I was able to get an appointment quickly, checking my insurance was a breeze. Staff very friendly and very helpful! I have been wearing glasses for over 25 years and this was the very first time it didnt take me time to get used to my new glasses or contacts after putting them on. I saw through them perfectly!! I do however think there should be a follow-up call as a reminder that glasses are ready for pick up ..just in case a customer didnt receive the text! Other than that..Im very satisfied!!

So I went in for my appointment. I have been using the Company for years. I found some glasses. When my I picked up my glasses they were trying to up charge me. So I called my Insurance company. Yes,they over charge me for my eye appointment and would not give me money back. The Manager was very rude and unprofessional. They have nice glasses. The employees are slick and all about the money.
Very friendly, they will suggest what frames look good on you, out the ones you have picked out. With me I will sent my daughters a picture of the frames I picked up. But staff members are Great.

I went to Lenscrafters because they were in my insurance network. I had my eye examination and prior to the exam the representative stated that my copay was $45.00 and proceeded to collect it prior to my exam. When I returned home I reviewed my insurance and and it stated a in network copay was $10.00. I went back to Lenscrafters the next day and spoke with the same representative asking why the copay was $45.00 and not $10.00. He stated that the do an additional test that was included in the $45.00 copay. I told him that he did not make me aware of the upcharge and was not asked if I wanted it. He said he would make a note on my file to not do the test next time but I told him not to bother because I would no be back.
Staff has little to no optical experience is rude and condescending and has a little knowledge of the products they sell.
Never again!! Used my vision benefits before I left my now previous employer to get glasses. Chose a pair of Ralph Lauren glasses that were metal and a matte blue color. 1st time they came in prescription needed tweaked, 2nd time they came in the lenses were scratched (in picture), 3rd time they came in the frame was black AND the lenses had these little markings on the outside of both lenses (in pictures) which is ridiculous to put on the lenses. So they said the frame color I wanted is no longer in stock and they cant get it. Later they bring out my old pair that had the scratches on them but now that pair is black also... trying to play it off to me that that it was black all along. A ) I was super excited to get a pair of glasses that werent any kind of brown for once B ) I would never choose a black frame because it just doesnt look that good on me C ) so your telling me I can find the scratches on the lense, and the little X and L that the manufacturer puts on the lenses but you dont think I would notice if pair #2 were black like youre trying to play it off as. BS! What happened to the blue pair that #2 did come in as? Because I guarantee with 100% certainty the only thing that was wrong with pair #2 was that the lenses were scratched. The frame was fine and was blue! Also the little markings from the manufacturer were not on pair #2 but now were on pair #3 yet its something they cant have the manufacturer take off? So in the end now that my vision plan is no longer since i changed employers I cant go anywhere else. I now will have to pay 100% out of pocket with no insurance to get lenses that I can actually clearly see out of with no manufacturer markings (looked like there was always a constant smudge that could never get out because its etched inside the lense). I kept the frame since I only paid $20 after insurance so that even though they arent my first choice I didnt feel entirely screwed over and S.O.L. but in all reality I got screwed.

People willing to pay $100-600: The whole team is great and the optometrist I saw was wonderful. They take good care of you when you want THEIR *designer* glasses XDEveryone unable or unwilling to pay $100+ on their glasses: THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ENOUGH INFORMATION TO ACTUALLY BUY GLASSES WHEN YOU GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION. I had to fight them for my PD and they flat out REFUSED to measure my face so that I could purchase glasses that werent theirs. Purchasing glasses online is a threat to their business model and Im never coming back here again.
They can order glass lenses vs. some places which only offer plastic lenses. They didnt push me to purchase anti-reflective coating.On the negative side, when she quoted me the price she said $xxx including the eyeglasses protection plan. I didnt ask for the plan and she didnt explain it until I asked about it. I declined the coverage and I believe it inappropriate to add it with asking about me if I wanted it.I visited them at 2:30 on November 27, 2018 to get my glasses adjusted. Only one person was in the entire shop and that person wasnt an optician. Everyone else at the shop was at lunch. No opticians were available in the middle of the afternoon? Wow. I couldnt get my glasses adjusted. This does not meet my expectations.
Was charged $35 for a test that I didnt want because of covid. Claimed they dont dialate any more to keep a distance so I must pay $35 for this test. While with Dr she dialated my eyes. So I questioned whats up. Was told all clients must pay for test nothing to do with covid. But I was never told in advance of this charge that insurance wont cover. I was even told at desk I could reschedule for after covid if I didnt want test. After speaking with manager was told Id have been forced to pay $35 even if Id have rescheduled. I wouldnt recommend this place.
The doctors here do great job with children! However be aware that there are 2 available prices for your exam. They will not tell you at front desk upon payment (if you do not have vision insurance) that they offer 2 prices. They will automatically charge you the higher price of $112.00 versus a basic exam at $77.00.
Hands down the best quality, service, and staff. Do yourself a favor and switch from whoever you currently go to, to LC @ Easton.
Extremely kind! Caring! Outgoing! While in Columbus my sons glasses broke and I honestly didn’t think they could be fixed. I made a phone call to them and explained we were from out of town. My son has autism and very limited verbal skills. We had our vision place back home fax his eyeglass prescription . Due to my sons prescription ( a little complexed) they didn’t have them in stock. Cindy could tell I was rather worried, what were we going to do? She gave me the name of another place that might be able to help us. They actually had his rx in stock. Cindy and her staff were able to fix my sons old glasses till we were able to pick up his new ones. I’m forever thankful to them! They were SO very kind to my son! Thank you!

Completely shady experience.... I purchased glasses with transitions and anti glare and I wasnt offered no protection. They only sale designer glasses so my glasses cost over $800. Luckily I had insurance so I only co payed around $350.glasses was scuffed and I called for replacement lenses and was told I didnt get the 1 year replacement which was only $35. I was baffled because I dont care about about no polos or name brands. Why wouldnt I get insurance for $35? Simple, it wasnt offered and I wasnt informed. I spoke to rep at the store over the phone and they told me to call customer service. I called customer service and was told everything was handled in house. I spoke with a manager and told me flat out they cant help me. So they make a business to offer extra features to get as much money they can get you for but wont offer any protection for your investment.
SCAMMERS - Double check your itemized bill and ask questions if something doesn’t make sense, the one female tech added in a warranty without my permission and when I question it she said it was mandatory which is a complete lie. They make extra money on all these add-Ins, I finally had to get the manager to reverse the charge and corporate will not help you.Also the doctor that was there had zero personality and never explained what she was doing to me and when I asked, she gave me 1-2 word replies. I can tell she hated her job, especially working retail.
This is gonna be a long one. Firstly, avoid this store if you can. When I went in for my eye appointment and to actually BUY my glasses, nearly everyone was nice and polite - although a few of the women hanging around the desk had extremely condescending attitudes. I should point out the store wasnt that busy. I was looking for new frames and had checked online prior to my visit so I pretty much knew what I was looking for already, which was fine because nobody actually attempted to help me anyway except for a woman who was already in the middle of helping another customer who she just sort of abandoned to help me. It took some time to get her to understand that I had already checked the website and knew what I was looking for and that I didnt like any of the frames she was suggesting and that I preferred to browse on my own and that maybe she should help the customer she was already assisting. Eventually she left me alone and I found what I was looking for so I went to the desk to get assistance with actually purchasing the glasses, I was shooed over to a table to wait for someones help where I sat for a good 10 minutes before someone finally came over. In fact, there was another customer they had also told to wait and both of us got to watch as they assisted people who came in after us and werent waiting. When someone finally did come over to help, I have no idea what her name was because she didnt introduce herself and they dont wear name tags but she was nice enough and assisted me with purchasing my glasses. She then charged my card twice - an issue that has yet to get corrected, told me it would be two weeks (I have been wearing glasses for 15 years and have never waited longer than an hour when dealing with LensCrafters and there was no big change to my prescription so that was never explained to me).Cut to two weeks later, I go in to pick up my glasses and someone helped me right away. It might have been the same person. Again, there were no introductions and no name tags so I cant be certain because Im not very good with new faces. Anyway, she handed me my glasses straight out of the case and I put them on because typically they check to see what adjustments need to be made, if the glasses are straight and aligned correctly, etc. Nope. Apparently not at LensCrafters Easton. Chick was going to be perfectly happy giving me the glasses with zero adjustments. I dont know if youve ever had glasses straight from the manufacturer but typically the earpieces are straight and not comfortable and need to be adjusted to keep the glasses on your face. I told her the glasses were way too loose so she bends the earpieces a little, hands them back and theyre still too loose but when I hand them back to her she looks surprised and asks me if she wanted me to clean them. I was a little taken aback because typically when I go to a LensCrafters (which is where Ive nearly always bought my glasses except for 2 exceptions through my 15 year history of wearing glasses) the person assisting make some attempt to make sure the glasses fit properly and YES, of course I want you to clean them. Theyre brand new and you just got your fingerprints all over them. So she cleans them, PUTS THEM BACK IN THE CASE, because, you know, thats why I bought them. And tells me that if they need further adjusting that I can go to ANY LensCrafters (because that just makes it seem like they dont want to assist me any further at THAT LensCrafters) to get that done and gets up and leaves. I was just kind of stunned. So now Im going to have to go back - or to another LensCrafters although they are the closest to me - and actually get my glasses adjusted so theyll stay on my face and sit properly because they arent right now. Their crew at this store is unprofessional, condescending, unhelpful, and lazy because they dont seem too interested in doing their jobs correctly. Maybe the one in Macys is better. Thats where Ill be going to get my adjustments made. AGAIN: AVOID THIS STORE.
01.12.2020:Robert Harding and Kourtney West are two amazing people. After purchasing a Burberry eye glass frame and it becoming defective, in less than three months! Robert assured me that his customer service presence and skill that he would do everything he can. The right side of the frame, the screw attached had somehow released itself. I go to put them on and the entire ear piece wiggled. So, okay I am not pleased. $498 + plus tax, yeah... Not happening! Robert took care of my “broke down” Burberry and sent me home with a new pair. On the flip side, which is good! Kourtney is wonderful. Every time I shop at LensCrafters/Stop in for occasional adjustments, she always has a smile on her face. Willing to help anyone who steps foot inside. I love her friendly compliments of my outfits. Not to mention; wink, wink. She stands out! Both Robert and Kourtney deserve much and are appreciated. I would not hesitate to re-purchase other frame from either one in a heartbeat! I want to say thank you again, both!-Jordan Thompson
I am not sure about other people’s experienceses here but I know I was not expecting much based on the other reviews, they got me in within an hr when I broke my glass. My experience was a lot different, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff that had already looked up my insurance information by time I got there! The technology they use to do an eye exam was digital which was really cool, before you even see the doctor it has already figured out your Rx! They also take pictures of the back of your eyes and go over them with you. The doctor that I had listened and was very friendly. I cannot speak for buying and getting a product because I have not been there yet but that falls more on the company not the staff one would think and they are probably tired of taking the abuse of customers.
I was quoted 80.00 and some change for the glasses I wanted to order. I provided my card information over the phone and before I knew it I was charged 130.00 with stuff being added to my glasses without my permission. They couldn’t verify my insurance and were telling I had to pay full price for my glasses and had an attitude when someone sat me down to get my glasses ordered and I didn’t have my prescription because I was never taken back. I won’t be returning to this LensCrafters for sure.

Corteous, profeasional, thorough. Caught an issue in my left eye that I need to bring up at my next diabetic eye exam, may have saved me a lot of problems. Also, fastest frame adjustment I ever had. (I have tight, Lopsided ears and am notoriously hard to fit glasses on.)
Found some glasses I liked and wanted them priced out. A lady took down my insurance information to get my price and said it would be 5 minutes for the quote to come back. She came up to me and said it was ready but then proceeded to start helping another customer that came in after me. I waited 30 min but was never helped and left. Will not be going back here.
I have interacted with this LensCrafters for over 4 weeks to receive an order of contacts I paid for in advance. They have not followed through with varied resolutions that they have conveyed to me. Absolutely the most incompetent company I have ever seen!
I originally ordered contacts and glasses with Lens Crafters Easton on 08/19/2019 for my spouse and I. During the ordering of the contacts and glasses I had to ask for my address to be corrected on numerous occasions for ordering contacts. My glasses came in at a reasonable time frame. I was satisfied with my glasses and patiently waited for my contacts to come in. Contacted the store several times and was advised they were being delivered soon. Contacted the store again to check and they told me that the glasses had been delivered to Westerville, Ohio 43081 which is MY OLD ADDRESS that I asked to be corrected. I then was told by an associate that they didnt know what it is they needed to do because the contacts were delivered. I stated obviously they were not delivered to the correct address and how do I now get the contacts that were ordered incorrectly. I was placed on hold multiple times then advised I would be called back. Received a call back and it was stated that they would be reordering the contacts and shipping them to the store. Now weeks go by once again because I have not heard anything about the contacts. I contact the store to follow up and see if the contacts have arrived or when they have arrived. I spoke with Josh at this time and I was informed that the contacts was ordered but they dont have an expected delivery date. At this point this was two weeks after the contacts were ordered for a second time so I asked how is it possible that youll have no expected due date. He stated it shows it was ordered and when it is delivered they will contact us. So here we are again an additional two weeks later on 10/3/2019 I contact the store and Josh answers so I ask to speak with a manager. Jen comes to the phone as the manager and states that the contacts are there at the store and they were just miraculously delivered yesterday and are now in store and then proceeds to tell me once we have an issue with delivery to home it has to be sent to the store so the contacts are here. I advised Jen that the issue with home delivery was because her associate sent the product to an incorrect address. Jen goes well the contacts are here now. I then proceed to ask if there is a corporate number I can contact to discuss the issue because at this point Im upset and being talked to as if I am the issue as Jen was speaking with a very ill tone. Jen then stated that if I call back again around 5pm Rob will be there and he will be able to assist me. I will be going to pick up the contacts today. I have been coming to Lens Crafters for the past 8 years and I have never ever received such horrible service and disregard. I normally go to the Polaris location and have a good experience but the Easton location is closer to my home so I figured I would give it a try. At this point I would not recommend anyone to Lens Crafters especially the Easton location. They have a disregard for displeasing their customers and will make it seem as if it is your issue and they owe no explanation. This is absolutely unacceptable and unjustifiable. I have been patient enough. Jen speaking to me in her tone was the icing on the cake.
Horrible, Horrible experience!! I took both my daughters here for glasses. Dr. Brittany told me my daughter had a hole in her eye (I was terrified) and referred me to a specialist that said Im not sure why you were referred here everything looks great actually. I had no eye insurance so EVERYTHING was out of pocket for me. I called Dr. Brittany back and her response to me was Oh? After that experience, I decided to not return. To make matters worse my other daughter (I purchased her glasses prior to the hole in the eye incident) failed her eye exams three times with her school nurse at school. The nurse advised I get her eyes re evaluated (it hadnt been a year) So I decided to go back to the specialist just to find out that my daughter couldnt see out of her right eye. Lenscrafters prescribed the same prescription in both eyes when they shouldve been different. Shes never been able to see out of her right eye with these glasses because she needs a stronger prescription in her right eye is what the specialist told me. I went back to Lenscrafters and asked if the problem could be corrected and they told me if would be a little over $200 for new lenses only? After Ive spent over $300 less than a year ago. This was just disappointment after disappointment!!!!!!!!
The staff was kind, professional and personable. They all greeted me with a smile and delegated my needs. From the front desk, to the doctor, and the optician. Megan was more than accomdating while helping me find the right frames. I probably tried 30 pairs until I found the right fit. Theyre informative, and knowledgable and dont pressure a sale. There genuine demeanor was appreciated and helpful throughout my appointment.
Robert the store manager is extremely rude I was shopping for new glasses and his approach is not customer friendly I would never walk into this store again and I would recommend people look elsewhere for new glasses

Ordered glasses from here and my purchase took 3 weeks to arrive. When I would call the store asking about the delay, not one time did anyone apologize. All I got was “be patient and wait for a text”. This made me feel like my purchase was not a concern to them. They already got my money, who cares that my glasses are late!? When I called another time the girl told me they still were not in, but miraculously when I asked for a Manager, 5 min later my glasses have arrived. When I arrived at the store to pick up my purchase the manager ran in the corner and started “putting away glasses” just to avoid me. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALLCOSTS.

They do not understand expeditious service. My whole ordeal was a joke. The first order of sunglasses could not be done because the manufacturer of the specialized (overpriced) lenses could not be made. No one called me to tell me this and I was promise a call. The second order was damaged while making my lenses, meaning the lab technician broke the frame while fitting the lenses. As of right now, I still have no sunglasses with the correct prescription. I am frustrated. I gave two stars because some of the staff is actually competent.
To spite having eyemed as a listed providor on the outside of the door I was told that I couldnt use my benifits to get an exam.... Americas best is just down the street. Made an appointment on Monday and will be complaining to the state about bait and switch with the insurance being listed on the door and not the huge exclusion.
Customer for 20+ years. Went in to buy glasses as I broke mine. They would not let me purchase a new pair unless I had a paper prescription which I could “fax over really quick.” (My Ophthamologist isn’t open Sundays and I do not blame him for that). Second choice was to see their optometrist (which I won’t do). I bought these 8-15 Mo ago. They have always read my glasses. She said “your eyes probably changed.” Well I am perfectly able to accept responsibility if the glasses they make are different from the current ones. LensCrafters, you have lost a very faithful customer!
I will never visit lenscrafters, in Easton is the worst. They try to bully you in to charges that you decline. Rob the general manager is not never honest and customer care is a joke. When asking for a supervisor the agent hung-up on me.
Never really come to Easton due to its lack of service, scheduled an eye exam on a Saturday .the front desk girl did the first initial screening then I waited for what seems like 20minutes for the actual optometrist to come in. Once it was time to look for frames there was nobody available to assist me I told the sales associate I seen a pair on line when the male sales associate tall skinny blonde hair proceeds to tell me what he does have in store he did not bother to even look up the information online. So I asked another girl how I would try the glasses on to see if I liked before ordering, she told me I would have to purchase them lets also Include the fact the the frames were $400 dollars thats a lot to just buy without trying. Needless to say I shopped the store found a pair a glasses sat and waited for a fitting clerk and I was still overlooked while people who came after me was assisted. I ended up just walking out and driving to Polaris, the service was 100% better the sales associate was even able to have the frames shipped from a different store FOR FREE in order to decide if I like them. Ill never go to Easton lens crafters again they suck!!!!!!!!
Bait and switch tactics. I called(call recorded) and was told twice my insurance would be taken. When I got there I was then told it would not and wanted $100+ up front to even see me. The rest of the visit went great but it really made for a bad experience.
Completely incompetent staff. I originally went into the store and ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses with my prescription. Paid, left the store and went home. 2 hours later, 5 minutes before they close, I get a call telling me that they are unable to order my glasses as Oakley cannot put my prescription in the glasses I wanted. She asked me to come in the next day. I come in the next day and a new girl apologizes and shows me the 4 frames I can get in my prescription with the lens I want. I didnt really like any of them, so the girl tells me that I should give Ray-Ban a chance with the Chromance lens. I find a pair of frames I like, go through the whole fitting and ordering process only to find out the Chromance lens dont come out until the next day. She assures me it isnt a big deal, she cant take a payment on the glasses today since the lens arent available but she will call me first thing the next morning, and take payment for my glasses. Next day comes, guess what? No call. Later in the day I call in and talk to someone who I later find out is the store manager, and he apologizes she didnt call, but he assures me he is going to finish the order for me. He takes my payment information says I will get an order confirmation email and the glasses will be in in a week. Guess what? No order confirmation email, so I call in the next day only to be told the order was never placed and the girl cannot find my order. At this point, I just went to a different store and ordered my glasses because after MULTIPLE contacts with several people, they clearly didnt want my business. Thanks for nothing Lens Crafters.
We have used Lenscrafters for years (in Texas), but this experience in Easton, OH, was entirely unacceptable. We shopped on a Sunday afternoon and purchased a pair of glasses for over $500. When ordering, I asked to have the lenses polished on the edges because of the thickness the lenses would be due to the prescription. When we went to pick the glasses up, the lenses were not polished on the edges. The person told us that I needed to tell them I wanted that done when ordering, which I did. He said that the clerk did not indicate that on the order. He said they would have to hand-polish (for free, not the usual $20 fee) but they wouldnt be ready until the next day. We dont live in the Columbus area (we had to drive 90 miles to shop here), so that was not a good solution for us. He said he could overnight the glasses to us, and we would get them on Wednesday. That was fine with me. Friday comes and the glasses are still not here. I called and was told that the carrier never picked the glasses up for shipping. My daughter needed these glasses because she was traveling beginning Saturday. Because of their incompetence, she does not have a back-up pair of glasses to use during her travels. They are refunding me my money, but the funds will not be back in my account until 3-7 days (even though the the money was removed from my checking account within 24 hours). The frame selection was sparse, the eyeglasses were overpriced, and the service was unacceptable. Worst experience at a Lenscrafters I have ever had. I would leave zero stars if I was able to.
I went to lens crafters had my eye exam everyone was very nice... I ordered glasses and was told it would be a week. Ok no problem. Well it’s been week and a half so I called to see what the hold up was. The first young lady that answered had me on hold for twelve and a half minutes. I hung up and called back and got a store manager, he said he’d call me back while he reserched my order. After thirty minutes or so he calls back to tell me it would be another week because it was put on hold because they didn’t have the lenses needed. No one bothered to call me to let me know this. I don’t believe they were on hold, I think they just screwed up and didn’t wanna tell me. I will NEVER go back to Lens Crafters!! I will find a more professional place for my eye needs. I don’t recommend this store. I don’t know about any other lens crafters but the Easton store is the worst!!!
Well I guess my experience here continues to drop every time I come to this LensCrafters at Easton. So I purchased a pair of scripted safety work glasses from here. These glasses aren’t even six months old at this point and when I say these things fell apart, that’s an understatement. This is the third time that I’ve had issues here and two of those time including this one was in dealing with THE MANAGER HIMSELF.. That draws the question of if he’s this way, then how can his employees be any better with someone of such low customer service skills leading them. I came in to have my glasses replaced and right from the start I felt as if I was being rushed and wasn’t able to ask the questions I had, I wasn’t able to say anything for being rushed. Secondly, this guy pulls out a pen and post it note pad, so I knew at that moment that there was gonna be trouble with this whole thing. The first time I called to check on my glasses, they didn’t even know who I was or what I was talking about, then someone comes on as if they figured everything out and says it’ll be 7-10 business days, and five had already expired. So I called again on the tenth day. From the start, I was put on hold for ten minutes with no one saying anything. I actually had to hang up and call back. That’s when she says well I need to get, at that point I told her I would stop in. When I got there, I was told that it didn’t transfer over with their new system, when we both knew that was the excuse being used to cover up the unprofessionallism and the incompetence of the manager that created this and all the other issues that I’ve had there. He just walked by, wouldn’t stop and check not make eye contact because he knew from the start that he had no plans of getting this done. So she asks for my information and at that point, I asked to get confirmation, that this order wasn’t taken from the start and again she only tried to cover saying the system. So I politely let her know that I did not and will not be doing anymore business with them and she apologized which in my eyes this should’ve been the worthless manager who doesn’t care enough to even be a man and apologize for his mistake and try to at least make an effort to correct his mess ups. If I’m not mistaken, I think his name is ROB. The whole point of this is to warn any hard working person that deserves and expects a certain level of customer service that this isn’t the place to have high expectations and ROB is the reason for this. Hopefully his employees recognize this within him and choose to have a higher standard. ROB is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered and dealt with and until LensCrafters chooses to do something about ROB, I’m sure there customer service rating will continue to drop below the 2.2 that it already is. So don’t always believe the old saying you get what you pay for because I’m sure ROB WILL DEFINITELY FIND A WAY TO GIVE YOU A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the EASTON LensCrafters location. So way to go ROB, again you’ve proved me right and proved that we should go with our first instinct because I knew something was gonna happen and I knew ROB would somehow make this experience worse that the first 2 visits, and he did!!!! So with that, I can only say THANKS ROB FOR YOUR UNPROFESSIONALLISM AND VERY WEAK ABILITIES OF TRYING TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER, YOUVE PISSED ME OFF EVERYTIME IVE DEALT WITH YOU AND QUITE FRANKLY ROB......... YOU SUCK AT CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE!!!
When i first went to Lenscrafters they were very kind, but the contacts they gave me began to irritate my eyes, fed up i called to get a different kind. it has been two months since the better contacts were ordered and when it came time to pick them up, i was charged again after being told they would waive the extra 8$ because the receptionist never ordered the contacts when i called. upon walking in they charged me 268$ and i wouldnt be able to get a refund unless i handed the contacts back to them. I paid full price for the last set of contacts and never got a refund but i guess they have it stuck in their heads that i need to pay twice. it has been three months since my first visit and still dont have the contacts i have paid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They will rip you off and take every penny.
I was thinking of going to this location for new glasses, but after reading a lot of these comments, I will NOT be going to this location.So many other competitors out there.
Terrible experience, the sales people, especially the general manager, are worse than car salesmen. They are super dishonest, theyll sell you non-existing deals and then when its time to pay, the prices are jacked up. Of course, its always the customers fault. Save your time and money and dont support these guys!
This is the place for you if you’re looking for horrible customer service or having to uselessly spend money on extra contact lens fittings.
Their mens glasses selection was terrible, not extensive, overpriced. I was also never greeted. I do not recommend this. Ill try Walmart or a better place.
All are rude including Manager. A month ago, I ordered a pair of glass but returned the same week because it was not as per my prescription. I called many time still no refund. My insurance company company doesnt allow me to order further because they too didnt receive refund.
Customer service is terrible even from the manager I had an email that they wouldnt honor when it was valid theyre just terrible period.
They are very professional the only downside is that you have to wait to get your glass because they no longer have the lab on site.

Rachel & Nisha were very helpfull. I had dropped my lense and one of my eyeglass arms broke. I came to Rachel & Nisha and they fixed it on the spot, no fees 💯. I was really impressed and thankful to both of them.
