Not sure where reviews came from but WOW!Went in to send a package and didn’t have a box, they measure and tell me what size it is and can’t find. I tell them, no problem and put into two boxes. They measure again and when entering the address, one of the kids has the other type it in and went and sat down. Guess what? Another measurement of the package but still no box. Then another person comes over and starts to smash a little bit and I tell him not to smash and break it up into two boxes. Guess what? He then measures it for a fourth time. I recommend driving somewhere else even if it’s further.I spent 10 minutes at the counter and only accomplished 4 measurements. There was a lot of discussions about a box but it never appeared. Almost everyone in that store measured the item and someone twice.

John is the man with the best UPS store in LA, unquestionably.The others stores I queried, before having the good fortune of accidentally stumbling upon John, chose to either not reply to my emails, or to recommend another shipper.This proved to be problematic, as the quotes given to me by the recommended shippers were so high that they induced a vertigo attack.Once the nausea stopped, I resumed my search, and was finally relieved of all earthly cares when John agreed to take on the task.He collected my items promptly, and shipped them so quickly that a sonic boom followed in their wake.John and his UPS store: perfectly matched to deliver positive experiences.

Always has great service but some times when you go and get your package they say oh sorry you have to come tomorrow.

I can only say good things about this location because of the 2 older men that work there. They provided excellent customer service, and didnt make a fuss bc it was already closing time. This was Saturday 6/6/20

Best service from a UPS related business. Probably because its franchisee owned. Great attitude from both gentlemen working there though they were swamped with customers and a van full of pkgs coming in and two UPS trucks picking up. . First time using this location to return an Amazon purchase. Glad to be able to compliment rather than complain. Will come back in the future.

I have been doing business at this location for about 5 years now. As of 7/24/2020 this place has great customer service and I drive a little extra just to ensure my packages will be delivered properly.

Do you guys do a sale of lost mail/packages I’ve seen videos about it or does anyone have another ups location that does ??

Are we all sure we are all talking good stuff from the employees at this location?? Maybe the older gentleman is the best person Ive encountered at this location, but the young guy, did not want to give me his name is the most rude person who works there. Very arrogant with no good customer service. Probably because its family owned he was able to get a job there and in other places couldnt because his attitude. Theres also another guy there who just started like a year or so, nice person when he started, but now, following the same footsteps this other idiot who has more time there. I have never been so disgusted the way that I am with the service I received here. Poor miserable guy must have so low self esteem that he treats everyone so bad. I wonder how the owners personality is because he allows poor customer service and allows him to cuss us out, because YES, he called me names!!! 😠I am positive the owner is aware of this type of treatment his employee gives us. Wouldnt give it not even one star, but it wouldnt allow me to post. Never in my life taking packages here.

The people who work here really went the extra mile to make sure my massive sized shipment was taken care of quickly and easily, plus they did it with the best attitude ever. It’s been a few days and I’m still shocked at how friendly, professional and efficient their team was. If you have to visit a UPS store in Los Angeles, this is the ONE. I can’t say enough about how great this particular location is. I was turned away from two other stores before i was welcomed into this one.

I had to pack n ship around 120lbs (used 2 boxes UPS ground) in the last minute and the staff were pretty helpful and understanding.

Ive been using this location for years as a mailing address. Always had good service and the employees are friendly. Ive also used them as a UPS drop off for my business if I get a package that needs to be shipped out after UPS has picked up at my office. It saves me from having to drive out to the LA Distribution Center to drop off a late package.

Their services are outstanding. John and nephew are very professional, knowledgeable and very polite. I believe its family owned, definitely 5 star status!

This location is CLOSED on Sundays!!! The information needs to be corrected!!!
