I had them for close to ten years.When it was time to close my storage I was charged more money than if I was to keep my storage for the remainder of the year.They wouldnt allow me to use a separate company to pick up my items from storageAnd when I finally spoke to staff, they were rude, dismissive and stated that I should have been charged more for my storage.I am happy that I will. NEVER use them ever again. If I ever need storage again, I will be happy to use a competitor.They made a bad situation worse for me and I will never forget how horrible I been treated.

Very helpful great staff

Very rude over the phone and started telling me when my stuff had to be delivered and that I would start incurring charges according to the contract I have been in the military for more than 13 years and informed the employer when she called me last Thursday to say they were delivering my house hold goods on Monday and I explained that I worked on Monday and it would need to be later in the week. The female then got snappy and started going on about how I had no storage of which the military definetly authorized. After calling today the lady was again saying that I was going to need to pay storage of which is not appropriate because they do not have available delivery days until next wed, then the employee refused to book the delivery and said she would have the base book it and hung up. I recommend choosing a more professional company. I am sad the military contracts with such unprofessional organizations.

Most of the major movers wouldnt even give us the time of day for our shorter distance in-state move.Bernie did an amazing job coordinating it in a short time, despite several obstacles placed in his way by the CSU system.Roosevelt and Dennis were exactly the kind of calm and efficient help we needed doing the actual move. On both ends they went out of their way to ensure that we were completely satisfied with everything. Moving is one of the most stressful times in life, and the two were simply amazing at calming any worries or concerns we had.I will absolutely use Rebel in the future for any moves. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Many thanks to everyone for their help.

It is hard enough moving from home to home when you are in the military. What make is harder is when movers destroy your items and don’t take care when transporting them. Unfortunately the military goes with the lowest bidder who doesn’t seem to care what condition your things arrive in. They destroyed dresser to my bedroom set. My white leather sofa and a few other items. Problem is they want me to repair my dress ($285 offered). My dresser is discontinued so no parts available to repair it. I can’t even replace the dresser with the same one to match my bedroom set. Now my white leather sectional which they put a hole in the leather and the wood. They just want to “repair it”. Sorry if I don’t want a PATCH on my couch because that’s not how I purchased it. I am so tired of these companies moving military members and families belongs and not taking care. They also “forgot” my son bookshelf in the truck I called for it and the driver told me I didn’t want it because it was in pieces. Tv broken, lamps broken, computer desk damaged, tv stand damaged, curtain rods smashed. So irritated.

Quick unload

I was charged an extra $3000 because they estimated the weight incorrectly. I got the bad news three weeks after the move. At that point you cant reconsider or go with another vendor They have all your possessions and you have to pay whatever they say. Basically a ransom payment.Make sure and get a guarantee of price BEFORE entering into a moving contract.
