No fuss transaction, my car was delivered earlier than expected! They even made sure it was detailed with a BOW! With limited time on my end Matt, Joshua and Dan waited for me and made it happen! We purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer from this place June 9th 2021. When I test drove it in the initial beginning the battery went dead. They sent the vehicle to firestone to be fixed and the battery was still not fixed later needed a jump A few weeks later we finally get the memorandum for the vehicle and the mileage is well over 1000 miles off. I Made a phone call and they didn’t get back in touch with me. so I went in person then the manager came out and said that there’s nothing that they can do about it but offer me a free oil change, even though I have proof that they sold me this vehicle at over 72,659 miles. On my paperwork it states that they sold it to me at 71,559. During my time of driving this vehicle the turn signal goes out, the air-conditioning is out, and they didn’t know the original Ford key code, Which cost $59 for a code that they should’ve known selling it to me.I only gave this company one star because the people was very polite but then again I expected that they was just trying to sell a vehicle. Stay away from this place if you want to do legit business go elsewhere. Matt also deserves a raise because if he was the manager he would definitely make it right. you can tell that he was compassionate about the people that he dealt with and that it was more than just a job to him. The others could care less, they can make a sale and it won’t even bother them at the end of the day what they sold you. I had my red flags when the car wouldn’t crank but I guess I wanted it anyway.

My husband and i bought a car from here on July 17th and told them we were moving to California on the 19th. We got to Cali and immediately sent them our new address so they can send registration paperwork for us to register in California. Its October 18th and we still havent gotten anything. Even after calling and speaking with Dan their manager at least three times. Everytime theres been an excuse about the title clerk or they say they arent sure how to help. This is their responsibility and they keep dodging us. Thats not the only issue, during our drive to California we discovered the AC shuts off after driving for like 2 hours, we called about this as well as sent it into a Hyundai dealership for fixing and they cant pin point the issue. We also had to get a new transmission at the beginning of July and then we learnt that this same car had had a transmission change at 23,000 miles already! We bought it at 40,000 miles. Im so regretful of this purchase and if we could return this car to them we honestly would. Their customer service is awful and the car we bought is sub-standard and i think they knew it. We think it had an accident and they wiped off those records.

I went here to look at vehicles per the suggestion of one of their sales people we did not look at the cars on the lot but on line from his desk. I could have done this from home without driving 30 minutes.However the staff there was very nice and helpful.

The experience at Enterprise Car Dealership on Morse Road was a good one. The salesman was attentive and the manager and others seemed to want to assure that my experience was positive, The financing I received through Enterprise was excellent, although my good credit rating was definitely a factor :) .I am a little disappointed that I cannot get them to call me back about a few blemishes I saw on the cars paint, and more importantly a defect in the trunks latch that the manager assured me would be fixed as soon as his repair man was available. I need to have this done as soon as possible.

Sales staff was great at time of purchase. Unfortunately car I made appointment for to test drive was not on the lot. I received no call from dealership that the car I made appointment for was not transferred from Cincinnati. This was upsetting because I live over 45 minutes away! Fortunately there was a comparable vehicle on the lot that I liked. If you make an appointment with dealership, I highly suggest calling a day in advance to make sure the vehicle you request is on the lot before you get there!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! BUYER BEWARE. Although car received is satisfactory the manner in which the transaction went down was borderline SCAM! Was shown a matrix of payment options and chose plan of choice . Did not receive nor was offered a hard copy of contract. Although I left dealership without contract in hand, I didnt think I had any concern and that I could trust them to honor what we agreed to.Received letter from finance company, a couple of weeks later, showing a higher monthly payment then agreed upon .Called dealership and discussed and told there was an error on paperwork and $1,205 refund was due. Great selection of all the popular cars, even a few Teslas to choose from.Good people, not pushy, gave me time to review the inventory from across the U.S. Selected a vehicle from several states away. We paid the transportation fee, which was deducted from our cost at the culmination of our purchase. The vehicle had a leak at the windshield. When reported, the staff at Enterprise responded immediately and arranged for its repair. This is the third vehicle we have purchase from Enterprise and will recommend to our families and friends.

Amazing experience all around! Tammy & Danae were amazing when I was looking for a car! They asked what I wanted, didnt want and had so many options for me to choose from! I had already looked around for similar cars at other dealerships and felt like I was getting ripped off after haggling for the best price. Customized the extra stuff for what we wanted and didnt want.When he got us approved and it was through a loan company that we did not like working with historically, he called and got us the same rate at a bank that we prefer to use instead. They even took care of returning my rental for me so I didnt have to worry about filling the tank/driving it back to where I got it - free of charge! :-)

Our sales rep asked a few questions and then showed us a number of cars that met our criteria. I started our car purchase process at Enterprise. I planned on going to three other places. I was able to skip these other places based on the service and performance of the Enterprise Sales Team.

Nice selection of vehicles, but their no haggle pricing is BS. Priced higher than average car lots in the area. Shop around before considering vehicles from here.

They made it very easy to trade in my car and purchase a used van. I had rented a van the weekend before for an out of town trip. I liked it so much, I found a similar van on their lot. It has low mileage and I was very pleased with the no haggle price for the van and what I got for my trade in. They did all the paper work and arranged financing. They helped me move things from my car into the van and put my license plates on the van. I am very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of Jon and Mike.
