Wonderful Customer Service! Great value for a food gift. I made a terrible mistake with the order date. Just three minutes before they closed, she stayed late and managed to get the order to Fed Ex with no time to spare. All due to my own mistake, she stayed late to ensure the cookies came on time. Looking for a unique Mothers Day gift besides traditional flowers, I found Cookie Bouquets which prints photos directly onto a cookie! I was really impressed with the picture quality. They were delivered on time. Surprisingly delicious. And most importantly... my wife loved them!

Update: FedEx Delivered to her neighbor, so she got it, however, still feel customer service should be addressed.currently: placed an order on 3/23 for delivery 3/25, and it was not delivered. I have emailed via their site, called, and no response as of yet. Double checked the address, all is correct. I know its only been a day, but its already a day late...and no response is not good customer service IMO. ijs.

How can you go wrong with this idea? I chose the best pictures I had of my new sons first months, sent them to Cookie Boquet and gave it to my wife on HER FIRST Mothers Day!!! -- as personalized cookies!! Easy to send the photos, awesome customer service, and what a great gift. She cried over each one, but enjoyed every last cookie...although I have to admit she struggled with eating a few to preserve the memory. ;) I highly recommend this gift idea to anyone trying to really make an emotional difference at ANY holiday or event, with a truly personalized gift. They can print anything. I even went back and had personalized cookies made to give out at my sons first birthday. I am truly addicted to this gift giving idea. I received one of these cookies at work and the cookie itself was dry and crumbly and no true flavor and the icing was aweful. Will NEVER recommend this to anybody!

I was sent a Cookie Boquet as a gift to my office. My admin used that box to ship another package to my home and it got lost. UPS saw the address on the box and returned my very important package to Cookie Boquet. They sought me out knowing that it was important and sent me my items via FedEx and even threw in some cookies.If thats how they treat randoms, imagine how great they must be to their paying customers. I cant thank them enough.

BEWARE!!! I had a terrible experience with this company. Their website is misleading and it does not let you enter a delivery date prior to placing your order. I sent cookies to a person who was at home sick and by the time I received the tracking information telling me it would take 6 days to deliver it was too late to change or cancel the order! How is it right that perishable cookies take 6 DAYS TO DELIVER? I called and they basically said too bad. Will never order from them again!

Received as a gift. The cookies were all hard, dry, and really no flavor. I am appalled to see that the young lady who sent these to us was ripped off for a minimum of $56.90 for a dozen cookies with shipping!! Im struggling with telling her, because I hate to hurt her feelings because she was being thoughtful. I would almost bet these have been frozen before sending out. There is 1 star only because that was the only way I could leave a review. This company should be ashamed of sending out product like this.
