Dont bring your car here they don’t do very good work only go to madder hatter muffler shop there the best in Columbus. Austin’s exhaust shouldn’t be in business that’s how bad the work was I have some pictures below of the work they did.

It was 8 yes since I visited their shop. But they still give outstanding service. I went in to replace catalytic converter. I dropped van off by the time I got home they were coming me to pick up my vehicle. Great service. Fair prices.

My husband visited this shop a few days ago. They left multiple air leaks, he had to go back TWICE (making it 3 whole visits). The welding job is horrible. He had to pay them TWICE. The third time he went they said they fixed it but didn’t even touch it. They took our SRT Jeep into the garage, closed the doors and didn’t touch a thing. We are now still dealing with the air leaks 3 visits later, $270 worth of “welding” work. we should have read the 1 star reviews honestly. They all say the same thing we are dealing with now. We only trusted this place because a good friend recommended it. Please do not take your nice cars here. A waste of time and money. Beyond frustrating. They are rude and make you feel like you’re being difficult for issues they left behind.

Busy place but I got in and out of there quick. The man who worked on my car took me underneath and showed me the leaks. He did not pitch services I didnt need, and indicated what my best options were.

Evertime Ive gone to Austins, got great service and reasonable prices. The techs there are excellent.

I had some exhaust work done on my 97 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme here. I was in and out in under an hour and the work was excellent quality for a very fair price.

They have went up on prices tremendously. Kept my catalytic convetor before I knew value but the work was decent and theyre service is fast.

Average price for muffler installation. First time customer going I was referred by a friend, after muffler was installed I inspected it myself outside of garage before paying. Small leak where they welded it I asked him to take a look at it. Two gentlemen were really rude definitely not going there anymore. One of the guys told me I was too picky and I wasn’t paying enough. Not the way to treat first time customers also you get what you pay for quality wasn’t very good but it was fast.

Over the weekend I noticed my car sounded loud as I drove. Having had work done here previously I knew where I was going to go first. I arrived a little before 8. By 8:05 my car was on the lift and the exhaust leak was found. Well it was pretty obvious since it had rusted off and was hanging down. I was given my options of repair and an estimate. By 8:30 I was paid up and driving off. Great service and great pricing. I will be returning next time I have an exhaust issue.

Best mechanic I have been to in Columbus. All at Austins Exhaust were extremely friendly and flexible. Service was fast and there is even a delicious restaurant (Dans Diner) across the street with free wifi where you can wait for your car to be ready.All in all a great experience at a very reasonable price, I got my problem fixed at a third of the price that Goodyear quoted me. I will be returning here for all my future auto repairs.

Awesome place to go to get a muffler on just went there yesterday to get mine on. There very reasonable in price and they can get you in and out 10 minutes if there not busy. I highly recommend going there.

Not sure if these guys lost some good employees from the past or what because my review does not match the past reviews. I don’t recommend waisting your time or money. when I picked up my truck, it was a total hack job. There wear exhaust leaks at just about every “weld”. They pulled it back in and tried to bubble gum the welds more then told me “I must have wind blowing through my ears”. Got it home and I still have a leak at almost every weld and now my Cadillac converter is rubbing my other exhaust beside it. Instead of installing new hangers properly they “welded” new ones strait to my old rusty ones. Idk if these guys were in a hurry or just welding with there eyes shut but I weld everyday for work and I know a good weld when I see one and these guys can not weld. Not a professional shop in any way. Don’t waist your money.

Their price changed three times. Over the phone, they initially quoted me $50 to install exhaust system. When I brought the car there, it was $150 initially. Then it was $125, which I ended up paying. They justified charging $150 by saying it would take 1-2 hours to install. I knew it wouldnt take anywhere near that long to install. It ended up taking about a half-hour to install. Considering that most shops in the area charge about $95 an hour labor--it would seem fair to charge an hour labor, $95 at the worst. However, most shops, if its only a half-hour of work, charge for a half hour of work thus about $50 in this case. Wouldnt recommend. Furthermore they didnt attach the pipes properly---air leaked so I went to another place to get that done. I was tired to dealing with them. If I could Id give 0 stars.

Honest, and upfront pricing. I used to use Exhaust Works. I am glad I found this place. Dont be fooled by the small building. I got a fair price and the craftsmanship of the work was just what I expected. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Heard about Austin Exhaust from another repair shop that didnt do the brake repair we needed. Called Austin Exhaust up and talked with them about the problem first. They gave reasonable advice so I decided to take the car in for repair there. Everyone there was very friendly and the pricing was very reasonable: the cost of the parts was right on target with what I could find for them online and they simply added a moderate fee for labor. While the car was being repaired, I just went across the street to Dans Diner and enjoyed a nice breakfast with Wi-fi availability. The guys at Austin Exhaust know their cars and wont charge you extra for repairs you dont need. They wont do all car repairs but I would highly recommend them for what they do repair.

I went in with my car sounding TERRIBLE, and when they were done, I really thought my car had died when I went to turn it on because I couldnt hear anything! They replaced my flex pipe and did a repair in the back of the muffler and were done in less than an hour. I only paid $120, while Monro gave me an estimate of literally $1,600 because they said I needed my whole muffler and exhaust pipe replaced and blah blah blah, or else my car would still sound bad. Puh-leez! With Austins repairs, my car sounds better than it ever has before. Plus, they were really nice too!

Well i had a loud sound under my truck took it to exhaust works they said that they could do it in like 4 hour would be like $400 so i went down the the street to austin exhaust to see what there price would be i said put it on the rack it took 30 min i was out of there with 300 more bucks and nicer people highly skilled people and a great job too check them out really u will like it i did AAA service loved it trust me dont bother with them big places they rip u off

I had a bad leak in my exhaust pipe and it made my car very loud. I took it to Austins and got the entire thing fixed for only $85 . Other shops were trying to charge me from$ 200-400. I definitely recommend this place for anyone
