A friend broke one of my double sided mirrors on my medicine cabinet in my bathroom. I went to Classic Glass and mirror inc to get my glass Measured so that I could get a replacement mirror for my bathroom. The first replacement mirror did not fit. I called my roommate on FaceTime to measure the angles of the mirror and it was off. I was told that it would be fixed by Monday and it would be corrected. I pick the mirror up today (Wednesday) And I knew that it was not the right size but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Again the mirror is not correct. I got a call back from the company telling me the could have it fixed by next week but unfortunately I move out of my place tomorrow and there is no way to have it done in time. I was never offered my $45 back and the made it sound like I was lying so here are the pics of my experience. P.s. the front desk girl is awesome

Totally exceeded my expectations. I glassed in my office with a wall, transom and door, so clean and all gaps look perfect. Gave me an excellent price compared to the competition and did a clean job. Thanks again, you guys are awesome!!

Top to bottom this organization is filled with competent and attentive workers. The staff at the front desk, the owner, the crew who did the installation all were professional, friendly and worked at standards, frankly, that were even higher than mine. I was impressed and recommend them without reservation. It is a pleasure to discover resources like Classic Glass and Mirror. It motivates us to renovate the other bathroom.

Classic Glass installed our new shower semi frame-less glass shower enclosure. We had an odd occurrence of the shower door just shattered while my wife and I were in the kitchen. Brian and his team came onsite the next day and measured for the replacement and during the holidays got our shower back to working order in about a week. There were very professional and pleasant to work with - I would use them again for any glass or mirror installs that I need. Awesome Experience!!

Made an appointment a week out of when I called. Tech called the day of and said they were too busy and it would be a few more days referred me to a different glass shop which was where I got the referral to this glass shop🙄🙄🙄.

Great personal service! The owner actually enjoys the sense that he is helping to improve the quality of my familys life. Oddly refreshing.. rare to see passion nowadays. He suggesting the correct door for the application, saying its nice, but if your bathing little kids.. youd prefer a different door. For him it wasnt about the money... must be one of the last artisan business owners around. I highly suggest seeing what he has to say before designing your bathroom renovation!

Most unprofessional contractor we have ever worked with. We contracted Classic Glass & Mirror for a job and half way through they backed out of the job because we voiced our concerns on the way things were being handled. I would never recommend this company as customer service is not a priority to them.

After 2 weeks no response. They could not fulfill the order.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was working on an obscure project and they were nothing but helpful.

Drivers drive recklessly and no management accountability and terrible work.
