Top-notch equipment and service - always delivered ahead of time. Service is heads-and-shoulders above other suppliers from whom received equipment and supplies. I recommend this company, highly, without any reservation
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The billing has been a nightmare!! I provided primary, secondary and BCMH insurance info to the salesperson at the time the contact was signed for my daughters wheel chair in December 2015. Here it is April 2017 and they still have never billed the primary insurance... are you kidding me! I am beyond fed up and frustrated!! I do not recommend this company at all if your needing to bill your insurance. Oh and your not allowed to talk to or know the name of the person who bills the insurance, you just get to talk to customer service who knows nothing and just reads notes out of the system.
Nothing but problems with billing... I havent received any supplies after canceling yet my bill continues to rise.... I asked for an itemized bill and I received the new bill with charges left... not my payments for the history I want.. I feel like I am being way over charge... I stopped receiving supplies and went somewhere else.. now I am making payments every month to try and get away from the whole place... NEVER again....
AMHOMPatient does not follow the schedule for sending CPAP supplies; it also sends the wrong supplies, and when I ask them to correct their mistake they make another mistake; and when for the third I ask them to send me the right head gear they still dont. I hope theyre not selected by Medicare when next the bidding comes up. Horrid service. Also, impossible to reach the officers of the corporation; tried to warn them Id file a MEDICARE complaint by sending them a Notice of Complaint to forewarn them to their CEO -- whoever he is!
Very bad customer service. Took three and half months just to get stablish there. They had an excuse for everything. Never got the right supplies. I eventually had to go up there once a month to the other side of town so I know I get my supplies correctly.
I have been waiting on an itemized receipt for 2 months for flex spending and no one in this company can generate one. Excuse after excuse and still no receipt for payment. They say someone will call back in 24 hours and no one does. Horrible company. Will be talking to the doctor on finding a new company to work with.
I think there is no office in this location. I called many times but the call goes to voicemail. Very bad service.
