Service department is bad. Had a prearranged appointment for two items. When I got there I was told they couldnt do the work that day. We live 80 miles away. General manager tried to make things right but would still have to come back and leave our car. Did over to provide a car for us. Will not be going back.
I took one star away because weve been going to Rivertown Buick for years now, were die-hard Buick lovers 🤗🤗, I noticed that they stopped putting protection on your floor mats. Im a stickler for details. There was some dirt on my mats. Other than that they did a wonderful job of completing the items on my warranty list. Thank you Mike for your patience with me. 💯
Only one new SUV on the lot for sale! No other vehicles at all. Went to the service department just to purchase new windshield wipers. They were quite busy in the middle of the afternoon taking in cars, but the service writer was very helpful and even installed them for me in their parking lot. Great service for my small problem.

Well, I dont know why I thought it would be any different. But, if you have an appt for a flipping oil change and you get a call 2 hours later that they hadnt done anything yet bc they need to Confirm that warranty for said oil change will be reimbursed to this location.DO BETTER BC in the South hospitality and customer service definitely speaks loud and this location has ZERO.😞
Phone calls are not an efficient way to solve any auto problems with riverton ford, so I went there in person and was told that they couldnt solve my problem with my ford but referred me to another Avenue of solving this issue. Im getting this problem solved with another company referred to me by rivertown. I appreciate their being honest about not being able to solve my problem and referring me to someone who can.

Sales sold me a used car and didnt disclose mechanical issues. Signed as is contract, now stuck making many repairs and expensive payments on a 5 year old car. Couldnt get a rental or anything. Missed whole day of work. I have a credit score of 608 and only thing I got was a sour lemon...fair warning. Go to Headquarter Nissan for better customer service and benefits! Had a 9am appointment for an oil change. At 12:30pm, my vehicle was still sitting where I dropped it off. Service Rep said, their Corporate appointment booker...OVER BOOKED them for the day! Left w/out the services!
Set up a Appointment for service aka OIL CHANGE get there a few minutes before my appointment time and I overheard a rep tell a customer it will be a while, so I asked whats a while ? just to be told 2½ hours minimum. Say what ? Why would you set appointments for service then say its going to be a few hours ? That service department lost my service, ill take it somewhere else.
I bought a 2007 Honda Fit there 4 years ago and i just paid it off today! Its been such a great car thats only needed tune ups! I went in to have my oil changed and I was very pleased with my experience. Brian was the gentleman who took care of my car. I enjoyed the waiting area its so nice and comfortable. I was constantly kept up to date on what was going on while waiting vis text messages. I felt at ease during the whole experience. I was very pleased with Rivertown Toyota.

This were one of the worst experience I have had @rivertown I purchase a Jeep from Assad on Whittlesey rd everything went great/smooth until I wrote “that check”if I had a problem it wait time would be @least an hr.,you have managers(clay)making mechanic decisions,they keep my Jeep for a wk no one called w/updates,then the oil leak which wasn’t there, another wk with no updates,two hrs after I picked it up it ran hot,don’t bother calling clay because he don’t answer.Its been over a month I finally get to drive my Jeep I pray nothing else go wrong

If I have an option to not even give this dealership zero stars I would. They sold me & my husband a 2002 green Toyota Camry with 164,000 miles for $4,200 & we kept negotiating until the price were finally lower. Then we were told that the car still needed cleaning maintenance & it was going to take about 50 minutes but it ended up to be almost 3 hours. I also didnt even go to work because it took them longer than what Giselle promised us. Giselle Barrett was our sales person. When we left the dealership, I was already feeling sketchy about the car. Yes, I understand that its an older car however we asked several times to make sure that the car was fully maintenance including oil change, etc to make sure that there was nothing wrong with it & guess what it was all a lie!! I am very disappointed that they sold us a car that broke down on me in the middle of the freeway. Giselle even tried to offer us a different car. Like are you kidding me? You just sold a car that broke down on me. We were here since 10 am. Left with the car at 4pm & it broke down on us? Of course why would I even bother trusting you & buy a different car from you. I dont fully blamed Giselle that the car broke down on me but it goes both ways as if theyre workers who does maintenance on their cars were truthful & if she had better communication with them to make sure everything was properly & fully maintenance well. I hope no one will go through this like what has happened to us. & Im very glad we got a full refund!

Very disappointed!! Came in for my scheduled oil change . Upon inspection the advisor came out and said she to the amount of miles on my care they recommend a transmission flush...Not only did I ask the advisor are you sure but could I also speak with someone else just to verify..Well another advisor (manager indicated that yes its needed and everything will be fine . I said again firmly are you sure I do not want any issues down the road..Oh no maam there want be if you have any issues let us know. .Well guess what Im having issues!! Most dealers are not always on the up and up; however, Rivertowns maintenance staff is headed up by a fellow by the name of Brian Sullivan and he is top notch. If he tells you he will take care of you, you can bet the farm on it.
