For those of you question if Customer Service was obsolete...Batteries Plus restored my faith. Ben, one of their techs took great care of me. I needed some battery packs assembled. They took special care to be sure to assemble them to perfection. They offer many services. Check them out, the entire staff is excellent!!!👍👍

The staff was gracious, laid back, competent and cool. I am not a techy dude, and they were not condescending and explained every possible scenario prior to the repair. The repair was done quickly and my wait was minimal. Scheduling an appointment to figure out what was wrong with my iPhone was a breeze compared to the Apple store, or any of the other repair shops I screened. Their pricing was less expensive then other stores. It was a great experience. My iPhone is my lifeline, so getting it fixed quickly and with a caring staff was way cool beans.

Team Members have always been very helpful and polite, and they were being careful by wearing masks and my clerk even had on gloves (not sure gloves are actually advised anymore - Ive read that they actually can transfer the virus from one surface to another). Very impressed with staff. Clerk (sorry not sure of his name - Kurt?) efficiently located the battery I needed for electronic scale, installed it, helped me find some stick-on lights for closet.

Amazing service. Knowledgeable employees Phone wouldnt turn on because of faulty connectors in phone. After ordering a new screen just in case my phone cracked (I had some cracks so they wanted a back up just in case) they fixed the issue with no need for a replacement part. They didnt even charge!! I couldnt believe it. They fixed the issue in under an hour. Truly recommend.

Like many people right now, we are working from home. Last night, we had a light bulb burn out in the ceiling fan in the room where my husband is currently working. I was happy to see that Batteries Plus Bulbs was not only still open, but had the replacement bulbs in stock. I chose their curbside pickup for safety reasons, and the 10% discount was a nice touch. They really have the contact free pickup down to a science. Just show your credit card and ID through your car window and have your signed email confirmation (or a piece of paper works if you dont have a printer) in the trunk of your car. The employee who helped me was masked and gloved. Despite the mask and gloves, he was super friendly. Fantastic job, everyone! We will definitely keep shopping at your store!

I went into the store today to replace a car fob battery. I happened to mention that I had an iPad with a stylus end jammed in the earphone jack. Ben M. managed to get the broken end out! And he did it for free! I was thrilled with the service.

I am SO pleased with the service at Batteries Plus Bulbs. The employee spent well over a half hour helping us with an antique Christmas bell/light set. He was so patient and found replacement bulbs that would work on our antique set...a family heirloom. All his work for under 10 dollars in bulbs. If you need help with batteries or bulbs, go there first. It will probably be the only stop you will need to make.

They also told my family member about something they noticed with their vehicle that needed fixed they noticed when installing the new battery (which wasn’t fixed from previous wreck repair or broken in dealership, air box was cracked)

Reliable and good quality of batteries for iphone were replaced although the price is slightly higher than cheaper shops. I changed a battery 6 month ago at the cheaper shop, but its battery becomes bad after 3 months. Yours are healthy for more than 1 year.

Always very helpful. Love their watch battery replacements for life plan. I no longer get frustrated trying to pry the back of my watches and change them myself. Much more expensive that was, too.I was going to get my cell phone battery replaced. Theyd ordered it and were ready to do it. Then he talked to me about why I thought it needed it and advised me that I still have a lot of life left in mine. You know, after I stopped gaming on it all the time, it really does last all day! Im glad he was honest about it. He didnt have to do that.

I was so fortunate to have found Batteries Plus literally in the eye of a storm. I had no charge on my key, and because of it, my ignition system had stopped working as well. I went to the Batteries+Bulbs on High Street in Columbus and not only did Dom at the front desk help me once, but twice. I came in right at closing, and he changed my battery. I soon found out that the ignition system had failed, and needed to leave my car until the next day. Again, Dom was willing to go over to my car a couple blocks away and help jump the vehicle. Saved $100 on Car battery Installation !!Staff is gracious and they go extra mile to make you comfortable and help you out.I purchased car battery here and they extended hand to do installation for NO additional cost, which saved me labor charge of $100.

I had to get a vehicle battery replaced ASAP, was able to view inventory online, order online, & have it installed that day. Staff called to get more info to make sure their service & product was an appropriate fit. When I arrived they were quick & were able to change the battery promptly.

Dropped my iPhone 6s Plus at 8:30am, got online and made a reservation for 9:30, got a call to confirm and dropped it off early at 9:00am. Upon arrival they inspected my phone and said it would would be ready in an hour to pick up. Arrived back at 9:50 and the phone screen had been successfully replaced and I was on my way. Highly recommend their services.

Scheduled a battery replacement for my Galaxy 6 online, got a call to confirm within 15 minutes! Already pleased I brought my phone in and Stephen had the new battery installed in a half hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me the whole rundown and got right to work. While I waited I observed two other employees who helped other customers with the same service I received from Stephen. Overall I was very impressed with how they run their operations and I highly recommend their service!

This place never fails to disappoint. From the lack luster staff, to the inability to insert a battery into a device properly, or to even seem to have that battery when inserted properly last more than two weeks. Not sure of the other options but believe me I am hunting for one

All of the employees were friendly and upbeat. Dominic was the person who created my new Honda key fob for me. He had to make 3 attempts to do so but, was pleasant throughout the experience. My key fob now works perfectly even though I had been told that only a Honda dealer could create it for me. It was far less costly to have it done here.

Visited the Clintonville location for a many years. Each time staff are knowledgeable and polite. Service is prompt, prices competitive. In April 18 I purchased a Poppy flashlight. It isnt used extensively, once a week or so for a few minutes . The batteries conked on me. The flashlight came with batteries so I just replaced with new, out of the package batteries. The same issue. I returned to Batteries Plus today and they tested the ones I put in, no juice at all, again the flashlight had only been used a few times. The store gave me a new flashlight. Recommend this store, great selection, good people working there as well.

Ive been here twice now: once to get a new battery for a laptop and once to get the battery in my iPhone 6 replaced, and was I impressed. For the laptop battery I looked at a lot of different places and these guys were the only company who had it in stock. For the iPhone battery replacement it was quick, professional, and affordable, and their customer service was exceptional despite being absurdly busy.In the end I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their prices are affordable, their inventory is diverse, and their customer service is exceptional. You can bet Ill be coming back here again.

I stopped in late one evening desperately needing an iPhone battery replaced. My phone was completely dead and I had been to two previous entities that could not replace the battery for one reason or another. Andrew and Alex could not have been more accommodating in helping me out of a bind. Both stayed a few minutes late to complete the repair. I cannot recommend this location or Andrew and Alex enough for their helpfulness and friendliness. I will definitely be going back for any future needs.
