I was expecting the labels on the bottles of water to be loosely glued on and falling off like Ive seen with other companies. They are not. They are on there tight and the product looks good all 10,000 of them.I also want to compliment you on your delivery service (JOSE ALVARADO TRUCKING) the driver was beyond helpful had a smile on his face. I could not be more disappointed in a vendor! We placed an order for water bottles and were advised that we had to pre-pay. No problem. We did that. However, when they delivered the product, their delivery person insisted on being paid again. Unfortunately, the staff in the office that day did not realize we had already paid for the product. After a call to this vendor, I was told the duplicate check would be returned right away. After waiting for 4 days, they then said they accidentally deposited the duplicate check, but would send a replacement to me immediately. I have placed multiple phone calls and have sent faxes requesting the return of our money and each time have been promised it was on the way. It has been well over a month and while they clearly know they received a duplicate payment, they have yet to return our money. We have been given a royal run-around. This is a vendor that will never get a recommendation from me. And, in the meantime, I am still waiting.....

The service is personal and friendly, and Christy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The water is great, our clients love it, and the pricing is great. I dont know a single thing about ordering this stuff, but Christy lead me through the entire process and has always been happy to answer anything I throw her way.We send water all over the country, often on a tight deadline, and they deliver every time. Ill definitely continue using them for the rest of our custom water needs.
