Good selection for the size of the store. Wish it was bigger but always walk away happy with multiple bags.

I had a wonderful experience I didnt buy anything per se but one thing I did notice is the store felt like there wasnt enough products based on cartoons there was a lot of Funko pops there were tons of T-shirts involving music bands but not a lot of t-shirts involving Disney and/or anime

Welcoming environment and a great selection. A little crowded but this is contrasted by the Hot Topic atmosphere.

One of my all time favorite stores since my teen years and now my kids love it too. The staff is very friendly welcoming and make your shopping experience well worth the wait in line.

I was surprised at the lack of inventory they had. I mean, the place was packed with clothing... but not a whole lot else.

One of the best stores I have ever been too. The staff are very friendly they were always offering support if I needed help with anything. They told me of the deals happing in the store so I wouldnt miss out on them. They seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say at all times.

Staff isnt too helpful. Should make everyone wait to get in even if they are making an exchange. Not cool watching 4 people walk right past you when you have been waiting 30 minutes!

I bought a blanket for my son for Christmas, and unfortunately the stitching came undone on the blanket after the first wash. (I have bought several blankets from Hot Topic and various clothing items and have never had this issue in the past) and having no intention of returning the product I had discarded the receipt. I also bought the blanket at a different location, and had bought the last one at that location. I called the Easton location, and the person I spoke with with out hesitation checked their stock and set back the blanket I needed and placed it behind the counter for me to come pick up later that day, and let me exchange the blanket without any issue! This meant so much to me, my son is autistic and obsessed with Bendy and was absolutely devastated when the blanket ripped. I give this associate and company 5 stars and would give more if it were an option. Thank you so much from a very appreciative mama! 🤗

I LOVE this store! My daughter and I go pretty often. Great place, great people. Since they moved to a different space it doesnt seem like they have as much merchandise as they did prior to the move. Also seems to be packed like sardines.

I love shopping at this store, and always try to hit it up when Im at easton. Even though the store itself is a bit cramped, there is still a lot of merchandise to choose from, and they generally have a little bit of everything. Ive gotten dresses, shirts, jewelry, and other various things from here, and the great thing is that they have all of those things in plus sizes! Regardless of your body type, they have something that will fit you. And regardless of your taste, they will have something to interest you. Anything from anime merch, to band Ts, to gothic style clothing and jewelry. I wish they carried more of what they did in the 90s, but overall its a great store! Love it, 5/5

Hot Topic has always been a very unique boutique. This store employs very friendly people who seem to be happy working here. Nice shop.

The store is small but packed with great merchandise! The staff, particularly the manager, helped me find the obscure stuff I was looking for. Between ordering items online (to be delivered to the store for free) and helping me physically dig through a pit of buttons, I found everything I came in for and some stuff I didnt even know was available!

I hate this store and every single other just like it. Literally felt like I was one of many in a herd of sheep being trampled on REPEATEDLY by the other sheep who just kept crowding in to the place. I am bombarded with I wants & I needs from one of my 3 children every 10 seconds or so and I just cant even justify spending my hard earned cash in this place because of how ridiculously overpriced EVERYTHING in the store is. I mean they absolutely have awesome stuff, its one of the few edgy style stores around, so I guess for lack of a better phrase, they know theyve got you by the balls, and you will pay whatever they want for their cant find it anywhere else merchandise.

Great store for all your alternative needs.

My experience at hot topic wasnt the best, I did appreciate the one lady helping me get gauges but when I went to pay for them she asked me for ID and I looked at her like yall didnt check the other few people for ID when they used there credit card so it was a bummer for me because I was getting a present for one of my friends birthday and that all she wanted it, but other than that the people are friendly and you can definitely find some amazing and kooky things in there

This is one of the more cramped and small Hot Topic locations in the Columbus area. They have plenty of products to choose from, but the store can be hard to walk through when other customers are in the store. But for what it is, its just fine.

Went to pick up an order that wasnt there, Laura called customer service and spent 30-40 minutes on the phone with them trying to locate my order. She was very respectful towards me and repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience of costumer service. She found my package, and gave me a little something extra for the trouble. Felt like I was their number 1 costumer! Well done!

A manager or someone thought I stole a patch simply because I put it on a shelf it shouldn’t have been on by mistake. She was, and all her other employees, cold, rude and downright antagonistic to me and my siblings for the rest of the time I was in there. Even though I paid, for my eighty dollars worth of things, and wasn’t acting ‘shady’ at all. Really disappointing and anxiety inducing for no reason. Usually they are all so kind and polite but it’s enough to make me not want to go there, or to any other hot topic anymore. It was that jarring. Don’t recommend it when those women work there. Hope they have better days.

Its inside the main mall area on the second floor. It was pretty crowded and slightly overwhelming how much merchandise they had in such a small store. Pretty reasonably priced.

Very cramped due to low amount of floor space.. got stuff i needed but you cant look at something terribly long because you have to move aside so someone else can get through.

Very tight space, but has many cool items and shirts(including BTS stuff!) And while it is a little expensive I think its worth it!

The staff were persistent in their orders of help to the point it was clear they simply wished us to leave. It was an unpleasant time all around.

I stopped in to collect my free birthday and anniversary gift which totaled $10. I was able to get 2 bottles of perfume that were marked down to $5 each from a regular price $24.90 each. My price.....FREE. Cant beat that. I look forward to my gifts every year. Also, I love the fact that Hot Topic carries BTS and BT21 merch. Yaasss!! I plan to return this weekend to take advantage of the BUY 2 GET 1 FREE sale on the BT21 merch.
