Arrived at 9:10 after a long commute to get paint. Store was dark inside, door locked. Sign clearly says opens at 9. I called 5 times, no answer. Finally about 9:14 a guy turned the light on. I walked in and he is on his cell phone. Finally got off never said sorry we weren’t open or I had to wait. He got my can of paint made and I paid. Never said thanks for your business or have a great day. Honestly you can get the same quality at Napa on 161 and save money. I had an issue last time with them being closed when suppose to be open. Open when you say you are going to open. You lost a customer and referrals here.

Drove from Hilliard got to store at 10:40 an hour and 40 minutes after open and the place was dark and locked up. Called multiple times why waiting till 11:20 and left with no answer and no paint. Don’t know you can operate a business like that
