Had a appointment for later in the day but decided to walk in earlier and they were able to give me my covid booster shot. The cashier and pharmacy team were very friendly and courteous.

This not about the store? About a product Theraworx Relief Spray for Muscle Cramp and Spasm Relief, bottom of foot near toes was in pain when standing or walking. Used this pain went away immediately! Cost around 20.00 Well worth it.

Extremely disappointed with my service at this location. I went into the store looking for KT tape, I had noticed online it was $5.89. I decided to pick it up as I was out running errands. The item ended up ringing out to $11.99 in-store. When I asked if they could price match, one of the assistant managers or the manager said they could not. I then asked even if its on your own website? And she said no. In order for me to receive that price, I would have to go back out to my car, order online and wait who knows how long for them to fulfil my order when I am sure there couldve been an override-price button at checkout. I decided to purchase elsewhere because I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service.

This one of the worse Walgreens I been to. Very disappointing. They do not care for their customers.

The pharmacy techs are amazing, fast and friendly. Very patient with a smile.

Ive been coming to this Walgreens for almost 4yrs & have always had a pleasant experience, even with the multiple changes in employees. It was very disappointing to enter the store today & immediately see 3 employees with their masks down around their chin, mouth & nose completely exposed, glued to the screens of their personal phones. Even upon walking up to the register, the young girl continued to check me out with her mask down, until I asked that she put it up. I know these are difficult times for everyone, & its not easy to wear a mask all the time, but it is necessary & especially when in open spaces.

I’ve been coming here for six months the customer service that Jeanette specifically provides is unparalleled l, she is friendly, customer service based and the entire store is clean and well stocked. Thank you to Jeanette on the front line specifically and Walgreens for hiring such a clean competent and friendly staff!!!

The staff and Pharmacists (Jason and Bryon) are always ready and willing to help. They constantly go beyond the call of duty. I am blessed to have these guys helping me. Plus Ashley, Little Q, and Twilight are super as support staff. They make a terrific team!!!

Great service from the pharmacy. Orders are always done quickly and on time. No hour wait if you’re in a rush.

Need better communication. Pharmacy order is almost always late and/or wrong. Also need to update your hours on Google. Says nothing about being closed from 130-2pm. :/

Manager was very rude and unprofessional

Shop seldom frequented by customers, has several employees. Products are missing from the shelves. Calm, quiet environment. Large parking. Employees help with what is possible.

Always a great experience. Very neat, well stocked, organized store with incredibly pleasant, helpful employees. I want to give special kudos to two terrific employees..Kywann (Photos) and Ebony (Lead Manager). Two extraordinary, exemplary employees who go above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service. They guided my Father-In-Law (in Denver) on how to email a photo to them to be processed for me here in Ohio. He is in his late 80s...and contacted them on numerous occasions to make sure everything was on track. They could not have been more patient or considerate and treated me like family when I picked up the perfectly processed photo. My Father-In-Law said you would have thought I made a $10,000 purchase!Take a bow KyWann and Ebony. And thank you so much for being such delightful people!!! Truly a pleasure. Walgreens...take note. They make people want to do their business at Walgreens!!!!

Great personalized service, a warm greetings and partings, good usable advice and competitive pricing.

I do more shopping here than just about anywhere. Prices are OK and they have a little of everything!

Its your typical Walgreens but there is one cashier who isnt so pleasant when I go in.

Whoever is taking calls for the Pharmacy on 10/29/2021 10:30am should just go home and change careers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT HUNG UP ON . Its not our fault your having a bad day, there are millions of other careers hiring if you dont like your job.
