Ive used FedEx Office many, many times across about a half-dozen locations, and the Lennox/Olentangy location is by far the best managed store. Its corporate, so obviously there are times the staffing levels probably arent what they should be, but you can save yourself some grief and keep the line moving by coming in prepared.I usually pick up here but have shipped as well; the manager, Lee, and his staff are friendly and helpful. I always get in and out of here pretty quickly, even during the Christmas rush.
I was literally yelled / barked at by the clerk in front of another customer today. I am not a regular FedEx user and am not familiar with the store layout, but had to return a purchase via FedEx. I chose this location due to proximity to my home. I understand that tension is high because of COVID-19, but I wear a mask in public and am respectful of social distancing to protect myself and others. Sometimes in new environments, I think that it can be difficult to play by everyone’s rules. There was a man standing on the distancing dot on the floor. When he stepped up to the counter, I moved to the area by his previous spot/dot to look at a shipping box for my return. I felt that I was safely distanced from the other customer and the counter. Apparently, the clerk did not, and instead of asking me nicely to move, I was reprimanded like I was a 2 year old. I was kind of taken aback. Another clerk nicely helped me and I left. I didn’t enjoy being yelled at by a 20 something year old clerk. I am a 55 year old physician, certainly reasonable and intelligent enough to know how to keep myself and others safe from this disease and really feel that I was appropriately distanced. I think the manager at this store needs to discus with the employees how to speak with customers that they feel are not complying with store policies on distancing. As a business owner, this was poor customer service and I won’t be back.
If I could give a negative star, I would. If you are going here because you need documents bound quickly so that you can go to the court and have them filed, turn around and go elsewhere!I was the only person in the store when I dropped off the documents at 10:30 for binding and after 2 hours, theyre still not done. Nine volumes to be bound. I already did all the copying, tabbing. Good grief. If you are in a rush and need it done quickly, better off to go to the UPS store or another print shop. Sad.
The guys working at this store are great. Ive since switched my shipping to UPS, but theyve always been quick to get the cart for me to load up my boxes. It can get very busy during the day, though. Reason for 4/5 stars is because they have senior citizen only hours first thing in the morning which is not made very clear, kind of annoying because if you unknowingly show up during this time, they kick you out like you have the plague or something lol. Silly

Terrible customer service at this location. I stopped by this Thursday morning to simply return some AT&T equipment. Apparently this location has a Seniors Only hour from 9am-10am Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is great, but there is no mention of this ANYWHERE on their local website with their adjusted COVID hours. Just 1 small sign on the door, which is pointless as I was already there. The 1 employee working, quickly shooed me out of the store, even though I was the only customer. Rude, but I get it. I returned to my car only to see another younger woman pull up, exit her vehicle, and enter the building. Surprisingly, she was not asked to leave! Great to know that the employees here can make exceptions for who they deem fit.I then drove to the Worthington location, where they had no such restrictions and know how to treat their customers with respect.
The workers were slow and one of them had attitude about me waiting in line to have the insurance verified. As someone who is right for a living, its irritating to have a low level worker try to tell me how things are when he has no experience. I shouldnt have to put up with this. Wont return to this location. Amazon will buy them before anyone reads this review though
I have never been to a more hostile and rude FedEx office in my life. Both associates including the store manger stood by while a customer struggled to use one of the machines. When they finally said something they spoke down to the customer like they were suppose to know how to use it. Clearly it was her first time, I felt so bad because she was so visibly frustrated she just left. Stay far away from this place!
Never had shipped a package by myself before, so I walked in, told them that, and I was helped from start to finish with the process.
Ive always had great experiences at FedEx Office....until I came to this location. Between the non responsive printers and the two ladies behind the counter who Completely ignored my questions regarding the printers, Id rather give my business to the office store across the street. The best part (sarcastically speaking) was the notification several hours later that someone tried to access my email from this store, Im 95 %certain because its the same location notification I receive when using my hometown FedEx Office.
OVERPRICED SHIPPING. They quoted me $120 to ship a fragile, less than 10lb package across country. Went to UPS to ship same package and same services for $40.
This is literally the best FedEx I have ever been to. All the employees there are super kind, and super helpful. Me and the rest of my company exclusively go to this FedEx for nearly all of our business needs. Literally the greatest customer service I have ever received.
I dont know what to do anymore when I receive good customer service. So this fedex leaves more speechless every time. They are always incredibly helpful and I will never go anywhere else for shipping and printing, they always help us in a jam.

What is it with the Lennox Center people, Staples was just as much of a nightmare, so I went to FedEx in an emergency situation and my package didnt even leave the Lennox Center location until two days after I dropped it off. Completely worthless, I would have approached these people in person about this review, but they take everything as a threat. Id rather pay the extra money from now on at either PakMail or USPS or even have to drive to a Staples on the other side of town. This location is in a Class A neighborhood, but they treat everyone like street people. Im never using this location ever again. Update 4.24.2019: The package I sent finally arrived, however half the contents had already been removed and were missing from the package!
Very friendly and very helpful. The service was nice and quick.
Ive had packages diverted here and picked them up, and Ive sent packages from here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and theres usually not a long line. The only downside is access in and out of the parking lot from Olentangy River Road is a little difficult. However, if you approach from the south (youre northbound) and leave by going north, its not a big deal.
