Rude ownership claims to offer free estimate and when I tell them that I’ve decided to go with another company with a more competitive price they lashed out that if i ever have them pull my car on their rack again Their charging me something. I’ve never been treated so Unprofessional. Don’t offer customers free estimates if you don’t expect them to use it as a guide to make a decision on the repairs. Consumers have a right to shop around And make a informed decision. I will never pull my car on their lot again

Do not go here! They used zip ties on my exhaust and when I questioned them about what they were doing he told me to go sit in the waiting room. They changed my muffler to one of a different size and when I asked them about it they said it doesnt matter. They threatened to cut off the muffler they installed so I had to pay them for the work they did that is all wrong and that I didnt want done or wouldve had to leave with no muffler at all since they had already removed mine.

JD was excellent he replace my muffler and the price was great!!

They did my tie rod they ordered the wrong part and installed so the tie rod broke my coolant hose and they perfom very trash muffler welding. Only reason I go there is for location. Never again there

They took 1 month to fix our work van. Paid over $1,000 and I have the receipt to prove it. E-mail me if youd like to see the evidence! Anyways, after driving it down the block for the 2nd time, (the first time drove it home) it broke down and we had to pay $120 to get it towed back to our house. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!@@!!!! Also when I called them, the guy owner was so rude because of course I was upset I told him I wanted it fixed or Id take him to court! Which I still might after this Coronavirus stuff is all over!!! Too much money wasted. Go to real professionals; not backyard mechanics. I should have known better!This is #2 times that Ive done this and believe me, Ive learned my lesson!

Very good people, Ummmmm they went up on the oil change, just a little but no problem. They dont take long at all.

I stopped in the shop with the part that I needed to repair the valve stem on my car. The gentleman went out and looked at the tire and told me that it would be $90 to replace a valve stem on my tire. I had the actual part with me and all they needed to do was install it. Other tire shops priced this at $20 for the repair. I totally believe that it was because I was a woman that he wanted to charge so much for the repair. He was not professional at all and it was actually quite rude to me. I would not take my business to this gentleman just based on the way that I was treated.

I have been a long time customer of these mechanics. They have ALWAYS been 100% honest with me, and never have taken advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars. Their prices are, by far, the most reasonable I have ever encountered. I have never felt pressured into doing anything to my car other than why I came to see them. I even had a situation where I had a major problem with my car that conveniently happened 2 weeks after I lost my job. They went above and beyond to work with me, and even made the exception for me to make payments over a period of a month. I don’t know if any other place that would do that. I have never had a bad expedience with them. I am very thankful I have a mechanic shop that I can go to with confidence and full trust. As long as ownership/policies/work ethics don’t change, they are the only ones I will ever go to for any issues or needs I may have with my car! JD is the absolute BEST!!!!!

Guy there did a great job on my exhaust,and price wasnt bad..Took my car in to bleed the brakes he tried charging me 250.00.Never again will i even call this place,i got it donefor 80.00$ elsewhere try to rip me off after i had you do my exhaust,not cool.Shop around before you have this place do any work to your vehicles.

The worker is not doing a good job, when replacing the tire scratched the wheels, and the two wheels blew when he came to fix it, he said another time now has no time,

I have had them do work on there different cars of mine. They have hooked me up and gotten problems fixed each time. Knowledgeable staff that comes in early and leaves late in order to make sure your vehicle leaves better than it came in. They have done exhaust and wheel work for me that have been of good quality and that is why I continue to go back to them for repairs.

I got my door handle fixed at buckeye muffler and they only charged me $25. I went to the dealership and they were gonna charge me $299! I highly recommend going here for any future car problems!

They know me by their nickname for me “Antonio Sienna” . I brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna after I received a shocking estimate from the dealership. I took it to Buckeye Muffler and they did 2 front control arms, plus breaks and rotors for almost half of the price of the dealership. I then took it back to the dealership to make sure it was done correctly and it was done great for 50% of the price. I would definitely recommend JD and his group for any auto-repairs.

When I say the best honest car service Ive ever had I mean that. All I can say is if u need anything done worked on on your car I would call them first. Fast service as well. I took my car there because my air conditioner isnt working. They fix something that wasnt the problem. Now they saying they have to replace another part. No no no you should have pay close attention and check the car carefully. You had the car for hours.

Price for muffler and exhaust work was on the expensive side, $500+. Replaced catalytic converter, pipe, and flex pipe. Took about 2 hours worth of work. After being released I noticed an unnatural noise and they took it back in for more repair. Staff was very friendly, but if you have a cheaper option, I would recommend to go there instead.

Refused to simply hang my exhaust that needed hangers. Wanted to run a completely new exhaust and up charge me for what he wanted to do to the vehicle not what I was asking to be done.

Went here to have battery checked. Told me I had 14 error codes needing fixed. Was told I needed to get the sensor and etc fixed 1st. Charged me 37.63 to check my vehicle. Went to the dealership like I normally do. Needed only a battery and nothing else was wrong....please be careful taking your vehicle here.

I had a brake job done in 2016. They told me I had a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. The rotors they put on my car were junk! They warped and I took the car back to them while it was still under their warranty. However they try to tell me the warranty was only on parts and they tried to chrage me $75 for labor. I got mad then they said they would go ahead and do the work because money doesnt mean anything. I didnt trust them to do it after they were trying to rip me off for $75. So I took my car and left! Dont trust these guys, they have had no education I. Auto repair. I ask them where they got the education for working on cars they told me they didnt have any training!I will never go there again.

**BEWARE** very sketchy practices. I was told different prices for the full synthetic oil change. Would not give me a clear answer as to the brand of the Full synthetic. Still not sure I received FS. One of the employees had an accident and hit the a customers cars backing out and owner or manager curses him out and proceeds to clean up the car without any report to the owner. I payed and thought my car was done and I simply stood outside by my car since I thought it was finished and he starts rudely telling me to go inside the office that if I dont want my car serviced there to leave. 2 star because of the good price if it was indeed Full Synthetic Oil.

When a new owner attacks the former, who is a friend of mine, I will never go there. There is nothing for the former to apologize for. He did everything legally allowed by law. Have to question if the new owner will based on his own comments. There was no bad experience with the former owner. He just refused to do illegal work. Always went above and beyond for his customers.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE RATING IF I COULD. Terrible place to get your car fixed. I payed $500 to get my front shocks replaced on my car at this place. After driving my car for 10 minutes on the same street the shop is located, my car breaks down. I called them to explain that my passenger side front tire is not turning with the steering wheel. They gave me the number to their tow truck service and after 2 hrs of waiting, my car was towed back to their shop. Upon arrival, my car was diagnosed ON THE TOW TRUCK as it was something I had done to mess up my tire rod and nothing that they could have done during service. I was told I would have to pay the tow truck driver $60 and $500 to repair this problem!?!? I would not recommend anyone do business there!!!

They were able to get my car in and fix the exhaust right away as a walk in customer.

Paid close to $100 for a flex pipe change and we came back within the first minute after the repair due to horrible leak noise worse than before. Loyal customer to SOLO muffler but they were closed and came here.

I took my vehicle there today and had calibers and brake pads done3 1/2 hours in JD calls n said to come in because I have a brake line leek now mind you just a few days back I took my vehicle to NTB and had a complete brake check done so I would know what it needed witch was calibers n pads and he broke my break line n wanted me to pay them his quote $170 to $200 for him to fix it.when I said he broke it he should fix it he had the other guy drop down my vehicle n pull it out of the bay refused to do it then writes on the bill not safe to drive then asks me for the money they charged for the work.Im contacting the bbb and going to small claims against them.so my advice is oil change maybe but actually to work on your vehicle go else where and get it in writing from a safe reliable shop.

Took my Dodge Charger to get new breaks now I have air in my lines and my pedal feels squishy. Tech told me he didnt know how to fix it and to take it to a dealer but would give me no refund. Horrible service crooks buyers beware

Told me that flex pipe need replaced and a fare price had it done 45 min plus change the oil.

For one thing they over charge you and they are rude and arrogant i would not recommend this place to no one.
