everything bagel with hummus on it and jalapeño cream cheese on the side and all the veggies that it comes with. When I got home (about 25 miles from Columbus) I pulled the sandwich out of the bag and the whole order was wrong. There was no hummus on the sandwich, they gave me a plain bagel, and the bagel itself was absolutely terrible. The jalapeño cream cheese was literally just cream cheese with old jalapeños thrown into it, the vegetables weren’t cut up. I called the store when I got home, explained that I was a bit annoyed about it and I wanted my money back. I left my name and number for the manager to call me back, that never happened. I never received my money back. I’m very disappointed with this place, and I do not recommend stopping here and wasting your money.

Went through the drive-thru the other day. We were 9 cars from ordering which took 1 hour to order. When we ordered the staff was extremely rude. Then when we finally received our order (we ordered a begal with cream cheese and breakfast southern begal sandwich), the breakfast sandwich was cold. We will not be returning to Big Apple Begal.

The staff is always friendly, the food is hot, fresh, and tastes great.

The staff is friendly ill give them that, but the bagels are not good at all. You can get better tasting bagels cheaper from Super savers bakery.
