I went to Menards to get plywood. Asked if I could get it cut down and was told yes. Tried finding it but couldn’t. Asked again and they said they couldn’t. Decided I’d keep looking. Found someone else and they said maybe but actually knew where. Directed me to a saw that couldn’t cut it. Called Lowes and was listening to a pre recorded message for 5 minutes…. Called Bender Lumber and the phone rang for maybe 5 seconds where all my questions were answered. Showed up and Kyle asked me what I needed the materials for. He helped me buy the most economical product and cut it all down to fit in my car. Friendly conversations with friendly people. First time there and I’ll be back.

Bender is a great place for your homes materials. They only sell quality products. I will shop at Bender way before the box stores for my homeowners. As a contractor I prefer quality products. They may cost a bit more, however when you dont spend hours sifting through warped lumber and spending time to take that lumber back to be replaced, did you really save any money?

My wife and I retired to Brown County and bought our dream house in the woods. Being a retired contractor and carpenter I told her well fix it up. Boy has it been a challenge. Thanks to Bender Lumber we now have our dream house. Quality products and quality people.
