I am overwhelmed by the professionalism, understanding, and grace that Jami and her team have demonstrated. The quality of our fence for the price is so much lower than big box stores! Jami has been the most informative and understanding when Ive asked a million questions. I could not say enough how thankful I am that Fence Boss LLC has created a safe space for my dogs and family. Fence Boss is awesome! Our new fence looks amazing. They did it without staggering the top, making it look SO much better and we didn’t even have to ask for it. One of the guys stayed up late to custom weld our gate frame. It’s pretty clear to us these guys don’t F around when it comes to quality work. Do yourself a favor and hire these people.

They have all your materials you’ve paid for, they are not on back order.. this company can’t keep up with itself. Has no experienced employees to get jobs done in a timely manner, and cannot keep employees.

I choose Fence Boss after shopping around for a fence installer for a 6ft wood privacy fence. Their quote was on par with other installers with the exception that they also provided quotes for other material types as well so I knew all my options.They gave me a lead time of about 6-8 weeks and we got our fence in that time frame. The installation crew was awesome. During the layout day I noticed I didnt like how one side of the fence was going to run and the crew boss, not sure of his name, he gave me some ideas we could do and ended up getting a line I was happy with. When the final install was completed today I walked the fence and was incredibly happy with it. Especially the gate hardware. The gate door has a good steel support frame and sturdy hardware.The only complaint I have is that at times communication wasnt as quick as I would like, but I never felt at anytime that I would not receive my fence.I highly recommend Fence Boss for you fencing needs, just have realistic expectations that there are lead times and weather delays. You wont be disappointed with you fence, Im not.

The estimators guy came out to our house and was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products and process that we were looking to do and was very helpful.

The Fence Boss was a great company to work with. They listened to my needs, stayed within my budget, answered all my questions and had a professional crew that installed the vinyl coated chain link fence in 2 days and ahead of schedule. A couple of small tweeks needed addressed a few weeks after the install and a 2 person crew was sent out to resolve them the same day. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to others. Great customer service!

Outstanding work. Thanks to COVID our project took a lot longer than expected (6 months in total), however the amazing ladies that run Fence Boss LLC were in constant communication with us. Install was very fast and smooth, installers were very professional keeping us up to date with the install progress.. would recommend them to anyone needing a fence installed.

I place a $945 deposit on a black chain link fence on September 16 2020. I was told via email that they were having long lead times on everything except chain link. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks at the latest. After a month I had not heard anything from them. I called their office many times. During this whole ordeal I think they only answered their office phone once. Their response by email was also slow and delayed. Any time you did get to speak to them they had an excuse for everything. They sent out several mass update emails that continued to say there was no delay on chain link but my fence was never scheduled for install . I Finally on December 10th I received an email saying they are trying to figure out when they can do my fence and then would let me know in a couple days what the plans was. This email was received on a Thursday. I did not hear another word from them until they called me a week later on the following Thursday at 430 in the evening telling me they would be there in the morning at 8 to install my fence. I had repeatedly told them I have dogs and a toddler and have a fence in my yard that would need removed. Since everything was so unorganized I didn’t take my old fence down cause I didn’t know when my new one would be installed and I didn’t want to be without one. All emails said we would be given 24-48 hours notice about install but I was given about 14 hours and excepted to removed my fence in the dark in the middle of winter . I told her I could not remove my fence that quickly due to her lack of notice. My fence was then scheduled for Monday which was fine. Then on Sunday she rescheduled it for Tuesday. My fence was finally installed on December 22nd 2020. Almost 3 + months later when I was told 4-6 weeks.She said they will be there to start around 8-9 o’clock. No one showed up until 1030. They said they had a truck come in but a phone call would of been appreciated before they were late not after . We had to meet with them before they could start so we were left just waiting and not able to start our day. Once they got started I looked outside and realized they were INSTALLING THE WRONG FENCE!!!! If I would of left after they got there the wrong fence would of been completely installed. I called the owner and she stopped the crew and they left and got the right fence. She said “ we always seems to make mistakes on the little jobs “ All in all it was a long drawn out frustrating experience and I would not recommend them for any fencing job big or small.I just want to edit my review to respond to the response below. I wish this would allow me to attach pictures of the emails I was sent to show how absolutely insane this process was and that I was told 4-6 week in an email. Also I didn’t forgot my fence install. I told her I could not have my old fence down in time cause she called me the night before they wanted to install. Also all the emails said 48 hour notice would be given. Also, if I would not of said something the wrong fence would of been installed which she is acting like that is not a big deal but it was quickly corrected cause I said something. I guess violating my HOA guidelines( thusly being fined ) and wasting my time is not a big deal. And no worries I most def will be calling someone else when I need a repair. And by a few other types of customers you must mean people like me who expect customer service and at the very least someone at your office to answer the phone. I guess that is too much to ask. My bad.Email #1 8/18/20“I revised your numbers today.To install the same system at 5’ high in black will cost: 2,325.60We cannot set a date at this point. We have long lead times on all products except chain link. It might be as long as 3-4 weeks. Because our deliveries are so unpredictable we are scheduling one week at a time. It is a little crazy in our industry right now.”3-4 weeks. Not months.

Fence Boss is a great company with professional workers. They treat people with respect. Will so great work for you, understand that weather plays a factor on how quickly your fence gets put in, but it will look great when done!!

We put a 2k deposit down on an aluminum fence in the beginning of August. We were told through both text and email that the fence would be installed within 6 weeks. Six weeks passes, no fence, no contact. We messaged again and were told that the fence would be installed in two weeks. Another month goes by, no fence. Called and messaged a total of four times and kept getting the run around. Finally get a mass email saying that all jobs are backlogged due to the weather (we’ve been in a drought this year so I’m not sure how weather would’ve played a part in their massive delays) So here we sit, 3 months later and no fence. Sounds like this company is a scam and I need an attorney to get my money back.
