Since this was taken over, prices keep going up. I have complained about people not parking in parking spots making it hard for people with larger trailers to get in and out of their spots. Office / management doesnt seem to care. They knew exactly who I was talking about and since he rents multiple spaces, guess the rules dont apply to him

Amanda was spectacular, she answered all of my questions and offered additional services resulting in all of my needs being taken care of. She offered prompt, professional service and her expertise and enthusiasm is the reason I would recommend this office.

I visited the store today for pricing on storage and Amanda took me out and showed me a couple different units. She also asked what all I was storing so I can get a better idea on what size I needed. Tina also stated that she can help with Uhaul when I was ready to start renting with you guys. By far it was a great experience and these ladies know what they are doing. I would highly recommend using them.

Im reviewing ClearHome Storage for a reason. I do not use them for storage, but they are a Uhaul authorised dealer. Every time I have tried to reserve a Uhaul truck, it has always gone horribly. But the people at ClearHome are good people that helped me out. While I was not able to get a truck for today I was able to reschedule and make sure that I will have what I need.GOOD WORK and thank you.

Wonderful customer service, both by the desk clerk and Manager. Had my UHaul loaded and ready before visit and she made pick up and drop off a breeze.

Went in the other day, as a college student who is just moving out of my parents house with no clue on how to set up my own storage unit and walked out feeling like a pro! Tina, was the first lady who helped me, explained how they work and the prices and after listening closely to my situation, she helped me pick a unit that would work perfectly for me. And after i thought it couldn’t get any better, her coworker amanda helped me get boxes, a dolly and a uhaul truck for my upcoming move! i’m so happy that this was the place i picked in all of them in columbus! also, if they couldn’t get any better, they’re so cheap!
