Friendly staff. Good selection. Strings, pedals, amps, guitars, keyboards, PAs, etc. Band instruments too.

This store has a great variety of instruments! They sell, buy, rent, or rent to own brand new and used instruments, have great payment plans, and give you great information on the instrument of your interest. They also repair instruments, bought at their store or not.Customer service is really good! The only thing I would need to give them a 5 star, was either a little more space, or finding a way to organize their instruments to make the store more appealing.

While they have a great selection of instruments as well as convenient hours, their poor people skills however are unacceptable. Its sad that almost everyone has had great experiences with the staff but for me and my family, we were treated like trash. They even threatened to kick my two year old out of the store while I was making a payment. Music brings out the curiosity and creativity in all of us regardless of age. Its being drawn to instruments that sparks motivation and appreciation for music in most people. Music is an experience in itself, so the staff shouldnt have ruined this experience for my children. After paying off our sons drum kit, we will not be returning for future business.

Great customer service. I was in a hurry just trying to buy guitar strings and it was almost time for them to close so I didnt get time to browse much but there was a wide selection of instuments and seemed like you could find everything you needed musically. Great atmosphere. Will be returning soon.
